She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

Kids are running around, eating donuts in the ball pit, and screaming. You must watch your kids at your own risk. Yes, I understand it was a rainy day, but can you enforce some rules? My son likes it here because the music isn't "too loud" and he's right about that, but most of the toys are broken, old, or missing pieces. Can't even imagine when they cleaned down all the toys last; this place is showing its age.

They are good about signage, which was helpful! I booked 8 kids for a two hour experience for a birthday. The two hours included one "adventure" and some craft time. We were lucky that my group was the the only ones booked for that two hour window, so they got to enjoy it as a team. The best thing about the two hour experience: it's drop off. The adults literally cannot stay, there is no space for you. They have your number if some thing happens, but this is designed for adults to have your own adventure. HUGE win. If you have more than 15 kids, there's a party package with a custom adventure, side room and time for cake. They have a deal with the Industry City vendors for food options, which sounded awesome. The CREA team was responsive, answering my queries within a day of me sending an email. They were kind about helping me with options and ensuring we were all set. The space is fun. The room is long and has several zones to explore and collaborate in. There are things to climb and bounce on and zoom. The staff are special. They are kind, excited to hang with the kids, and organized. Feedback from my set of discerning and hopefully not too spoiled 7 to 9 year olds was mixed. The girls (7) loved it, and waxed poetic about the blocks and climbing wall and made gorgeous art. The 9 year old boys said great things about the bouncy area, but also reported that some of the interactive sensor games were glitchy and decided they were too cool for the craft. I would probably be back for a CREA date night (Friday and Saturday evenings). Perhaps not for another birthday.

I do think the parents who attended with their child are pretty diligent. Within an hour of us there almost all the toys had been disorganized and it can be pretty chaotic. We paid $25 for 1.5hour which I thought was reasonable for the area. They have a section for the strollers, a restroom, and a place to buy snacks. I saw numerous very young-looking employees, including teenagers, throughout the space, and the atmosphere felt noticeably unprofessional. One girl at the register appeared extremely young. I considered asking her age but did not want to embarrass or shame her over something that was not her fault, so I assumed she was related to the owners or otherwise connected to the business. I do not blame children or teenagers for being inexperienced. Responsibility lies with the adults who hire, train, supervise, and manage them. It was also astonishing that staff apparently assumed I could not understand them because I was not speaking their language. I am fully Albanian and understood exactly what was being said. I have no issue with them speaking Albanian and absolutely do not think they should stop. They simply need to watch what they say around customers because they never know who understands them. That applies from the youngest employee to the owners. Professionalism should not disappear because you assume a customer cannot understand you. Most disturbing was what happened to my three-year-old son. He was cornered by about five children and repeatedly bothered to the point I considered it harassment. One child even asked to see my three-year-old son's underwear. That is wildly inappropriate and disturbing. He is a toddler and should be able to enter a children's business without being surrounded, intimidated, made uncomfortable, or asked invasive questions about his clothing or body. Children will be children, which is exactly why competent supervision should exist. If several children can corner and continue bothering a three-year-old like this, who exactly is watching the play area? Parents pay with the reasonable expectation that the environment is supervised enough for children, especially the youngest, to play safely and comfortably. I was also concerned by what appears to be a broader pattern of complaints involving racism and homophobia associated with this playspace. I have heard mothers discuss these concerns and seen past Google reviews raising similar issues. To be fair, I will not label an entire business racist or homophobic based solely on secondhand conversations or other people's reviews. However, during my own visit, I personally noticed behavior from a few younger employees that I felt implied racial prejudice, making previous complaints much harder to dismiss. I cannot verify every allegation ever made about this business and will not pretend I can. I can only speak to what I witnessed, and it was enough to make me question the culture and level of professionalism being tolerated. I also worry about what would happen in a genuinely serious situation. In a space that struck me as heavily staffed by very young, inexperienced, and sometimes unprofessional employees, I question how effectively an emergency, conflict, or serious incident involving a child would be handled. Hopefully that never happens, but a children's space must be prepared for it. A lack of maturity, supervision, or professionalism may seem merely irritating during a normal visit, but in a serious situation it could have much greater consequences. That is why the atmosphere I witnessed should not be brushed off as harmless. Although my visit was a couple of months ago, I wanted to share it so other parents can make the correct judgment about whether this playspace is right for them and their children.

Details: I was here about 2 weeks ago for my nephew's 2-year-old birthday party and while the kids may not recognize the things that adults do that are wrong with this place, this place is extremely disappointing. Let me explain. For starters when we walked in, none of the tables or chairs were set up and we had to set the room ourselves. That cut into our set of time for other things necessary by almost 30 minutes. Second of all, all the toys in the toy section such as the dolls and the cars and whatnot are all broken! And all the electronic toys do not have working batteries in it. I literally saw little girls crying when they saw headless dolls and a lot of the children were so disappointed that they couldn't play with the cars and the electronic toys. Third of all the main attraction in the room, the merry-go-round, was broken! How in the world can that be broken for a bunch of children in a play center! The ball crawl itself is using the cheapest balls you could ever imagine and they all get crushed very easily and the pit itself was not filled enough so when children were going down the slide, their butts were hitting the inside of the ballpit very hard and I saw quite a few kids upset over that. They also have this interesting device that looks like a pachinko machine where you put a ball in it and it's supposed to be sucked up by air and go through a bunch of tubes. They were five tubes and only one of them were working. This in particular upset my nephew. Overall, the place was also pretty dirty and it was apparent that this place was not cleaned up from the last party. Last but certainly not least, they have a wall with these tiny little pegs that resemble Chinese checkers.... These pieces are so small that these are easily choking hazards and I literally had to run across the room to pull a few pieces out of a little child's hands because they were going right into the mouth. I took all hundred of these pieces off the wall and threw them into a plastic bag and gave them to the staff and ask them how can they be so naive to have pieces this small available for small children. The lady just looked at me like I was crazy and said sorry. I would highly suggest skipping this place and spending a few more dollars on a place that actually has everything in working order and is clean.

Parents are able to see what their kids are up to and the kids are having a good time. They have a play area, some arcade games, activities in sectored off rooms at different times of the party. Although the time is running the staff is easy going and doesn't make you feel like anything is rushed. Only 3 staff members handling about 30 Kids and 30 Adults and it just flowed. I got so many compliments from friends about how enjoyable and easy the party was because with 30 young kids things can get crazy. Would definitely recommend and do another event here. They also handle decor, food, and clean up. Any additional things you want to bring is up to you but definitely make it easy to just be present as a parents of the birthday girl.

Game cards included for kids, character came to visit, kids played around, pizza and beverage for all guest, cotton candy, they got the cake for me, and really good service from staff. Sidebar, everyone loved the pizza. At the end, they cleaned and packed up the gifts for me. Did I mention the good service? lol Definitely made the right choice coming here. Place wasn't too big but definitely clean and organized. Staff communication was great as well before hand. I'd recommend to others.
