Great Spot for Kids to Play and Have Fun! My daughter loves coming here on her days off from school! There are plenty of activities and a good variety of play sets to keep kids entertained. The price is very reasonable--just $20 for two hours of playtime. The place is clean, although some of the equipment feels a bit old. A few machines were broken, but the staff does their best to fix them so the kids can still enjoy them. Overall, it's a great spot for kids to burn off energy and pass the time. Weekends can get really crowded, so for a better experience, I recommend going on weekday mornings or early on weekends. Definitely avoid peak hours in the afternoon, especially around 3 PM. read more

I took my two kids to try out this indoor playground that I found online since I am around the area. This place is quite big compare to this other place in Brooklyn NY that I visited. And definitely much cleaner compare to the previous one I went to. This place is very suitable for little toddler, like my 20mos old, or a bigger sibling, like my soon to be 6yo because it has different play areas for their age. Since I came here on a Friday, so it's less people around. Otherwise, I would make sure the younger kids are being watched while the older kids maybe running around. My kids definitely had so munch fun! Price: $20/child Each child can have 1 free adult. Additional adult is $10/ea. We came for a friend's birthday party this past weekend and it was such a great place I had to review quickly! There is excellent variety and selection of all of these play items. We've been to Urban Air and a variety of such indoor playrooms and bouncey houses and trampoline parks over the years, most good. This one stands out for its sheer width of seemingly every type of play from huge ball pits to slides to indoor playground sets to trampolines to kids-sized exercise machines to toy kitchen areas (though they've lost a lot of items) to arcade (though many machines were not functional) and on and on. Private party rooms are in the front and alright for decor and excellent for size, easily fitting 30+ kids with parents. The restrooms are alright with the recommend to bring your own shoe covers or slippers or maybe just a second pair of socks to change into after visits. The only real downside is that during winter, temperatures can be a bit chilly due to leaky windows and being over a construction warehouse, but little matter. Front desk staff ensure good people flow and patrons are authenticated upon entry. Purchasing and ticketing are all very easy. The location is very easy parking on street on the block or at the public parking at the bottom of the block. The excellent ease near College Point Blvd just minutes from major intersections make it regularly visitable. We'll come back again as it was a hit with all the kids! read more

I brought my son here on a Friday morning. He had such a great time here. The place is very nice and suitable for ages of about 6 months- 6 yrs. Since it was in the morning, there weren't many kids which was great! They have an enormous ball pit with slides. They also have trampolines, and a maze. This place has so much to do. And the price for it was not bad at all! The staff were really friendly. The only bad thing I would say is, they do not have any parking. It's only street parking. Great place for kids. This is the best indoor playground in NYC. They have a variety of games. They also have good quarter machine games.

4.5 stars. This new indoor play place is located across the street from the old Western Beef and Home Depot. You'll be required to go up a set of stairs as the play place is on the second floor. You can leave your stroller at the bottom of the steps. I did not see an elevator but I wasn't really looking hard. My first impressions upon entering were very positive as the space is very bright, open and large. They ask everyone to go through temperature check as soon as you enter and then they spray the bottoms of your shoes. We went on a Saturday at 1pm and surprisingly there was only one other family there. There's so much to do here. They have several play areas: a huge play kitchen behind the lockers, dress up area with costumes and dressing tables, sensory wall for small tots, a few arcade games, a station for toy trains and Legos. One side of the space is taken up by a huge plastic ball pool with three huge slides. The slides are so big that adults can go on it with the kids. Super fun. And older kids can romp in the obstacle course complete with three trampoline located in the back. You can purchase snacks and drinks and eat it while sitting on the kids size picnic tables. There's also a private room for bday parties. I peeked in and saw that it was even equipped with a karaoke machine! This is one of the nicer indoor play place we've been to in a while. I did take off half a star because I felt that there weren't enough staff policing the large open space. There were plenty of cameras but only one staff person walking around. And we noticed some older kids weren't wearing masks. Not their fault, it should have been the parents and the staff reminding them. read more

I took my son here today because we were in the neighborhood running an errand. I would not recommend the place for many many reasons. First, it was not very clean. They clean at night, we were there at 11a, 1 hour after opening but there was dust on the steps. 2nd. The ball pit does not have enough balls for kids to jump into. 3rd they don't regulate children wearing socks. I also found a water bottle in the ball pit. 4th The women's bathroom had a leak. 5th. I saw a little girl run around with what looked like pink eye 6th. I had to reprimand 2 adults, for thinking it was okay to go down the slide a few seconds after my son went down while my son didn't clear the slide. The mom almost crashed into my son and when i confronted her, she responded with but I didn't crash into him. I was so shocked that they thought that was alright. Then I had to get into an argument with the father because I needed to explain that as adults it is our job to know better and keep the children safe. Not act like another child. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars and not 1 is because my son had a great time despite everything that I had issues with. read more

Madhouse on weekends, BUT this place does deserve many stars. Besides that is huge space for kids to go wild and crazy, it is a great concept for parents/children to spend a few hours on a weekend or any given day. The birthday parties seem very nice/organized. There are also a lot of common positives that many indoor playgrounds have. However, what stood out most, that in spite of all the sporadic kids running around with pure job, there are staff members taking out vacuum and broom while in the middle of all the craziness. That is NOT easy of a task for anyone. You'd have to work with a population that has no boundaries and everyone's all over the place, and yet - the standards of this business is to constantly be on top in keeping the whole place tidy. My goodness! It was seriously surprisingly yet amazing to witness! Other businesses should learn and see how the organization and meticulous structure/planning of these staff members get it all together. From the reviews that stated this place is not clean, I do not agree (at least from the moment that I was present)- because I came at a peak time when literally it was the height of all the booked back-to-back parties and regular admissions were taking place. It all converged for the few hours that I was present. So it is possible that there will customers that come at a time when things were chaotic and staff members were unable to keep up. However, my positive encounter with their cleaning abilities is worth mentioning and hope that everyone is understanding of possible one-off times. So please, it is HIGHLY recommend that you do not allow your kids (and yourself) to eat on the premises. (You can eat on the sidelines by doorway, I believe. Ask the front desk if you want confirmation.) This is why the staff are constantly working on cleaning up spilled stuff, crumbs and the like. (And no, this isn't their only job if that's what you think that they are paid to do.) I think with the cost of the admissions (which is considerably low for the amount of space/entertainment options there are), that staff can utilize their time more on keeping everyone safe or attending to birthday parties, etc, rather than cleaning up after a toddler's leftover crumbs. Also, all the attendees were of various backgrounds so this place is very diverse. It is also a nice scene to see kids of all ethnicities to come together for a common play space and goal. Regarding the no-covid guidelines as mentioned by so many reviews, I do agree with that. Therefore, I am just curious - if there are those afraid of covid, then the puzzling question is... why are you even entering this place? If you are so fearful of catching covid, knowing this place has such laxed restrictions- why are you still entering the premises, but instead enter it anyway, play in it, putting your health/safety/life at horrifying risk, and then proceed to write a yelp review to complain about it. Great prices and really big space. The reason for the low rating is because there are NO COVID GUIDELINES. No temperature checks, no proof of vaccination checks, no strict enforcement of masks at all. There were way too many adults wearing masks on their chins or having their noses completely exposed. Staff did not care to tell them to properly wear their masks. Did not feel safe at all. You'd think adults would be considerate of protecting kids under 5 who cannot get vaccinated by doing the bare minimum of properly wearing a mask...but nope! We visited today and what a bad experience. Place is DIRTY, hot and smelly. A fight broke out with bigger kids and the staff or kids parents were no where to be found. Kids were climbing on gates and on top of areas they should not be. Big kids running around, dropping F bombs, not watching out for the little kids. We just visited this place this past Wednesday at 11am and we were almost the only ones there except for another parent or two. My two year old loves the ball pit, she had a nice time. I can imagine on weekends it'll be crowded. For those interested, while I was there everyone had a mask on, both parents and employees. Only thing I didn't like were the zombies that came out on the big screen in the ball pit area. My daughter didn't want to go back in while they were displayed on the big screen. Either way, I'm thinking of having her third birthday party done here. But I do have to take into consideration that parking is kind of difficult and that may be the main reason why it wouldn't be done here. rudest staff ever!!!! we paid $100 dollars for an extra hour at the party room. THEY LITERALLY KICKED US OUT after 15 min. They started picking everything up and taking our things outside of the room. Super clean! They make you take your shoes off, take your temperature, and hand sanitize before entering + they offer you a complimentary locker to keep your things. They have a huge ball pit in addition to a smaller one, as well as a foam pit, slides, tiny carousel, sand play, and much more. There were even trampolines and nets they can play on. I'd recommend going early on a weekend or on off-peak times because it can get crowded. The staff was so friendly and even gave our kids complimentary toys when we left. We just got back from here and my son (4-years old) LOVED it. No doubt we will be coming more often and potentially have his next birthday party here. At $18 for 2 hours (1 child and 1 adult), the price is on par with other indoor playgrounds in Queens, but there really are a lot of fun and uniquely creative activities that it, IMO, makes this one of the better options. And out of the six or so indoor playgrounds we have been to, this is my son's favorite so far -- that is about the best endorsement one can get. From a parent's POV: the place is super clean and well maintained, perhaps because it is only a few months old. But the staff was continuously vacuuming, spraying stuff down and organizing. One user below took away half a star because the staff was not patrolling the play area like prison guards. I actually appreciated that. The place was pretty busy and all the parents were very friendly and attentive. There was always at least one staff member walking around cleaning and organizing. Never did I ever feel like the facility needed to be policed, but to each is own. I know they allow food inside for parties, and saw a lot of parents with snacks and drinks. There is a room off to the side with little tables and chairs to sit and eat. They also sell water/juice/tea/etc. Easily accessible by the Q58 bus on the corner and there is plenty of parking down the block under the highway near the rec center/aquatic center. They might even have their own parking, I didn't notice. Anyway, highly recommended. Nice people, great staff, great fun. read more

I like the place. It has a lot of fun and cute things for kids to do. The place was pretty clean. BUT I was very uncomfortable most of the time because 98% of the people were not wearing masks and 50% of the kids were not wearing socks. The place was not enforcing any social distancing rules. It was very packed on the day that we went. We were there for two hours which I felt was more than enough time. The 98% were Jewish people who were there for a birthday party. NONE of them wore masks. There were kids fighting over the toy cars and a territorial little girl pushed my daughter and wouldn't let her come into the dress up area to play. The parents just sat there and watched and said nothing. Maybe if I went on a different day I would've like it better. read more

I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was complete chaos. There were zero Covid precautions, like I know Covid is not a big deal anymore but there was absolutely zero enforcement of anything. Not only was hand sanitizer not required, it wasn't even made available to encourage use. And obviously not a single mask. I saw a kid running around without socks, another kid running around with snot all over their face. There was probably over a hundred people in the space, way too crowded even without considering Covid and probably surpassed the maximum occupancy of this space. I called ahead and they said they had open play all day, no appointments needed. This was surprising because all the other indoor playgrounds require advance reservation and/or were fully booked - and I should have known this was a sign. The reason they don't do appointments is because they don't limit the number of people in here at once, they just keep letting people in. And this place is popular probably because you don't need to make appointment and because it's so cheap ($20 for 2 hours). The jacket hanging area was so tightly packed they were out of hangers. The shoe cubbies were all occupied, that people started putting shoes on the floor next to the cubbies. The place itself is very old, they have a lot of toys and fun stations but you can tell everything has lost its luster. The dress up clothes were mostly tattered and torn. The makeup/vanity area was bare, not a single accessory there. The kitchen area was a mess too, a broken faucet and again hardly any accessories. Nothing looked like it's ever been cleaned, including the ball pit. All in all, if you're not a germaphobe like me, this place is a lot of fun for little kids, lots of places to climb and things to explore. Probably best to avoid the weekends as it gets super crowded. 1 star from me because I personally would not come here again. Rather pay more, and go through the hassle of booking an appointment, for a play gym that is cleaner and less crowded. Otherwise, I'd rather take my kid to an outdoor playground where it's probably equally gross but at least has fresh air, and is free :) read more

Owner was shown there were kids without socks and she said, it was fine. She didn't make the child put socks on. Although the child was running around barefoot, in the play area. She didn't check anyone's temperature. No one was wiping or disinfecting anything. There were adults jumping on the kids' trampolines. The bathrooms were overrun with paper on the floor. I will never return. The worse part is the owner, lets kids walk around barefoot. Horrible read more

This play center is beautiful and has a lot of things to play with. However, I'm very concerned about their lack of covid safety precautions. I walked in and they didn't even take my temp or my kid's temp. There were also maybe close to 40 ppl in there and about 6 grown kids running around without masks and 4-5 adults had chin diapers on. The woman at the desk is even looking right at them but does not attempt to tell them to wear masks. The other guy there tried to tell these kids to put on their masks and they purposely ignored him and then I overheard one of the boys tell the rest to ignore the worker and walk away. I also doubt they disinfect everything in there. I saw kids with toys in their mouths! I want to like this place because my son had fun there, but I will not go there again unless they amp up their covid precautions or unless the virus goes away, which I doubt will happen any time soon. At the rate this place is running, it'll most likely close down because of a positive case. read more

This place is absolutely beautiful! Such an open space with ALOT of attractions for kids. My only concern is that there NO COVID PRECAUTIONS at this place. Older kids running around with no mask, most adults with "chin diapers" and few completely no face covering. Management does not give warnings what so ever!
