Additionally, it feels like you are crafting your own Cup Of Joe in your kitchen, it's that warm and cozy. There is a beverage menu that even the fussiest coffee drinker can find something to enjoy. They offer a nice selection of savory and sweet treats made in house like croissants, paninis, wraps, muffins, cakes and macarons and Table 87 pizza. Additionally, they sell their coffee. I stopped by tonight on a windy night to get something hot. Already, brewers and coffee shops are offering pumpkin spice and everything nice. I spotted their seasonal menu and Harvest Moon latte caught my eye. The recipe sounded scrumptious: butter rumbles vanilla syrup plus espresso plus milk plus whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. I placed my order with Eddie and asked for decaf and no whip. This early evening Caffe Cafe was jumping: patrons dining al fresco to take advantage of the cool September night and patrons enjoying inside as well. My latte was ready in five and tasted delicious: I could taste the butter rum and vanilla but next time I will ask for a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg. It definitely hit the spot. You order your food at the front counter, and while we waited, the owner surprised us with a complimentary almond croissant since it was our first visit. It was absolutely delicious -- flaky, fresh, and easily one of the best almond croissants I've ever had. The menu has a great variety of options. We went with the steak and eggs and buttermilk street pancakes. The steak was tender and full of flavor, the home fries were seasoned perfectly, and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. We also tried the Tropical Bliss Juice, a refreshing blend of pineapple, mango, and orange that's freshly pressed to order. Cheese in the khinkali was similar to the khachapuri, so it was redundant to order the two together. Would definitely recommend the khinkali but would pick a different filling if you're getting khachapuri. For the main course, we shared the shkmeruli - a roasted chicken in a creamy garlic sauce. I've seen this listed as chicken tabaka elsewhere. It was excellent! Less garlicky than the one I had a Saperavi earlier in the week. Chicken was juicy but the sauce was the star. We dipped the nipples of the khinkali in the sauce to maximize usage. Good list of Georgian wines. Full bar plus some beers including a Georgian one.
