I purchased a package with Max Adventures' manager Nida, from the time I made my reservation to the day of my event she was hands on through the entire party planning process. On the day of my event all I had to do was show up with the Birthday Girl. My daughters party exceeded my expectation as I had never seen the facility in person until we arrived. The play space was a safe and sanitary environment for all those in my party to enjoy. The parental lounge was nice and cozy leaving the adults an opportunity to sit down and relax while watching everything through the glass doors. The temperature in the environment was climate controlled leaving guests comfortable. The private party space was lit up with decor, and each child's seat had a special favor for them to take home. Activities took place while eating and socializing, the kids were able to participate in play with Max Adventures staff leaving them singing and dancing for joy. Nice play area for kids in Brooklyn. So many games to choose from that it would be hard to see how you can be bored here. Staff also has a room for adults that they can sit down, have some water then relax. Downstairs also has a game lounge that you can play games on the latest video game consoles. I was pleasantly surprised at the birthday party I attended here. I didn't know it is an exclusive place for only the party guest. I really liked that especially with COVID still going on. This was by far the coolest kids party I have EVER been to. There was something for every age group. The massage chairs massaged from the bottom of your feet to your head. LOVED IT! The games OMG lasers, bounce house, slides, balls, virtual area game room. Everything was just great! To top it off the staff was excellent. Conversations with Nida about the hiring process. Watching Diana interact with the little kids in my family was just superb! They were all just amazing "Adam at laser tag, Teyah floating around making sure everything and everyone was good, and Jenna. Just really great staff. I'm sorry I couldn't get all their names but if they worked my nephew party Saturday 6:30-9-30 please know they ALL did a phenomenal job. If I could complain about anything it would be parking. There's only street parking. Some is metered but I called in advance and was told I could find parking on Avenue S or T. I got the heads up and had no trouble parking. We had our son's 5th birthday here. Everyone who worked there was professional and friendly, and really kept their energy up for the kids. Staff checked in frequently and made sure everything went as planned, I didn't have to do much but enjoy time with our guests. We received many comments about how great the party was and all the kids had a blast, as well as adults who could play some of the games like basketball or VR. Many of the families who came loved the location, since it was in our neighborhood. Some literally walked over. I hosted a 9 year old birthday party at Max adventures May 2021. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Starting with when I called to get information. I called about a month in advance Nadi was open and available to give me a tour of the facility. (one suggestion for future customers, BOOK IN ADVANCE for preffered times). Anyways, everything was perfectly detailed! I also loved that we were permitted to bring outside food for the adults. For the first hour of the event the birthday girl and her friends were upstairs in the private gym area, which looked new. Most places I visited before booking with Max had out dated and discolored bouncy houses and slides. Max adventures had enough entertainment for kids AND ADULTS ! HUGE should out to Lizzie, she was our party host. She was absolutely amazing. The whole staff was. To be honest I thought they would be monitoring and making sure kids were following rules. BUT THIS WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, they were engaging with the kids and played so many games that it felt like the kids were being watched and the parent felt comfortable enough to take pictures and even join in on the fun! Also, they were very accommodating and even lowered the mic to accommodate one of the children which I was so happy to hear of after the fact ! When we got to the second hour of the event the children played downstairs and the parents watched from a some what private area WITH CAMERAS. We ate the kids played. Honestly there was not one complaint from ANY of my guests the staff seem very happy to be at work, and I really appreciated everyone's time and hard work put into our event. Hands down, the absolute BEST birthday party my child has had. She even expressed herself that I should rate you guys 1000000000++++ stars. Starting from the beginning, the person I spoke to about booking my party was super helpful and gave me the exact rundown of what to expect and what my party package entails. Then, about 2 weeks before my party, another party manager called and explained everything to me again, and answered all my questions. On the day of the party, I didn't have to lift a finger. I passed over all my party supplies, and the staff set everything up. I have never had such an easy experience. I got to actually enjoy the party myself, for once! So the venue. It has everything. A two level soft play gym, a ball pit in the center of the first floor, a really cool mirror photo booth, a VR video game station, a laser maze room, a mini bounce house, and so much more! Alllllllll the kids loved it. And the 5 party hosts were amazing. They knew exactly when to get the kids together to play a quick guided game, when to let them play and enjoy themselves, and they all kept an eye out to make sure the kids were playing safely. On the 2nd floor of the soft play gym there was a party host at all times for extra safety. Then, when it was time for cake and pizza, the cafeteria downstairs was spacious enough for my party of about 40 people to move around comfortably. Parents got to sit in the adjoining area and eat peacefully, as the party hosts took care of refills and almost everything the kids needed right nextdoor. And right next to the children's eating area, there was a separate small play area where early finishers could go to entertain themselves. Again, the party hosts led the kids in guided games throughout our time downstairs. The most amazing part of this is the fact that the kids were all actively, safely, and happily engaged at all times. We had my son's 7th Bday party here. Let me tell you! This party was amazing!!!! The host (5) was super helpful and professional. My son felt so special, and all of the kids had a fantastic time. Celebrating my niece and nephew's birthday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They really know how to work with kids and have a great time. What I really enjoyed was one staffer who gave extra effort for my daughter who suffers from social anxiety. She helped my daughter open up, enjoy herself and really feel like a kid. But I had my daughters party here on June 1st I did the big package where the kids can be on both floors because the bottom level has games for an older crowd. They FAR exceeded my expectations from walking in the door every need was met! From the youngest to the oldest there was honestly something for everyone to do! I had my twins' 10th birthday party here. We took on the full package, and it was amazing. On the day of their party I wasn't expecting what we received. We were met at the door by Tata and Fhaima, who helped us get things out of the car. We settled in, and as the party got going, the staff was stationed at different parts, which helped the kids and guests, Kevin, who helped with VR which he was so patient as to some of us never did it. Jaeline, who helped with being attentive to safe gym play. Our festivities ended downstairs again all staff was amazing our cake was cut and given out expertly by Renate. My mom was ready:( She put it back in the box with not a speck of icing missing she has skills. In the end, they helped us get everything handed out to guests the set up of food broken down and placed in our car. The space is clean and well organized. The games that the kids played were age appropriate for all guests. It was so much fun my guests loved it. The place is super clean and staff super attentive. There was 7 staff members on hand to help out with all the kids and activities. Do NOT have your kids birthday party here. The staff although nice are very pungent and rude. They hire 16 year olds and give misdirected instructions and services and blame the customer. I paid $450 for a custom paw patrol cake and told them specifically to cut ONLY the bottom. The staff disregarded my instructions and discombobulated my cake. The manager, Nida, is rude, obnoxious, and unrelenting. She failed to ensure all needs were met and failed to direct my sons 3rd birthday party in a peaceful and prideful manner. I'm missing items I brought to decorate the downstairs party room and they fail to recognize these MISSING/stolen items. I'm totally in shock and in shambles after what was suppose to be a fun and nice event, turned into a total NIGHTMARE. I asked for the director/owner information and was given an INVALID email. Fun@maxadventures.com is not a valid email. After I spoke to the owner he fails to help me get any compensation for my missing items and demolished cake. He upholds his staff to the highest standards instead of his clients. I paid for the grand package and they denied my guest entry to the last floor at the final 10 minutes of my party. BEWARE!!!! This place is great. I was just there tonight for a birthday party and was so impressed with the staff. The people working here are so professional and nice. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and the kids were taken care of by the employees who saw to it that they were entertained the whole time. Due to traveling during the coronavirus our doctor advised us to stay clear for 14 days , we called max adventures trying to cancel my sons party and they refused to refund my deposit!!!! What an awesome party place! Staff is superb - attentive to the kiddos, warm and polite, and most importantly, fun! I was here for a family members child's birthday yesterday . I was hesitant at first because im still masking and limiting my outings , however, this place really surprised me . I appreciated the waver all parents had to sign , the mask wearing , the cleanliness and most of all the customer service. I anticipated a hot mess with minimal customer service and got the total opposite. Great job to management for hiring energetic , enthusiastic employees . I hope they are paid and tipped accordingly . They made the experience feel safe and fun. The way they played and helped my toddler out he games was heartwarming and it seemed genuine . I think the best thing for me (covid paranoid mom ) is that its for a limited amount of people , they were all wearing appropriate masks and loved seeing the HEPA filters. Im extremely disappointed  in how they value their customer and honor their prices. In less then 24 hrs I called at 6 pm and had a conversation with the party advisor  unfortunately she had a customer with her and took down my information and let me know she was going to call me back and i told her ok but I'm on my way home from work so if I dont answer please leave me a message and i will call her back. She calls me back around 7:30 ( 30 minutes before closing) and we were talking about my son and that he was so excited to have his party at Max Adventures.  We were discussing pricing and I agreed . We moved on to the next step and was talking about the date and time I was unsure about the time due to that fact my family lives on Maryland 3 hrs away from NY however I asked her if she could give me a few minute to give her my card information. The party advisor started to sound like she was in a rush and told me to call back tomorrow that I had enough time to think things though and that it's late and she had school and of course I understood- thinking that I was in good hands and I already decided to have the party at this location and had enough time  tomorrow to give her my card information. The next day I call ready to put my down payment when she ask me if she can put me on hold and i said okay and she had me on hold for about 10-15 minutes. When she got back on the phone I started to tell her how excited we were about the party and i wanted to put my down payment.  she then tells me she is sorry and that she know this will sound crazy and SHADY  but the package has changed and the prices are now higher so i said okay how much more and why wasnt i told this yesterday if you knew this was going  to happen. She tells me that she thought this was going to be in effect on Monday. So why did you tell me I had enough time to think things though? I continued to ask about the price she asked me if i revisited the website  i said no why would I if we spoke about everything in least then 24 hrs. Bottom line the price jumped from $750 to $1350 !!! Of course  i was soo upset in how can you do this change in less than 24 hours and they change was going to come to effect on Monday and it's Thursday!. She then tells me that this just happen and she will call her manager and see if they can honor the price that we spoke about yesterday- she said she will call me back. She calls me back in 15 minutes and tells me that they will honor the price but it will have to be on Saturday at 10 AM. I told her yesterday that my family is 3 hrs away I cant do that ! She tells me friday at 6 i told her I work am I not suppose to go to my son's party that Im paying for. I started getting upset because I originally was going to another location when i saw Max Adventures website it was pricy but i was willing to do it. After i told her i cant do this i hong up the phone and called the first location  to see if someone took that date i need and they  filled up the spot.  Unfortunately they did :( Now  I have nowhere to have my sons party!  I felt HORRIBLE to tell my son that we were not going to have his party there anymore. I had to watch him cry asking me why? How do I explain this to a 6 year old that had his heart set on that place.! this was not fare to me or him! If she would told me the truth and been honest from the very beginning I would have made the down payment on the spot!! Because of them now my son probably won't even have a party anymore due to location so thank you Max Adventures for ruining a seven year old's birthday party. You guys are not true to your word and you false advertise a prices. I would NEVER expect a business to be this Shady. What was one day to raise the pricing so high. I would not recommend  this place. No business  would treat  a customer like that! You clearly dont care about the people who has there parties there.! I further cannot express my gratitude towards the professionalism of the staff. Every year I search for a new fun place for my son's birthday party. Something that is out of the norm, and fun. After visiting several sites and searching I came across "Max Adventures." I called set up an appointment and decided to book a glow in the dark party for my son's 5th birthday. Let's say my only job that day was to show up. There was not a time where my questions weren't greeted with a smile and the words "it's already taken care of." Everyone was so professional, and amazing with the children. The children were so entertained and didn't even want to leave. I had adults coming up to me telling me how much fun they were having. There is literally something for everyone there no matter what age. Everything is so clean, and organized. I also like that there was staff at every area to entertain , and supervise the children. Such a creative and fun way to celebrate your child's birthday. My son turned 4 and this place was PERFECT for his age group. He loved gaga ball and the laser maze! The soft play gym area was designed to keep even the older kids entertained. The adults at my sons party got competitive in air hockey and basketball. Tired? Have a cup of tea or coffee in the adult lounge area and relax for a little while. The wax hands were exciting and innovative. I had one child tell me it was the coolest thing they had ever done. I purchased the luxury glow package and would recommend it 1000x over. It's different and sets the mood! I had about 6 or 7 staff members supervising and they were all super friendly and interactive with the children. They definitely know how to keep everyone entertained! Normally, hosting a birthday party is stressful but literally from the moment I left my deposit, I was told "Just enjoy your party, we'll handle the rest".
