Hard wood floors throughout the location. Quite a steep flight of stairs to get to the room where parties are held- keep that in mind for the elderly, differently abled, and ladies wearing heels over 3". (Steepness is no better going down even if you are sober) Bathroom: Only one bathroom which is annoying. The bathroom was clean which is always a plus! Wait staff: Very patient and nice. I didn't get any eye rolls, teeth sucking or grumbling! Dj: I believe it is up to you to provide. The party I was at used a computer to select songs- not sure if it belonged to the venue or the family. The food was catered so you have to speak to the company about what options they have for food. We did not move forward with Events at Stone Park due solely to the behavior and response times of their Event Coordinator. I wish I had seen a review like this one before I got my hopes up. The space, the food, and the budget all worked for us. The only reason this is not 1 star is because it wouldn't be fair since we did not end up holding our event here. If you'd like to know all the in and out details here we go: I feel I gave the coordinator Barbara a lot of grace - this is an insane time for the restaurant and event industry and people in general - but ultimately I couldn't continue pursuing an event with her in charge. I reached out via email - no response for 10 days I followed up - she responded I reached out again - she didn't respond for 7 days I followed up again- she responded, apologized, gave me info, and said she'd get in touch with me again shortly with her availability for a meeting 2 weeks pass I follow up again - she responded with no acknowledgement of the time gap We schedule an in person walk through - she emailed saying she'd be a few minutes late. After 15 minutes I emailed her back letting her know we were waiting in front of the event space. After 30 minutes of waiting we knocked on the door of the restaurant space and there she was inside. No apology. It was baffling why she didn't look for us at the event space - we realized then that we had seen her walk by 15 minutes before, laptop in hand. Because it bears repeating I'll repeat - she never apologized. She only hurriedly said she left her phone in an uber and then rushed us through the meeting. It was obvious that she was not taking us seriously. She was patronizing. She seemed amused that I had brought a list of questions on my phone to ask. The only positive to give is that she knew something about the space. I came to the appointment happy to give it a chance (even if she was running a few minutes late), and I left angry and insulted. 3 days later she reaches out, apologizes lightly for being late, and asks if we have questions. 5 days later I email her for a sample contract as she had mentioned in our meeting. I've never heard from her since. We are now working with a different local place.

There was a nice size area and they seem to move the guests pretty quickly through the process. The room was also very well lit... Not overpowering and very soft on the eyes. While mirrors on the wall definitely add space, they can be a little challenging to a photographer. After being here a few times, I am happy to say that positioning people is very easy and the size of the room was perfect for big groups. I am sorry that I can't go over each type of food tbat we ate but I will tell you that everything was extremely tasty and well prepared. I wish I could get happier about buffet lines, but I'm just not a fan. It's all about the way you call the tables up to get their food and there is no easy way unless you go table by table. This place is not your standard "Knights of Columbus" hall that I have become used to seeing, this is one big hall. The team here is extremely professional and caring about their guests. The maitre'd is extremely cordial and has helped me a number of times positioning my equipment.
