Such an awesome place for toddlers!! The staff was nice. The only concern was that the place…read moreclearly meant for children allowed a father to bring 5 teenage boys who were way too old to be playing and horsing around little children, throwing things at each other and making every parent have to hover over their toddler because they were being teenagers. I think there should be an age limit because these boys were my height and were running around the whole place for hours. Besides that this place has such potential and would definitely suggest you visit!

At one point, my son had lost me and he went up to the front desk and one of the staff reassured him that would be okay and helped him find me and even gave him a big hug. He was so grateful. Another staff showed him her cool hat with bunny ears that would stick up with a pump thing. She gave him a little toy when we were leaving and he was overjoyed. He found other kids around his age to play with, and they played very nicely together. They sell snacks and bottled water, which is a huge plus, since we both are always hot. It was a positive experience and we plan to return. We appreciated the kindness. Additionally, my son is on the spectrum and felt very comfortable. He has sensory processing issues, but the noise level didn't bother him.

I'm always in search of newer and better indoor playground. Royal Magic Castle has got to rank in…read morethe current top 2 or 3. Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!
