Of course, the kids had a fantastic time as well, Ruby and her assistants brought great energy and were able to make every kid (even the more tentative ones) feel comfortable and want to join in the fun. The face painting was spectacular - great detail, long lasting and didn't smear off. I don't think many kids are letting their parents wash their faces tonight! I had booked an elmo character for my 2 year old's…read morebirthday party already having paid a deposit. on the day of the party, the entertainer called me at the time she was supposed to have arrived telling me that due to some truck in front of her she would be 15 minutes late. she called me almost an hour later and told me that she was near my place but at that time the party was near its end. when i requested that she perform for only half an hour because the party was almost over, she refused and said that i needed to pay the entire balance and i spoke to the party event coordinator who also refused my very reasonable request for the elmo entertainer to perform for half an hour since i had already paid for half of it. she said that i would need to pay the entire amount and the entertainer was already at right near my place, over an hour late. i spoke to the manager a few days later and she said she would refund my deposit but it seems entirely unreasonable to me that my request could not be accomodated.
