Checking in process was easy and they have cubbies to store shoes. If you have young children, do not drop them off and leave. You need to stay to watch their safety as their certainly wasn't enough staff to watch each arena. They had one person monitoring the entire space today. Check in was fast. Complete your waiver at the computers if you haven't been there before or if you have go straight to the counters. Pay. Get your socks on and go. On a busy Saturday afternoon, we were checked in in 10 minutes. The space. It's not as big or have as much to do as Skyzone in New Rochelle but it is still adequate. The grounds were clean. The bathroom was very clean. And my girls had a blast. My only big issue is the way they handle parties. On two occasions in the hour and a half I was here I watched staff/party host tell people to get out of spaces because they had a party that needs it. Literally one girl walked up to 3 bouncing kids on the jump basketball space and told them "you guys need to get off, I need this space for a party". Had that been my child, I would've had words with her because that was no way to speak to little children just having fun. read more

What an incredibly disappointing experience we had here today. My sister and I decided to take our 3 children here (peak time on a Sunday morning around 11:30). Between the 3 kids (one 7 year old and two children under 6) we paid over $90 for 90 min. We thought it was pretty exorbitant but we figured it would be worth it because the kids have enjoyed the trampoline park in the past. Boy were we wrong. The park today was insanely crowded with parties. There was absolutely no mask enforcement and no organization. The park was also filthy. No one felt Covid safe. By the time we left, the kids were feeling itchy as well. Someone mentioned in another review that they play hood music. That is true. I thought it was inappropriate for the setting. This place has really gone to the dumps. Before we went there this morning we even spoke about buying a monthly membership, well that will never happen now. We have enjoyed this place in the past, but sadly we do not plan to ever go back after today. Between the insane prices, unhygienic facilities, disorganisation, and lack of Covid protocols, this place can get lost! Management really needs to take some of these negative reviews seriously. The facility is overcrowded and the other customers are RUDE RUDE RUDE! Forget the pushy parents worried that their kid will be shorted one bounce. I tried to take a break and gambled $10 in a massage chair. All of the sudden the Einstein of a parent in the attached picture decides to start unplugging the chairs. One minute in he resets my chair, ten bucks flushed. Then he doesn't understand why I'm upset. I ask "why would you start unplugging things in an establishment you don't own?" Apparently he was trying to charge his phone. He was kind enough (haha haha) to ask what I wanted him to do - I said give me the ten bucks you just flushed. I spent most of our Jump time looking for our "host" and most of our party room time setting up, looking for utensils, giving out cold pizza to the children, while running in and out of the party room to get refills on drinks. I spent a lot of money on this party in hope that I could enjoy the time with my kids and I ended up doing the majority of the work. I could have had a party at home for the amount of work I did today at your establishment. The fact that the parents of my daughter's friends had to help me pass out the cold pizza and cake was embarrassing. We did a party this Sunday for my daughter. One of the worst experiences ever. The host assigned was clueless and was not at all helpful. We had booked a VIP package. Party room was chaos, as he did not have any clue about where the utensils are, pizza was delayed, drinks were delayed. We had to start serving and then we ended up cutting the cake and serving to everyone. On top of that he asked one of our party member to leave the party as he thought they are not a part of the party. We were standing right outside the play are and we were not told. The bathrooms were disgusting - urine all over the floors (and keep in mind kids run in and out in their socks) and toilet paper , water spills , etc everywhere . There was a pipe leaking from the ceiling and there was a garbage bin to catch the water but it wasn't even lined up (until later a parent-not even an employee moved it to the correct place )so the water was just going on the floor and kids were running by stepping in the dirty water . It was not 5 hours that we were away, we specifically told staff to hold the cake in the freezer while we settle down with the kids in the car, they said ok no problem since we were the only party that day. Was at this spot for the first time today for my grandson's birthday party. Well organized- packed to the rafters with kids and families, but all seemed to be having fun. The service though, is what provoked me to give a 4 star review. One kid nicer than the next as far as the staff goes. One superstar standout in this area was our "host" Bryan Alexis (unsure of the spelling). From the moment we checked in he was all smiles and excitement. Hospitality plus! He was super attentive once we entered our party room and hustled getting food and drinks for everyone with grace and sweetness. Honestly - they should promote this employee Bryan to management or more... he is THAT GOOD. If I ever return or plan a party there- I won't have it unless Bryan is our host. We went there today for tot time and was greeted by a big school group of teenagers who were scheduled to use the facility during tot time. We asked why there were so many big kids there during tot time and the response we got is that they were already booked. I'm disgusted by the disregard of safety for the tots that were jumping during that time and the lack of customer service. The facility could have booked the school group an hour later after tot time instead of putting the little tots in danger by letting the big kids jump during their time. My kids were pretty much stuck just using the little area for tots instead of having the freedom of using the entire facility like we usually do I have looked on your Facebook and your website and I did not see anything stating that there would be no tot time due to a private party. Awesome party host we were giving. Everything turned out great even with a group of over 24 jumpers. I was able to decorate the group with their. Help serve my guest and clean up make sure everyone had what they needed. Party turned out great all the kids and adults enjoyed them selfs. Would def recommend for any kids party. read more

They have good jump deals after 9pm Friday and Saturday. There were other staff at the register and one of the may have been a supervisor on on Facebook. Honestly it just seemed like no one wanted to be at work. The vibe was dull. I was very disappointed! Rockin Jump first it had no ventilation! It was disgusting it was like one was in a oven ! It was so bad that the odor of feet was very strong ! I had to go outside for fresh air twice . I was there for my niece birthday party . If not I would have left . The dining area all tables were dirty with food and empty trays . Super fun for kids, I love the Rockin tots time, usually pretty empty and the younger kids get to truly have fun without the big kids getting in the way. But, Rockin tots is from 9-11am, and it says they don't open until 1. We got there at 10:30 and they would not give us the Rockin tots price so we paid $60 instead of $23. Dear rockin jump, me and my party have been treated with such disrespect in your Ridge Hill location. -First, one of your employees was yelling at little kids including the ones in my party. -Second, two children have been yelled at. They were trying to play in the foam pit but they have been told that they were too old and not allowed in. -Third, our jump time was wasted. We spent most of our jump time getting yelled at for social distancing rules, they didn't even tell kids to put masks on. - Fourth, all children were kicked off of the trampoline by staff. One of the staff members yelled at us for a reason that couldn't be controlled. They also didn't let specifically just our party back on the trampoline. They were also kicked out of the dodgeball area. -Fifth, I tried to bring a child under 6 in the 6 and under section. The person bringing the child in is an official teenager but still wasn't allowed in. -Sixth, another person in my parties time was wasted by waiting in line. She was waiting for a long time and was told she couldn't go on the warrior course, she was also in the front of the line. -Seventh, two members of the party went to the rockin cafe. They lied about the slushee machine being broken and wouldn't accept cash. They accepted everyone else's cash. Our time was wasted by lines, yelling, and announcements. We only had an hour of time to jump and spent less than thirty minutes jumping. I went to rockin Jump yesterday with my son for his 6th Birthday. At first the staff was pleasant and check in was quick and easy. 5 minutes into jumping my son fell and hurt his leg. He was screaming and in excruciating pain. An employee walked us over to get an ice Pack. While we were there and he was still screaming, a lady came Over and asked if I needed help. I asked if they had anyone on site that could take a look at him, she said no the most we can do it file a report and call an ambulance. I gave her the OK to call the ambulance. Then her manager Keniesha came over and was very pleasant and tried to keep me calm while my son was screaming in pain in my arms. This is when it turned bad. A man came over to Keneisha his name is LEONARD and he asked what happened and she said the ambulance is on his way. He responded "FOR WHAT?!" As if a child screaming in pain wasn't an obvious reason. I then said sir if you have questions you can talk to me about it, what do you mean for what ? Don't you see my child is screaming ? He then said "I am not taking to you! And pulled Keneisha away" and I said "you're discussing my child so yes I need to be involved and I need to speak to a manager" he then lifted at his shirt and said " I am the general manager !!!" And he walked away, I could hear him continue to talk in the background. When I asked him if he had more questions he walked over to me almost charging-He then said to me "look at you, you're a Female ! I'm a man ! You're talking like you're going to do something !" We continued to go back and forth , Keneisha was trying to keep me calm but No One told this man he was out of line and disrespectful.This man should not be working here or a manager at any establishment , my child Was hurt and screaming because of a fracture and he made Me feel like I was a bother! I came on a Thursday around 7.30pm-9.00pm and it wasn't crowded, staff was respectful and helpful. Just make sure you fill out waivers before hand because the line goes by faster and check in goes by faster too. It's only 19$ for 60 minutes (which feels really long since there's so much to do) and 3 or 5$ for the socks. There's ------ - rock climbing - trampoline jump - obstical course - ball pit - Dodge ball The LOCKERS ARE FREE !!! Which is amazing. Unlike skyzone it would've been 40$ for each person plus the socks and the locker. This place is very affordable and very fun. read more

I had a party there back in October For my son's fourth birthday and I booked a VIP party based off of the experience that I had when I have went to a party the year prior for my godson. The experience was amazing when I had the party there for my godson however when it came to having the party for my son this year it was chaos for one when I got there they could not find my party information which I assumed it was because the person who was supposed to contact me never contact me to confirm my party so it took them 15 minutes to find my party. My son had a $50 membership so I was told he was not included in the jumpers because he had a membership so his jump time was unlimited anyway as well as my godson so those were two kids taking out of the package. Fast forward we get down to The jump area several families jump before me to get a room again from the experience that I've had last year and the party that I went to they had the room the whole time I was told I only get the room for 30 minutes. However families that came before me or even arrive the same time as me were in the room the whole time from when I got there until my party was done. Now it's time for the kids to jump and from my understanding the party host is supposed to stay with you to monitor the kids and the party. I had random people jumping that was not even part of my party and then they were calculate it as people that were part of my party which charged me more. My party hose kept getting pulled left and right to do other things for other people who couldn't seem to have done their job. The manager that was on duty Kim was very unprofessional and very unhelpful and nasty and due to it being a kids birthday party I didn't want to come out of the character that I know I could have. I was given the managers name who was Ryan Who I also reached out to And have yet to still hear from him and it's now Almost December. I reached out to Corporate through the email because when I ask the managers at the Yonkers location for Corporate's number supposedly they didn't have it I've worked retail for 15 years I know that they have corporate number that is a number you are supposed to have on handy. Corporate has also yet to reach out. I spoke to the Yonkers location the following day in regards to receiving a refund or at least half of a refund and I argued back-and-forth with them and was told that I would receive a refund to my card because they could not provide any information on any documents, anything that I signed stating how many kids were attending. I requested to have sent over all information pertaining to my party and nothing was sent to me which is how I know they could not back up the information that they claimed they had. That also gave me a clearer understanding that my party was never confirmed which means it was never on their party list for that day. I was specifically told by my party host and the manager that were on duty that Ryan who was the head manager had messed up a lot of parties that day and it was a lot of families going through the same issue that I had but of course Ryan has not reached back out to nobody. I was told I Would receive a confirmation in regards to my refund never did nor did I receive the refund I told them while on the phone also sending an email stating that I wanted the membership Canceled because I had no intentions on stepping foot into that facility again I was told I would receive an email confirming that it was canceled and long and behold I was charged this month for a membership that I canceled in October and I have left several voicemails since Saturday November 27th and still have yet to get a call back or an email response. I've driven my kids from the city to Rockin' Jump twice. Definitely not my favorite trampoline place. The most frustrating issue is NO WIFI!!! Once you're downstairs in the trampoline area and your kids are jumping away, forget about taking a break yourself and having wifi to get caught up on emails, play a game or even read a e-book because their wifi never seems to work. The reason I'm told is that too many people are on it at once when their busy. If I'm paying $30 a kid and there's a million kids in there, I would think your establishment could invest a few bucks in getting a much better wifi connection!! Parents need a break too! Lastly there are so many kids in at once that there's not enough room to jump without being kicked or hit. So unfortunately I'm looking for a new trampoline space close to NYC. UPDATE: Feb 23 2017 - My daughter is dying to go Rockin Jump tomorrow - I told her this is the LAST time we are going to this place. We brought our son and a few friends for his birthday this past Saturday. All the parents of the kids came as well. Because most of the kids are under 6, I stopped by in advance a couple of weeks before to ask a bunch of questions. The people working at the register explained that Saturday is a busy day, but there's an area designated for kids 6 and under. That day the staff was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They even gave me a tour of the facility. Given their ages, I wanted to make sure I had the necessary information. They explained waivers needed to be filled out for all jumpers, which I did in advance. They also explained that if the parents are not jumping they would be considered spectators, but we could go to our kids in case they needed help. We arrived for our time slot and were told that everyone needed a waiver, not just the jumpers but the spectators too. That's not what I was told the day I went to get more information. Also, the website states that only jumpers need to fill out waivers. We ended up filling out the additional waivers. They accommodated the time slot, which was nice of them. Now we get downstairs and all the kids are excited to jump. My two complaints are the following: First, no one was monitoring the 6 and under area. Older kids kept going in and nothing was done about it. If they were understaffed, at least have someone look from time to time. Second, my friend went in to help his son and on his way back from the trampoline area was told he couldn't be in there because he's not a jumper. This is not what was explained to me when I went in advance to ask questions. I was told that parents can go in and help their kids because of their age. We noticed that a parent (they clearly weren't jumping) who was not with our group, also went in to help their kid who was younger than 6 because there was no staff to help. I visited this establishment yesterday with a group of friends and toddlers ages 2 to 4. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at an establishment for children. For one the staff is full of young adults who present as though this is the last place they want to be. They charge the same exact price for entry no matter what age the children are although the younger children can only really enjoy one section. in total I spent about 75dollars for myself two children and the socks we had to buy. The experience was not worth it. The children played in the area that clearly stated age 6 and under. When I pointed out to the staff that there were larger children in the area they simply said they know and that people do not listen. OBVIOUSLY!! the reason you are employed and stationed in the area is enforce the rule!!. second when my 4 year old who was a couple of feet away from me jumped and landed on his butt like many of the children another staff pulled him up by one arm and said something I could not hear. I do not know what the guidelines are for staff touching children however it was unappreciated. After our jump was over we got food for the children and got ready to leave. Prior to leaving we went in to use the Women's bathroom which was being cleaned by a Male staff. This young man stated that he was cleaning and I informed him that the children had to use the bathroom;he exited as though this was the most outrageous request imaginable. As I exited the bathroom another woman attempted to come in and was told she had to wait about 10 minutes because it was being cleaned. This is completely unacceptable. This place has one bathroom and has the audacity to tell their patrons they have to wait 10 minutes. Why not get a female to clean to female restrooms. considering the volume of people and children it seems unreal that they would shut down the bathroom simply because it is being cleaned by a male.
