Much better this time around. Maybe it's because my son is older now that I don't have to worry about him getting trampled by big kids. There are some kids that are well over 10 that go crazy there which is pretty sad for the little tots. Seems like the signs on the door are nonexistent. They want proof of vaccination and mask to stay on. But it's the total opposite. Adults all have the mask off and so does 90% of the kids. You have to sign a waiver about injuries and what not but what they don't see is some kids being completely reckless. A 7 year old doing backflips into the ball pit can break someone else's neck or their own. The parents don't even both to tell them to stop which is absolutely ridiculous. I believe in making sure my kid is having fun but not to getting injured because of some I'll mannered kid. Will my child return. Possibly. But it will be a long time before heading there again. read more

Compelled to write a review as we stopped by yesterday around 5pm (nearing height of the omicron). Firstly there are no signs on pricing so being that it's my first visit, I have no reference. I felt it was made up as they go. There was a flyer that said $22 for 2 hours during PEAK times when they limit the duration. the girl specifically said its not busy but the rate is $35 and its an all day price til they close. It's 5pm and they close at 8pm. So 3 hours for $35? and no other rate? Sketch. She must have sensed how desperate we were to have a place that our 4yr old can let loose. we paid it and questioned it the whole night. no clue whether that included a cost for parents or what. it came with a cup of 10 tokens. majority of their machines are broken btw. While they have the signs up that masks are required - this was not the case. About 50% were only and they do not enforce it. I get it, business is tough and they're not going to enforce something that can turn away customers so if you're super sensitive to that be warned. Cleanliness: all the little trucks and cars and such and sticky.. it felt like it honestly hasn't had a good clean.. ever. It was either not clean or broken. Theres about 4 slides and they are fast. Even for my 4 yr old - he came flying down on each. The area is so tight there's really no where to safely observe. Yes I am a helicopter parent, and bopped my head quite a number of times while trying to figure out where to find my child in the maze. The design is not comfortable and not enough seating in the play area for parents so you'll likely find parents sitting around on the floor, taking up precious real estate for kids to run freely. Given it was a new experience, my son did manage to spend almost 2 hours here and the reason we left is because it started getting uncomfortably full. When we arrived there was probably 10 kids of varying ages but mainly under 5 yrs old. Imagine at least one parent with each kid. That was considered "not busy" according to the woman at the front. As we left, older kids started arriving alongside families, possibly 5-6 at a time in each group. The age group made me uncomfortable as the space is not separate enough between older and younger sections. Crowd was diverse all through out and generally it didn't feel comfortable for me. Also noticed 3 parents losing their cell phones and panicking in the 2 hours I was there - it appeared they did end up finding it but keep you phones zipped away!! Will I be back? Only if I am once again desperate enough, with nothing else to do or when my son gets old enough to fend for himself! read more

Handwritten notes everywhere, like this was someone's backyard and not an official kids business. Save your time and money. Slides are dangerous. Push carts are broken and was never cleaned. I was surprised to read that parents aren't allowed. This place is very parent friendly, which is awesome. It makes it super easy to watch over your own kid's safety, and keep them from knocking the smaller kids down in the ball pits, and on the trampoline. I concur with the post below. This indoor playground is the cleanest I've been in. In the morning as soon as they open, I've seen them wiping down the machines and picking up the dented balls from the ball pens and throwing them away. Their two bathrooms are roomy and clean. I've been bringing my son here every weekend and I pay $15 for all day and an extra $1 for 12 tokens. As long as he enjoys himself thats all that matters. Yes, it does get crowded in the afternoon but that goes for any place with kids. I usually go in the morning around 10:30-11 which is not crowded at all. As for games, majority of the arcade games are for 6-7 years old and older. They even have an indoor basketball arcade game which I love. I normally spend $20 on tokens lol. I'm a kid at heart and I love getting tickets to trade in for toys. If you don't have enough tickets to trade, u can always save the receipt, which they write the number of tickets you collected, for another day. The staffs are extremely friendly. They do have a food menu which I haven't tried yet...maybe next week. Overall, I highly recommend this place. read more

I think this place is overpriced $20 for $2hrs . The snacks are way to over priced as well . Juice that I get got $1 cost $2.75 here . I asked the girl how much was a bag of chips $4 . What's the point of us buying tokens when the machines are basically broken . This place gets so crowded as well . I always call and ask the girl if it crowded she tells me no I get there place is at full capacity . This isn't safe with everything going on ! When other races go in without a mask they tell them right away that they need to wear a mask . But an Asian person can walk inside without a mask and they won't tell them nothing ! When you walk inside towards the pit all area you have to wear socks . Same thing another race walks in without socks they tell them right away . Asians get away without it ! My sister and brother in law used this venue to host my nephew's 1st birthday party. We had a party of 30. This facility allowed us to bring catered food. The staff members here were very helpful. As soon as we finished our meals, they took our plates away. When the cake came out, the owner helped us light the candles. Overall, I would recommend this place. Truly wanted to like this place, I can only assume when they first opened it had promise!! Today was our first time and will absolutely be our last!! This place needs to be shut down and cleaned!!! The ball pit smelled like someone peed inside of it, the netting surrounding the trampoline area was primarily broken, there's an area in a pirate ship with blue goop? I don't even know what it was but it was filthy so my daughter didn't get anywhere near it. The back area where there are swings, and cars, everything is broken, Foam pieces on the floor that have broken off of their equipment. Lastly, what kind of place charges extra for 2 parents going in with their one kid? It's 15$ for one kid including their parent but if the other parent wants to come and spend quality time they have to pay extra ??? The policy makes no sense. Bought my nephew here on a Saturday. This place is pretty clean and decorations are children friendly. They also sell food outside the play area. They have a mini arcade where you can get tokens and win tickets to exchange for small toys in the front. They charge $15 all day on weekends and $10 on weekdays. read more

This place is so much fun! It totally reminds of indoor play areas in Asia. My kids enjoyed climbing, sliding, jumping, crawling and swinging in the different areas of the facility. Being right in the neighborhood, this is a convenient place to take the kid(s) and is not too expensive for entry. They also require your kid(s) to have socks on, and if they do not, you could buy them for $1 there. It gets extremely crowded in the afternoon with both parents and children. If you want to enter the playground, you'd have to take off your shoes. In the afternoon, there won't even be any space in the shoe racks, both parents and children end up leaving their shoes on the floor by the entrance. I brought my 3 year old here and he really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, most of the other kids were much older and bigger, and they were running around and at times running over him. Some kids were just throwing the pillows and balls that were in the ball pit, and your child is small, you'll probably have to stand around him or her to ensure that they don't get bombarded with things. In addition to that, I've had other parents bull rushing me as well and it could get pretty crazy. The ball pit is pretty cool and your pre-schoolers would definitely love playing there and on the slides. Aside from that, the arcade selection is pretty small and the tokens are expensive for what they are. You can collect tickets and exchange for prizes, but you're looking at spending a lot of money on tokens to get any worthy prize. Most of the arcade games were designed for kids ages 7 and up. Parking: There is a parking lot right across the street (supermarket parking lot but they allow visitors as well). $3 for the first hour i believe, $5 for 2 etc. It's just much more convenient than to look for street parking. The play place is a little too crowded and in the bigger jungle area, adults aren't allowed to be inside with them (although there were a lot of people doing it anyway) so it gets a little rowdy. You have to take off your shoes to enter and MUST have socks on, if you don't have socks, they do sell them for $1. As for the arcade games, they don't have many options and only about 4-5 working ones (claw machine, miniature merry go round, some shooting game, musical game, hockey table). There aren't a lot of staff members watching over the kids and some places are just a mess (balls that belong here are everywhere else, kids throwing stuff around). And considering some areas they don't allow adults in, I get worried about the unruly kids. They also offer food and drinks for purchase, which is a decent price (around $3 for fries or a hot dog). Definitely the biggest indoor playground I've seen! Half of the place is an indoor play ground. The other half is an arcade. Which is great if you have both older and younger kids. I prefer to avoid this indoor playground only because my 3 year old would rather watch the arcade than actually play in the playground. It's very distracting for the younger kids. The place is perfect for little kids, ages 2-5 years old. It's a small place so I would say an hour there is enough. The downside: If you go in the summer months, be prepared to be hot. The kids and adults who come with them are active and yet this place refuses to fix or up their AC. I went a couple of time with camp groups and everyone's faces was dripping with sweat. We asked them to turn up the AC but they said that was the best they could do. That part was very upsetting. It was a horrible experience coming here. (1) They focused on making money more than anything. They charged me $1 for a dirty name tag. One staff member bluntly asked me if I paid for my son since I wore a pink tag. That was very insulting. (2) This place was very dirty and unsafe for kids. There was all kids just knocking down other kids. Espically how they made you pay for another adult to come in the play pen and enjoy your time. My 3 year old spent over three hours playing here on a weekday morning. We arrived early and there were only a handful of other families there with small tots. By the time school was letting out, bigger kids (6-8 years old) started arriving so I was glad my little one got to play with his age group. All in all, the place was clean, service was friendly and the vibe of everyone there was friendly and laid back. You can stay there all day for $15 which is great if you compare it with BounceU in the neighborhood which only gives you a 1.5 hour window for that price. This place is MAGICAL ! I simply love it. When you first walk in it looks like a bright and fun play gym but when you actually go inside the obstacle course you discover unending fun. We (my daughter) stayed until it closed and it's by far her favorite play space. The women running it were so friendly and engaging. I'm sure it gets crowded on weekends (we came on a Friday) but why would you complain about that!? It's Brooklyn, they have the space they have and that's that.
