She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

Kids are running around, eating donuts in the ball pit, and screaming. You must watch your kids at your own risk. Yes, I understand it was a rainy day, but can you enforce some rules? My son likes it here because the music isn't "too loud" and he's right about that, but most of the toys are broken, old, or missing pieces. There is a more expensive option of renting the entire space include play area which shut down public play for other kids if you like =guarantee safety for all kids. This is a No Shoes premise for play. That's different/unique but nice and guarantee clean facilities. You register/pay at front reception union entering and given a wristband for access inside. The wristband is use to enter through the security door (for safety and kids cant just randomly leave and no outside non-paying strangers can enter). Once you enter that security (automatic doors), you must remove shoes and leave in cubby. Must wear socks- socks are available for purchase if you came in with sandals/heels. Then you can enter the play zone. The party room is a huge igloo in the back (outside on their patio), so you do enter deeper in the play area to get to the patio. The room is already set up with the theme/decors of your choosing. The party room package have a few themes that you can choose from and comes with banners, balloon arch (staff makes it), tables/chairs all set uo with theme tablecloth. There are extra tables set up for food/drinks. They even provided paper towels, baby wipes/hand wipes and hand sanitizer on the tables. The birthday child gets a throne and each child get a goodybag. If you get the next package tier up, it does come with food (chicken nuggets etc) and all parties comes with apple juice for each child. My sister in law opt for outside food catering which the premise charges a fee to bring outside food/drinks ($75) plus cleaning fee. They also automatically cut the birthday cake for your party and serve all guests. The team here do a great job in making the party room beautiful and work amazing with you. They are very attentive, helpful and clean. I seen them clean constantly to ensure a beautiful and clean room (also for safety as we don't want kids to trip and fall on spills). Fast breakdown and throughly cleaning as you know kids are messy. The family did paid extra 30min so we can have more time to get our stuff out of the room and divide up the remaining leftover food. We got everything out and at the front for safe-keeping while watching the kids play in the area. The kids were super happy here. Fyi, they have limited space but is available- freezer for the ice cream cake. Saw 2 fridges in the front where they keep the apple juice. Maybe 1 is a freezer as I didn't look closely. There is a large TV security cam of the back patio/private party which is helpful- that explains how they were so attentive! This place is great at entertainment and security. Everything is well thought out so that kids are happy and safe here. Thick playmats for kids and clean facilities. There was another party after us which had rented the entire space because they announced on the microphone that free open play was ending (gave a few min warning) and then we all left (saw next party arriving) and staff was cleaning/tiding up the play zone for then. Stray balls were picked up and toss back into the large ball pit. Rides/machines were wiped down and floor was swept clean. The staff was fast, efficient, throughly and amazing. I was very impressed with their service. Many other parents were too and even talked about returning here with their kids for future parties as well.
