Absolutely love this place from when you walk in upstairs so when you get downstairs it is so clean this toys upstairs and toys downstairs so parents be careful if you got a kid that might see the toys and be like mommy mommy I need it I want it they have toys everywhere they have drinks they have snacks. It's an amazing place and a big sit area as well, the playground itself is so amazing and there's a lot to do it's even an arcade there and the customer service is great. As a mama of 2- a 2 year old and a 4 year old, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! 1. Huge fun, diverse activities, friendly and attentive staff. There's so much for 7 and under to do here. It's almost too easy for parents. We are chilling while kids can independently play. There's mini carousels everywhere in different forms. There's an area for kids to play that looks like a road and those Flintstones-kid-type cars, there's a trampoline area, there's a ginormous ball pit area, and even a mini-zip line. There's usually someone at the gate making sure kids don't leave without parents. Don't get me wrong, you need to watch your kid. Accidents happen--so, don't be an idiot and let your kid play alone and go cray cray, 2. It's clean. I've read the reviews, and I'm a little confused about the validity of some of the statements. 3. Family owned and it's charming to me, an immigrant's daughter. The first floor entrance does not represent what's downstairs, but it gives-- owned by my grandma-- run by her children and even grandchildren work there. Which, I love. So so fun! My 3 year old had the time of his life on a snowy day when we'd been stuck indoors for days. It's a family business which means it's not super "professional"and no, everything isn't brand new, but honestly if you've been to the Brooklyn children's museum you know the vibe. There are many pros and cons visiting this place but for my son and I, we enjoyed the experience. Be forewarned that this location does not seem to be the upmost sanitary. Just imagine coming here pre-covid days, that's the experience you'll get. So if you're worried about germs this isn't the place for you because believe me there's plenty but you can safely still have fun just come prepared with sanitizer and slippers. Upon arrival the adults will get temperature checks and that's it. None of the kids including mine had their temperatures checked. Mask are mandatory but many have them down and a lot of kids don't have them on. You sign the book and go downstairs to where you'll pay. As of 02/20/2021 the price is $15 per child for 90 minutes total, this is not including tax and not including an additional $2 locker fee. The locker fee is returned back to you after your visit is complete. They will call your locker number on the loud speaker so you'll know when your 90 minutes are over. All shoes must be taken off before entering the play space, lockers are to put whatever belongings you have and coats if you must. There is no food at all, you must bring your own snacks and beverages. They do have a beverage area to purchase drinks and small snacks like candy but that's about it. If your child is obsessed with toys and can't look away, bring a hefty wallet because they have lots of toys for sale. The ball-pit/slide area is a cesspool of germs. Hair all on the balls, dirt from peoples socks, it's just outrageous but it's life and we can overlook those things. It's not like we're eating in there, ha! Bring sanitizer. I didn't see any sanitizing stations at all. The bathroom is clean, however they offer you sandals to step into the bathroom. EVERYONE shares those same sandals. Again, not very sanitary but you gotta do what you gotta do! I'm leaving this long written review because I know we're in a pandemic so it's hard for people to find safe places to enjoy. For my son and I, we still enjoyed it to the fullest while taking proper precautions ourselves. I'm definitely coming back with my own slippers next time and some snacks. Staff isn't friendly.. they bark at people over the loud speak when their time is up, but the system is old and cheap so you can't understand them so they just repeat their yelling. All the equipment is not breaking down.. exposed metal chains, all the air pressure toys for the kids aren't working ever, the zip line gets stuck, the merry go round doesn't work, the slide literally doesn't let people slide because it's not being cleaned.. this place was great when it was first opened.. but it's not being maintained, not 1%. We recently attended a birthday daughter for my daughters friend. I couldn't believe that I didn't know about this place. It's huge inside. There is enough to do for all the kids in attendance. You never saw anyone waiting for a turn. And I felt like I could be anywhere in the place and see everything. It's also kept very clean. I saw the staff walking around cleaning all the time. Took my 2 year old daughter this weekend and she had a great time. It not what you would usually expect when you walk in but once you head downstairs it's an inviting play world. The staff was very friendly and the place is clean & organized. It's a very spacious area and we picked a great time to go because it wasn't super crowded. I took a star off because when we arrived whatever cleaning solution they were using behind the glass was super potent & I don't think that's good to use when children are around. Located in the basement level, this playspace is one of the largest I've been to. Paid the weekend price for my kid to play, and was also given a locker key ($2 deposit: given back when I leave) to place our belongings. Once inside the gate it was a kids play wonderland, with all padded areas to jump, run, and bounce around. In regards to supervision its mostly parents watch out for their own off-springs. Ball pit was big and spacious kept clean and no odor. There's this futuristic ball contraption hung up the ceiling, once its filled up with balls it lifts the lid and balls will rain down. Trampoline area is well kept along with a foam pit on the side. There are these padded stairs and slides where kids can just run around without hurting themselves. As far as the surveillance of the place which reviewers were mentioning about its mainly at the entrance gate where you first paid for admission. Along the side of the cashier there are a whole bunch of candies and sweets for purchase, and also an arcade play area, maybe that's more security emphasis there. I didn't read the reviews of this place till the morning I was going. I've been to a lot of the indoor playgrounds in Queens and this one is one of the good ones. The price is good and it is really big with a lot for the kids to do. There was a lot of review saying that it was dirty which I did not notice, everything seems clean. However, everyone there was rude. Those reviews were not wrong. Overall my son had a great time and at the end of the day that's what matters. It's reasonably priced, really busy on the weekends. Incredible space and variety of activities! Great place to tire out the kids. I will say, though, that when my son had a tantrum (he's 2, I removed him from the play area, we went to a booth, calmed down, had a snack, ready to go). After that we were followed by a staff member around the eating area and arcade while my son wound down. Then he stood in front of the gate when we walked back and looked like he was ready to block us from re-entering, so we just left. It'd be nice to think this was out of concern for my son and other kids' safety but this staff member apparently remembered us when we went back a couple days later and for two hours he kept trailing us through the play area. Every time I looked up, we was there, even when we were in the far back corner. My kid didn't even do anything except cry and bit for less than five minutes in the play area, away from other kids, before I took him out! They need to stop following kids around, according to another reviewer's experience. I get that they're new and don't want any incidents but seriously, it's not like my toddler is going to burn the place down and I already demonstrated I removed him from the space so he wouldn't bother other kids' experience. Some basic conflict resolution skills from the staff would be nice. Instead of haunting parents and creeping out children they could just advise they are here to help out of we need to get a kid out of the area quickly and that when they were calm we can rejoin the play area, for example. When they first opened it was a good place to take the kids for some quick local fun. I visited recently and it looks like the equipment is being run down and not being taken care of. The ball pit had random loose hair and the balls were dirty. The cars to push babies in were also dirty they can at least wipe them down so things can look cleaner. I also noticed they don't have any attendants inside and their are some children running wildly with zero adult supervision pretty sure some will end up running into each other. Wow, I'm so glad I gave this place a try. Despite the low reviews I really enjoyed my time here. 12 dollars for two hours or 15 for unlimited. We went on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty empty. Each section was well kept. If there is anything to complain about was the strong scent of Clorox/clearer: (FYI gave me a headache after two hours) but I guess that's better than anything else? Though they rarely check) Almost everything has walls of mesh, so even when your kids go in a play structure, you can see them. Fun for little ones and big ones. Allowed to have a little snack inside the no-shoe area Plenty of places for adults to sit and watch the kids play Cons: No supervising staff. Gate to go out of the play area is not secured. (No one is checking to see if a kid leaves without a parent or with another adult.) Very annoying long squeaky sound from the inflatable moving "ship" Not the cleanest bathroom. (Also wish they had stepping stools etc) Over all, it's 4star at least because of price and the fun. The owner (men) is extremely RUDE - I can never imagine someone running a children's place can be ridiculously impolite and impatience. I will never recommend any of my friends to this place. Although it states on the website and on a big sign on their door that they open at 10:00, when we arrived on a school bus they said they aren't opening until 1 and wouldn't let us in. The customer service providers are terrible! From the moment we walked in we were being watched and followed. We pay and go to the bathroom and the lady appears in the bathroom to "use the bathroom" mind you there's a whole employee's restroom. We are in the front of the play area with the kids they are on a ride she's on the other end sitting down watching us. We get into the play area she's there too! Walking around. So we are with the kids in the ball pit and she proceeds to come and tell us that there's no drinks allowed mind you we had the drinks since we walked in and she seen us with it and she did not tell us anything! At the same time she tells us no drinks allowed she grabs the cup! She wqlking around as if shes looking for us through the toy ailes and stops and starts watching us at this point we are very annoyed and we say something so she says something to the guy behind the counter and when we go to pay he starts talking to us very slick and nasty. I love this place but they do need a security guard. There was an Incident where a mother confronted a father that's his child bite her son. Keep in mind, the father was way taller than the mother. The father decided instead of apologizing, he stood in front of the mother like he was about the fight her and started yelling " did you see him", then he made a threatening comment " if my wife was here, she would beat your a**". People like this should not be allowed to be in a place where there are children because children learn that it is ok to make threats. The place might need to up the price to have a security guard, which I wouldn't mind paying just to feel more safe. read more

Nice indoor children's play space. Much bigger then a few others I've been to .. I wis they could incorporate maybe a few more care on the mini race track, could be more bigger bouncy balls so the kids aren't hounding each other, also maybe swings cause there is one little knitted toddler swing attached to the play maze that has been so stretched out from the bigger kids utilizing it.
