The one thing I wished they had is lockers or storage that can be locked up. They have lots of coat hooks and cubbies for storing shoes, but for parents carrying diaper bags that isn't enough room. Also my friends and I didn't feel comfortable leaving them just in the cubbies open to any person to touch them. So I ended up wearing the diaper bag when I was playing with my child if I didn't have a friend holding on to it or watching my bag and coat for me. The decor is stunning and went perfectly with my woodland theme, and they allowed me to add extra decorations and set up the dessert table. I had a dedicated manager who double checked the number of guests and my preferences several times and up to the evening before the party, and they opened up a little early to accommodate for my decorations and set up. They surprised me some additional balloon decor and fun straws for the kids, and had impeccable service the day of the party. Even though we shared space with other guests, we were able to separate our party by curtains to make the space more private. Everyone had a great time, especially the kids - which is hard to pull off! I loved the nice play area for the kids and the coatroom where everyone could store their outerwear. Highly recommend for kids parties and very fun for adults as well! Food and homemade punch was delicious and the staff packed up all the leftovers for us to take home.

I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it.
