Her time to start to decorate started at 11am. My guest started arriving promptly at 7pm. the time they were requested to arrive. she was blowing up balloons and decorating as people were arriving. I had to go to bklyn to help her with bringing the cake, tablecloths, chair covers and tie backs for chairs. myself, cousin, daughter {whose birthday we were celebrating} my sister and 13 yr old grandson started decorating. placing 22 tablecloths and 230 chaircovers. when she finally arrived and stared blowing up balloons her staff of 4 started doing tiebacks as well as my paid photographer who assisted with tiebacks, not to also mention the previous people that did all the previous work of tablecloths etc. also assisted with tiebacks. you'd think we had done enough. All this time ms jackson had an Attitude! As my guest were continuing to arrive I was very EMBARASSED with nothing being READY! Me, my Daughter, Cousin, and Sister who came in from Florida finally left around 8 - 815 to go home and get ready. Some of my guest left during all the confusion. When we arrived at the party at 930pm the room was dark no uprights that were promised, no candles. It came to my attention that they had just finished decorating!!!!! 2 1/2 hrs after the proposed start of my husbands 60th birthday party and my daughters 39th birthday party! Dinner was finally served after 10pm. My cousin from philly went to popeye chicken to feed his Family! Finally when the food was being served the servers had no gloves on {UNSANITARY} The food was not presented on racks but served in aluminum pans as if we were at a BBQ! When I asked her about the racks she stated the food was hot {NOT TRUE} the center of the pans were not hot. When I asked about the uplights she said she broke them. I then asked about the candles {My guest were in the dark remember} She said they would make the room HOT. DUH! when I said things about these issues Ms jackson was to make it happen, I'm the Paying customer! It was a NIGHTMARE on my end because I was expecting what I had PAID for. To the day ms jackson has never apologized for her actions and unprofessional behavior. She thought she could do the Event Planing as well as the catering.{ she gave me the impression she had hired a REAL CATERER} SHE cooked the food. If she had stuck with what she was hired to do I believe everything would have been great. She is not Honorable, Humble nor Trustworthy and I would't RECOMMEND her for any EVENT. I deserved Better than what I PAID for. My guest and I also broke down the tablecloths and chairs because her staff was nowhere to be found. Her response to me was "I came looking for Her" I Advise anyone looking for DREAMKATZINK Eventz Run to the nearest Exit. I Thank GOD for Family and Great Friends Because of them It wasn't all Bad.
