    Regular and sweet potato fries.

I was surprised to read that parents aren't allowed. This place is very parent friendly, which is awesome. It makes it super easy to watch over your own kid's safety, and keep them from knocking the smaller kids down in the ball pits, and on the trampoline. It's very clean, has a range of different activities, and the people who work here are very nice. Also, good french fries

This place is nice for kids 2 -6. It's small but the kids can do this activities by themselves. Prices are different on week days. There's no food on weekdays, and you can not bring anything although they sell food on the weekend. If kids are here on the week day for at least 2 hours their gonna want to eat. So if we can not bring food. They better start making food.

I concur with the post below. This indoor playground is the cleanest I've been in. In the morning as soon as they open, I've seen them wiping down the machines and picking up the dented balls from the ball pens and throwing them away. Their two bathrooms are roomy and clean. I've been bringing my son here every weekend and I pay $15 for all day and an extra $1 for 12 tokens. As long as he enjoys himself thats all that matters. Yes, it does get crowded in the afternoon but that goes for any place with kids. I usually go in the morning around 10:30-11 which is not crowded at all. As for games, majority of the arcade games are for 6-7 years old and older. They even have an indoor basketball arcade game which I love. I normally spend $20 on tokens lol. I'm a kid at heart and I love getting tickets to trade in for toys. If you don't have enough tickets to trade, u can always save the receipt, which they write the number of tickets you collected, for another day. The staffs are extremely friendly. They do have a food menu which I haven't tried yet...maybe next week. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

    No prize or tickets

I think this place is overpriced $20 for $2hrs . The snacks are way to over priced as well . Juice that I get got $1 cost $2.75 here . I asked the girl how much was a bag of chips $4 . Not even Doritos cost that much haha . The arcade machines are all broken . Most of them don't give you tickets / no prize . What's the point of us buying tokens when the machines are basically broken . This place gets so crowded as well . I always call and ask the girl if it crowded she tells me no I get there place is at full capacity . This isn't safe with everything going on ! When other races go in without a mask they tell them right away that they need to wear a mask . But an Asian person can walk inside without a mask and they won't tell them nothing ! When you walk inside towards the pit all area you have to wear socks . Same thing another race walks in without socks they tell them right away . Asians get away without it ! I think the rules should apply to everyone ! They also need to clean out the ball pit !

My sister and brother in law used this venue to host my nephew's 1st birthday party. We had a party of 30. This facility allowed us to bring catered food. The staff members here were very helpful. As soon as we finished our meals, they took our plates away. When the cake came out, the owner helped us light the candles. Overall, I would recommend this place. The facility was spacious and sparkling clean. Moreover, the staff members were always there to assist.

Bought my nephew here on a Saturday. This place is pretty clean and decorations are children friendly. They also sell food outside the play area. They have a mini arcade where you can get tokens and win tickets to exchange for small toys in the front. They charge $15 all day on weekends and $10 on weekdays.

This place is so much fun! It totally reminds of indoor play areas in Asia. My kids enjoyed climbing, sliding, jumping, crawling and swinging in the different areas of the facility. It's not huge, but it was clean and a variety of activities including arcade style games for the kids. My son cried when it was time to leave because it was so much fun.

She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

Second of all it is not well maintained at all: floor mats and play equipment was peeling and falling apart, none of battery operated toys had fresh batteries, and there was a corner of old and half broken random toys looking like they were picked up from a curbside. Also there was a severely coughing kid meaning that the workers are allowing sick kids into this playspace. Very upsetting experience overall. Wish that the owners took better care of this space.

I wanted to check it out to see if we wanted to do my daughter's birthday here. It's $13 for 2 hours of play for kids under 2 years old which was reasonable and I liked that they give you 4 tokens to play an arcade game. The pricing seems to change depending on the kids' ages. The playground had a big ball pit, 3 big slides, a trampoline, arcade games, and other fun toys/ activities. The arcade games looked fun. The playground was well kept for the most part. This is a supervised, climb-at-your-own-pace experience rather than formal instruction. If you're looking for climbing classes with instructors, this is not for you. If you're looking for a climbing facility where kids decide what they want and don't want to do, this place is perfect. Booking & Check-In: The online process was seamless--purchasing tickets, selecting a time slot, and completing the waiver form all happened smoothly. Pro tip: fill out the waiver online when you buy tickets to save time at check-in. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. Safety & Orientation: All kids in our time slot gathered in a separate room for harness fitting and a thorough safety video. Since each harness must be fitted individually by an instructor, this takes some time--hence the 20-minute early arrival recommendation. It's time well spent for peace of mind. The Facility: The climbing courses are fantastic, with plenty of variety across different difficulty levels. The auto-belay system lets kids climb independently while staying securely connected at all times. With colorful themed walls, vertical challenges, and ropes courses reaching 26 feet high, there's no shortage of excitement. Everything feels extremely safe, with staff members consistently available throughout. There's also a play structure for younger children (4 feet and under). The Staff: I was particularly grateful when a staff member noticed my son losing confidence midway through (even on courses he'd already completed, like the pirate plank). This instructor took genuine time to help him regain his footing. It helped a lot. The Location: Hapik is located in Industry City, which means you're surrounded by excellent food options. We grabbed lunch at Japan Village in the next building, which offers a lot of different dining options Tips for First-Timers: - Start with one pass if it's your first visit--no need to commit to multiple passes until you know your child enjoys it. - During school breaks, arrive before 11am to beat the crowds. - Complete waivers online at booking to streamline check-in. - If you came to just follow your kid without climbing, you still need to sign a waiver. Highly recommended for a fun, confidence-building activity!

It's a giant obstacle course, plus a huge trampoline park where they're playing dodgeball, plus a big slippery mountain to climb, a ropes course, go-karts, an arcade, a VR situation, and more. (Incoming rant that makes me sound like an old man: These kids have no idea how great they have it. When I was eight, we had birthday parties in a empty gym and we were lucky if they threw us some balls.) On the other hand, for most adults (at least the ones who don't love screaming children, flashing lights, and other people generally in their personal space), it's entirely too crowded, and an utterly chaotic nightmare. Unsurprisingly, Urban Air is a mecca for Brooklyn birthday parties, which is how we've always come in. However, I'm sure you can just pay for a ticket for your kid (I imagine it's more than you want to spend, but you already live in Brooklyn so you know what it is) if you need to get them moving this winter. The food situation is exactly what you'd expect: bad pizza, popcorn, pretzels, chicken fingers, etc. I think I could forgive them for most transgressions if they only offered alcohol, but I suppose we're here for the children. Just hopefully not that long.
