Parking is very limited and would have to be shared with others who are hosting events in neighboring rooms. There's a small, medium and large room. We were thinking of renting out the medium one. However it smelled soooo bad-we decided against it. We thought about renting the smaller room but it was a lot smaller than we needed. A male worker showed us around and he seemed annoyed as he took us from room to room. As soon as you walk in it looks run down and smells old and moldy like someones unkempt basement. They also had ridiculous drink packages and overall we would have been embarrassed to hold an event here. Would definitely not recommend. There are better options nearby.
