There are many pros and cons visiting this place but for my son and I, we enjoyed the experience. Be forewarned that this location does not seem to be the upmost sanitary. Just imagine coming here pre-covid days, that's the experience you'll get. So if you're worried about germs this isn't the place for you because believe me there's plenty but you can safely still have fun just come prepared with sanitizer and slippers. Upon arrival the adults will get temperature checks and that's it. None of the kids including mine had their temperatures checked. Mask are mandatory but many have them down and a lot of kids don't have them on. You sign the book and go downstairs to where you'll pay. As of 02/20/2021 the price is $15 per child for 90 minutes total, this is not including tax and not including an additional $2 locker fee. The locker fee is returned back to you after your visit is complete. They will call your locker number on the loud speaker so you'll know when your 90 minutes are over. All shoes must be taken off before entering the play space, lockers are to put whatever belongings you have and coats if you must. There is no food at all, you must bring your own snacks and beverages. They do have a beverage area to purchase drinks and small snacks like candy but that's about it. If your child is obsessed with toys and can't look away, bring a hefty wallet because they have lots of toys for sale. The ball-pit/slide area is a cesspool of germs. Hair all on the balls, dirt from peoples socks, it's just outrageous but it's life and we can overlook those things. It's not like we're eating in there, ha! Bring sanitizer. I didn't see any sanitizing stations at all. The bathroom is clean, however they offer you sandals to step into the bathroom. EVERYONE shares those same sandals. Again, not very sanitary but you gotta do what you gotta do! I'm leaving this long written review because I know we're in a pandemic so it's hard for people to find safe places to enjoy. For my son and I, we still enjoyed it to the fullest while taking proper precautions ourselves. I'm definitely coming back with my own slippers next time and some snacks. It's huge, fun and lots to do. I loved the trampoline. Also, you must supervise your children and the workers aren't really watching anything that's going on so keep focus and enjoy!

Grand kids had a blast. The best place you can take kids in a cold or rainy day in the neighborhood.

I'm always in search of newer and better indoor playground. Royal Magic Castle has got to rank in…read morethe current top 2 or 3. Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

They all start nice and with time deteriorate and begins to look gloomy. The owner Michelle is very nice and the staff is very friendly and the place is always clean and it keeps improving. There are also 2 rooms for Birthday Party rentals. The price of admission included a pair of socks and lockers were an added fee. Playground: Two story structure that was space galaxy themed with a couple of twisty slides. There's a seating area in front of it for parents to sit and wait. Go-Kart: The carts are kid sized and one child per cart, but parents can observe behind the barricades. When we went a couple of weeks ago, we got one free go cart ride for the price of admission. After that they charge $8 per child/per ride. Sometimes, they do have a promo and will include unlimited Go-Kart rides. I would call them before you go. The Arcade: This area consisted of 4 arcades games. To use the arcades, you must purchase a Fun Card. There is a $1.00 activation fee so remember to keep your card for future visits. It's important to note that the entrance is located at 133rd Place. The (free) parking is by the Whitepoint Shopping Center but there is not an entrance from there. You have to exit the strip mall and walk around the block to 133rd Place to get to the entrance. I would say this place is good for ages 4 - 10 years old. I did see some younger kids there during our visit, but I personally think it might be a waste of money to take them. Both the go-kart and arcade games are probably too old for them so the only place for younger kids to play is the playground area. During our visit, it was not at all crowded so there was practically no wait time for the Go-Kart or any of the arcades. The staff were really friendly, and a couple spoke Spanish. This place is definitely a good option if you're looking for something to do indoors.

From the large ball pit and motion-sensor projector game down to the small toys for other sorts of play, it is a great option for all ages. The slides are so cute! Safety protocols will apply and sanitization seems to be "on the ball" for this place. I appreciate the extra care and attention that the workers put into this place for everyone's health and well being. There are snacks and other items on sale. It is all very well set up. The workers are also experienced that if the child does not want to leave, they have ways to coax them to listening to the parents. (huge plus because most of the time, children will want to stay.) Seems like private parties are at a very good cost with different options to choose from. The overall presentation with the party decor and details looked extremely fabulous. Photos are up on the wall to give you a sense of how happening the parties look! Check with the prices, since they may have changed due to the pandemic, etc. It is a great local spot for the neighborhood. Please support your local businesses!
