I will never go back to this place I bought 1 hour for each child which was $25 each and they charged me $7 extra idk for what i think it was tax but that's too much for tax also my kids only were able to play in 3 or 4 games the staffs were so annoyed when we ask them to play again since only the games were so limited we had to play the same games many time and they didn't like that also we had to buy tickets for the other games and mist of them didn't work and the one picks up things non of them worked to hold any toys it was waste of money! read more

Fun Station USA - great to host WOW Wrestling events, but other than that, not so "fun." We had intermission during our Wrestling matches this Saturday, and my friends and I were stoked to try some games while we waited. My husband and his friend made a bee line to the beloved shooting game of Aliens Armageddon, and fed the machine a dollar in quarters each time they died. Since I have zero hand-eye coordination, I wanted to check out the crane games. The prizes in the crane games were awful. I'm talking really junk-y. Why is everything in a plastic capsule? It didn't motivate me to want to play. There were plenty of kids running around, and the rides were going, so I guess they were pretty happy. The bathroom was an utter nightmare. Waiting, waiting, waiting, and then a girl cut in front of me to help someone in the bathroom. Which was okay, since I thought it was a child. Another 10 minutes later, two grown women walk out together. I walk in, and the toilet is so full of toilet paper, that it physically couldn't flush anymore. I would've been better off going in the alley than in here. Terrible; it wasn't end close to closing time yet either. Ick. The WOW Wrestling match was really awesome and I LOVE it, but I wouldn't come back for anything else. read more

They were unaccomodating when my son had decided that he did not want to go to the summer camp. They were able to send a letter to my insurance to reimburse me partially but refused to do so. They still would have been paid for the full week and the week after. He had only attended for a few days during the first week. My son said the counselors there yelled at the campers and did not allow them to really play. I don't recommend for summercamp read more

This place as greatly improved on all areas! I have came a few times after my original visit. I also noticed it's been cleaner & the staff is much better now. All machines working & ready for kids to come & enjoy! The owner is amazing with it comes to making sure his customers leave with more the just a smile.. but with memories to last forever & hopes to come back again! No question if I'll come back again to have a birthday party or any type of event for kids! Keep it up guys! read more

This place is dope! Indoor rides but you'll definitly get dizzy doing all of them .,.,.some of the guys who work there treated me good even thou i kept bothering to fill machines with tickets cause i go after the high roller jackpots, i went with a few kids. I like that they dont charge for entrance which is what im used to, just gave me more money to spend on games and rides. Racked up around 5,000 tickets il save them till the next time. Some of the other kids are just rude but thats not there fault ..,.,.,i will be back for lazer tag and the batting cages! read more

When we go there all the rides were closed off but when as we were playing the games it was taking the tokens also its not a lot of games there you can play and if u wanna play certain games you have to pay cash or trade in your tokens......i think they should really upgrade their arcade and also get better prizes....how is one tootsie roll 70 tickets 0.o. Whomever gave this place anything less than 5 stars is a wah....cry baby ...or hater. Today was our first time there with our 9 year old twins who had a blast. There is a little of everything to do from video games to ticket type games, batting cages, mini Bowling, bumper cars and a few other rides, jungle gym maze, and awesome laser tag. FUN STATION - Nice place to play some games, but thats it... Lots of games, play elements for little ones and small indoor amusement rides. Also batting cages. The place is pretty large, plenty of parking (big plus!). But the two birthday parties we attended were not very interesting. Staff (high school girls) were not very attentive, obviously not trained in guest services / customer service. Pizza was OK, but they had no more coffee for grown ups. Weird. This place is a joke. Outdated & broken machines and rides. They have nerve charging the prices they do for tokens. Tickets are always getting jammed and the workers are useless. Spent some time to get out of the rain with my kids. They won a bunch of tickets. They don't even have a ticket counting machine, just scales and a dollar store basket to "weigh" and tell you how many you have. Doesn't matter how many, you won't get anything anyway. My kids had over 8k in tickets -- it was like 200 tickets for one plastic army soldier and then the next level up is 100-200k !!!! No one will ever get any of those even if you visit all year long and save your tickets! How stingy. Even the workers were saying to me that No One gets any prizes besides what's in the counter. I just had my nieces 6th birthday here and it was a HIT!! Everyone really enjoyed themselves, kids were belly laughing on the rides, and the adults looked just as happy as their children. The Staff did a great job, very helpful and accommodating. And everybody enjoyed the Pizza and Hero's that we got catered from them. We are definitely coming back here. This place is amazing! A little gem in Staten Island! We had our son's 7th birthday party here last Sunday, the owner was so helpful and accommodating, from the first day we walked in he was so helpful, the place was super clean. Paulina called me a few days before the party to make sure all my needs were pleased, also she called a few days after the party to make sure everything went well. My entire family and friends were so happy and pleased to be there, the games were all working, I was a little concerned about that. The cake was huge and beautiful, the inside had ice cream (Chocolate) that was a nice surprise! But I have to say the #1 reason why our party was so wonderful is because of Jovanna's leadership, she made sure everyone was looking when pictures were taking, she made sure everyone was having a good time, she helped me decorated and was on top of every detail. Thank you to the entire staff of Fun Station USA for making my son's birthday party such a success, I hope my daughter decides on having her birthday party here this year because they give a nice discount to siblings! read more

There aren't many options for fun kid play places in Staten Island. This is one of the select few places. It's really pretty pricy. It's pretty disorganized. The kids love it though because they just want to run around and play and spend lol. I think Chuck E Cheese's is a better option. read more

This place is awful. Almost every game my kids played ate their tokens and wouldn't play. Anytime we went to the desk to let them know a game wasnt working they had an attitude that they needed to actually do work. It's really dirty and not kept up to date at all. Don't bother going here. When you walk in, if you ever do because it's next to impossible to find the entrance, you are greeted with a smell of sewage and a carpet that hasn't been cleaned in 50 years. Several of the games/rides were either not working or working but not giving tickets. Employees seemed off to me, it took a long time to even get a staff member to come over to us and let us on the rides (my child and I were 2 of the 4 people there) and when they did they didn't seem happy about it. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The place needs a lot of updating and a deep clean for sure. read more

Worst place ever I went to my cousins birthday party at fun station. First they took us on 3 rides 3 times in a row and then they told me I was too old to ride . In lazer tag my gun was not working. I hurt my leg and I am in a cast now. There was an area were it was pitch black that is why I'm in a cast and my nose is all bruised . After lazer tag we had pizza and cake. The pizza tasted like cardbord and the cake was not enough cake and mine had a piece of hair in it .Lastly we got 10 tokins each and half of the games didn't work so I gave my brother my tickets and that added up to 100 tickets but at the prize station it was all trash so we didnt even get a prize . read more

Decided to take the kids here today and it was THE WORST time ever. The games are a big rip off, taking your tokens and doesn't work. When you go to get assistance they give you attitude. One worker his name was Arthur, very unprofessional. His attitude stunk, he was very snappy, didn't want to assist at all and when one of the other workers was trying to help and accommodate me for their broken equipment Arthur told him not too. He literally screamed on him and would not help us. I will definitely NOT come back here. They need working games, better games, and professional workers. I had my child's 5th birthday party at Funstation and it went great. He loved the rides especially the laser tag . The staff was very helpful and the pizza was a hit with my guests . I will definitely be returning with my children over the weekend and take advantage of there weekend specials. I recommend Funstation rain or shine my kids had a blast. read more

If you have a baseball team of 11's and 12 year olds ,then this is the place to go .Not only is the staff very nice and helpful ,but they make the kids feel right at home.They have a basketball gym , video games , laser tag , mazes , rides , and of course batting cages.The party room is great for pizza parties and and other events.I sometimes go to the in- house wrestling shows they have there .The parking is great . They also do a lot for kids and thier charitable events.So to all the reviewers that disagree, i ask you to take a look at your childs smile next time your there and wonder isn't that priceless. read more

My 3 friends and I go there to use the batting cages on a consistent basis. Yes, the batting cages are outdated but they do get the job done. When we went there on a Tuesday night the batting cage machine jammed, but we had wonderful assistance from one of the staff members Abraham. We brought 6 kids here and had a great time! It's exciting for the kids but laid back for the adults. Usually I get way overstimulated at these kinds of places, but as the adult chaperone, I actually was able to enjoy myself. It wasn't too loud, plenty of space, and there were fun, nostalgic things for me to do, also. The staff really took it upon themselves to help us choose the best payment package for our group, among other things. We did have some trouble with the laser tag equipment, so I would recommend checking it before you go in, though some of that might have been user error among the excited 9 yr olds. A treasured piece of my childhood That seems to be struggling against the times. Used to come here all the time as a kid, and frequently as a teen once they gutted the bowling alley and filled that section with classic fighting games.(XM vs SF, MVC2, MK,Neo Geo etc.) Most of the fighting games have been removed with the exception of the Capcom vs SNK 2 machine that's had broken inputs on the player one side for a while. Pretty much all the new games in the front work, and the old ones in the back are spotty. If there's one thing that's fun, it's still the laser tag, that always works every time I'm here with friends and we always have a blast. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. You can find most of them at the front desk, checking up on the game, but the minute you need help they spring into action! At the very least I'm happy that Funstation is still around (especially since there are no other arcades on Staten Island!), it just needs a little love and care to return to its former glory. read more
