Parking is very limited and would have to be shared with others who are hosting events in neighboring rooms. There's a small, medium and large room. We were thinking of renting out the medium one. However it smelled soooo bad-we decided against it. We thought about renting the smaller room but it was a lot smaller than we needed. A male worker showed us around and he seemed annoyed as he took us from room to room. As soon as you walk in it looks run down and smells old and moldy like someones unkempt basement. They also had ridiculous drink packages and overall we would have been embarrassed to hold an event here. Would definitely not recommend. There are better options nearby.

The fries were my kind of fries, and were perfectly cooked and tasty. I added salt only because that's my thing, not because they lacked flavor. They don't season them with anything fancy, it's just the right size and cooked just the right amount of time. I don't do ketchup on my fries, but if you are the kind of person that does, you can be rest assured they won't turn into a mushy mess, so have at it! The bartenders are really nice, and anyone I ever sat next to at the bar was a character (in a good way). They recognize you if you've been there more than once, which is always pleasant. Enjoy.

They have recently completed a full renovation including new floors and Chandeliers so it looks absolutely dazzling and modern. Banquet halls/catering venues can often fall short on the food but not the Chandelier!! The food is always consistent and delicious. My wedding was 16 years ago and people still remember the food being delicious! I just attended a bday party on Friday and its STILL the same!! We were told that we would…read morehave an hour before the event to come in and decorate, we tried to get a little more time but Victor informed me that they had an affair that was scheduled to be finished two hours before ours. On the day of the event (6/7/2026) the decorators arrived at 5pm (the agreed upon time) there were two tables that had not been cleaned (beer bottles and dirty plates and utensils). We had to go look for someone to clean the tables. It took about 20 minutes for them to come out to clean them, therefore, the decorators had to work around them. The area where the food was setup buffet style had a ceiling leak where water was dropping continuously from the ceiling directly in front of the tables where the food was. They had a white and yellow pallet on the floor catching the water. Not only did it look bad but very unsanitary. I contacted Victor the following day to voice my displeasure and suggested the he give us a discount on what we had paid. He said that he had to speak to his boss about the situation and would get back in touch with me the following day. He did not call me. I contacted him the following day. He was not in, but I spoke to someone else. He kept making excuses about the air conditioner, but never apologized. Said he would call me back. I contacted Victor two days later. He wanted to know what he could do to make things right. I told him that we got no apology. He finally apologized. I also told him about a discount or partial refund of $200. He said that I would hear from him by 6/12/26 because he wanted to make it right with me. Said that he would put the money back on my card. To date, I have not heard from him and have not received anything from them. I will never use them again and will let others know about my experience. Obviously, the Chandelier does not care about pleasing its customers.
