What an amazing experience here! My child is one year old and boy does she have energy. It was clean; very safe to walk on; they do have snacks and juice for purchase for the kids. As well as ice cream. They do birthday parties here as well! Cubicles for children to put their jackets and shoes. The workers clean behind the kids if there are messes or anything going on during the day. It's $20 for adults children are free. (Well that's for one child) I highly recommend

I've had two birthday parties here. My daughter's first birthday and my son's second birthday. Both were so much fun for the kids and adults! My parties were private parties which was nice because you don't have to share the space and you can do it as elaborate or simple as you want. The staff sets up all the food and you can order food for the adults. Overall, so easy and fun for everyone!

$20 for 2 hours for your kids to play with all the things you can't fit in your own home. And you don't have to clean up the mess. I think it's worth it. Kids had a good time and the location is convenient. Not huge but good enough for a short outing.

Great place for kids, it is safe and surprisingly clean. Great place, great price. They do overcharge for drinks and snacks.

This place was great. My daughter had a really nice time. Two hours is plenty. Place is clean.

Would give this 3.5 stars. I brought my son here on President's Day back in February and had two more friends join us. Being that it was a holiday (day off from school), maybe it was a bit more packed than usual. I'm not sure if they are strict with the age restriction here (as other open play places we've been to are) but there were definitely much older kids (8-10 year olds?) running around the play space and jumping on the trampoline, which was concerning for me, having a small toddler wandering around in the same area. Several times I had to hold onto him as older kids came racing by. The play space needs some TLC. Corners of the slide and ball pit area are torn and worn out. Definitely did not feel as clean and well kept as other play places we've been to. There wasn't much space to hang up our jackets but there are several small cubbies for kids' shoes and small belongings. You do not have to sign up in advance for open play. You sign a waiver and sign in for your 2 hour time slot when you come in and pay. There are some snacks available for purchase and a seating area up front as well. In terms of play, there are several activities for young kids. There is a slide and ball pit area, a sandbox area with construction toys, and a pretend play area (e.g., toy kitchen). There are some cars for kids to ride on but there really isn't much space to actually ride them.

Someone took off their fake nails at a place like this. Not just dirty but nasty and disgusting. I am so upset!

I was excited to take my toddler to this place but I am very disappointed. This place is extremely dirty, nasty, I am surprised they are even allowed to be open. The other thing (that isn't really the place's fault but ruining the experience) is that basically all the kids were sick. They were constantly coughing plus runny nose, parents didn't even care to wipe it. I just hope my 16month old will not get sick. She had a good time other than that but we couldn't even stay for the 2hrs that I paid for because of this circumstances.

Cupcakes provided, decorations added by us

We had our sons second birthday party here and it was great! Kids loved the play area, employees were very helpful from start to finish.

Came here for a friends baby shower and the place was very nice. A lot of stuff for the kids to play with. They have slides, ball pit, kitchen area and even a small room for the party with decorations. The only thing is that parking is horrible. Took us 30min to find a spot two ave away. The room is small therefore, it only fits the table for the kids to sit in. Like all the play cafes, make sure you bring socks.

I wanted to check it out to see if we wanted to do my daughter's birthday here. It's $13 for 2 hours of play for kids under 2 years old which was reasonable and I liked that they give you 4 tokens to play an arcade game. The pricing seems to change depending on the kids' ages. The playground had a big ball pit, 3 big slides, a trampoline, arcade games, and other fun toys/ activities. The arcade games looked fun. The playground was well kept for the most part. There was an area where you can see dust balls. It's funny, I didn't notice them until my daughter pointed them out to me. They need to vacuum that. They do have birthday party packages. The party room looked nice. It was smaller than the other playgrounds we've been to but looks fun still. I think I need to wait for a few more months before I bring daughter back so she can fully enjoy this place.

This is a supervised, climb-at-your-own-pace experience rather than formal instruction. If you're looking for climbing classes with instructors, this is not for you. If you're looking for a climbing facility where kids decide what they want and don't want to do, this place is perfect. Booking & Check-In: The online process was seamless--purchasing tickets, selecting a time slot, and completing the waiver form all happened smoothly. Pro tip: fill out the waiver online when you buy tickets to save time at check-in. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. Safety & Orientation: All kids in our time slot gathered in a separate room for harness fitting and a thorough safety video. Since each harness must be fitted individually by an instructor, this takes some time--hence the 20-minute early arrival recommendation. It's time well spent for peace of mind. The Facility: The climbing courses are fantastic, with plenty of variety across different difficulty levels. The auto-belay system lets kids climb independently while staying securely connected at all times. With colorful themed walls, vertical challenges, and ropes courses reaching 26 feet high, there's no shortage of excitement. Everything feels extremely safe, with staff members consistently available throughout. There's also a play structure for younger children (4 feet and under). The Staff: I was particularly grateful when a staff member noticed my son losing confidence midway through (even on courses he'd already completed, like the pirate plank). This instructor took genuine time to help him regain his footing. It helped a lot. The Location: Hapik is located in Industry City, which means you're surrounded by excellent food options. We grabbed lunch at Japan Village in the next building, which offers a lot of different dining options Tips for First-Timers: - Start with one pass if it's your first visit--no need to commit to multiple passes until you know your child enjoys it. - During school breaks, arrive before 11am to beat the crowds. - Complete waivers online at booking to streamline check-in. - If you came to just follow your kid without climbing, you still need to sign a waiver. Highly recommended for a fun, confidence-building activity!

It's a giant obstacle course, plus a huge trampoline park where they're playing dodgeball, plus a big slippery mountain to climb, a ropes course, go-karts, an arcade, a VR situation, and more. (Incoming rant that makes me sound like an old man: These kids have no idea how great they have it. When I was eight, we had birthday parties in a empty gym and we were lucky if they threw us some balls.) On the other hand, for most adults (at least the ones who don't love screaming children, flashing lights, and other people generally in their personal space), it's entirely too crowded, and an utterly chaotic nightmare. Unsurprisingly, Urban Air is a mecca for Brooklyn birthday parties, which is how we've always come in. However, I'm sure you can just pay for a ticket for your kid (I imagine it's more than you want to spend, but you already live in Brooklyn so you know what it is) if you need to get them moving this winter. The food situation is exactly what you'd expect: bad pizza, popcorn, pretzels, chicken fingers, etc. I think I could forgive them for most transgressions if they only offered alcohol, but I suppose we're here for the children. Just hopefully not that long.

Do not book a party here…read more Everything is broken and it's very unsafe too, not to mention nothing was set up and ready to go for us and there's only one person running the whole party. Details: I was here about 2 weeks ago for my nephew's 2-year-old birthday party and while the kids may not recognize the things that adults do that are wrong with this place, this place is extremely disappointing. Let me explain. For starters when we walked in, none of the tables or chairs were set up and we had to set the room ourselves. That cut into our set of time for other things necessary by almost 30 minutes. Second of all, all the toys in the toy section such as the dolls and the cars and whatnot are all broken! And all the electronic toys do not have working batteries in it. I literally saw little girls crying when they saw headless dolls and a lot of the children were so disappointed that they couldn't play with the cars and the electronic toys. Third of all the main attraction in the room, the merry-go-round, was broken! How in the world can that be broken for a bunch of children in a play center! The ball crawl itself is using the cheapest balls you could ever imagine and they all get crushed very easily and the pit itself was not filled enough so when children were going down the slide, their butts were hitting the inside of the ballpit very hard and I saw quite a few kids upset over that. They also have this interesting device that looks like a pachinko machine where you put a ball in it and it's supposed to be sucked up by air and go through a bunch of tubes. They were five tubes and only one of them were working. This in particular upset my nephew. Overall, the place was also pretty dirty and it was apparent that this place was not cleaned up from the last party. Last but certainly not least, they have a wall with these tiny little pegs that resemble Chinese checkers.... These pieces are so small that these are easily choking hazards and I literally had to run across the room to pull a few pieces out of a little child's hands because they were going right into the mouth. I took all hundred of these pieces off the wall and threw them into a plastic bag and gave them to the staff and ask them how can they be so naive to have pieces this small available for small children. The lady just looked at me like I was crazy and said sorry. I would highly suggest skipping this place and spending a few more dollars on a place that actually has everything in working order and is clean.
