5 stars for the Coaches, 1 star for the Audience, 4 Stars Overall I can't say enough good things about the coaches here -- they're kind, welcoming, and genuinely amazing. My kid loves coming, and I truly feel the staff gives their all. Now, the spectator section... that's a whole other show. Walk through the front door, and the entitlement practically wafts in like an expensive perfume. Some parents (and babysitters) seem to think we're in a luxury country club in the Hamptons, not a kids' gym. The swing comes out, and suddenly it's: "Oh, sweetie, you want the blue one? Don't worry, mommy will make sure you get it." Meanwhile, I plop my kid on whatever swing is available because, newsflash, there's a limited number and this is not the Hunger Games. Then there are the babysitters -- many apparently hired for their Olympic-level scrolling skills. They're on their phones more than they're looking at the kids, ignoring posted policies like "wear socks" and "no drinks on the floor." Bottom line: coaches -- great. Some parents and sitters -- a masterclass in what not to do. Come for the great play, stay for the unintentional comedy. read more

Exceptional gym. We've been taking our daughter here since January and while its been a gradual improvement in her motor skill development, we have seen great strides, considering the frequency in which she attends. The curriculum hosted by Mr. Marquis & co. (Devon, Nicole and others) has been very well put together to enhance coordination and strength that are age appropriate. We highly recommend this gym if you're looking for fun activities that push your child to excel physically and socially. Very good group! read more

We have been taking our 3-year old daughter here for 6+ months and absolutely love the staff and the programs they run for the kids. I can definitely notice a positive change in my child's confidence in her ability to tackle obstacles, balance on beams, tumble, play with others and just have fun! Every instructor approaches the class with a positive and energetic attitude making sure to include all children in the activities. They take the time to coach both the children and adults on how to do the various skills taught during the class. read more

We had our first class today and it was GREAT! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Lisa and Devon were our teachers and as soon as we walked through the door they were so nice and greeted us with a smile. My daughter had a blast!! Normally she doesn't go to other people/ is pretty clingy, but she participated in a the activities and did a forward and backward roll with Lisa and let Devon pull her in the sled. Had a birthday party here recently and it did not disappoint! All the parents said how great the party was ! It was clean , private and we had ample enough of time for the kids to enjoy the gym ! This place rocks. My kid is finicky and doesn't do well with other adults but the staff here are incredible with him. Lucas, Aliyah, Marquees.. the list goes on. For the first time I watched my 20 month old play without me, interact with adults, try activities I could never replicate at home. It's just a great outlet whenever we need. Classes are convenient and I just can't say enough about the staff at this location. They alone make the experience worth it. Without them, honestly it wouldn't be much of a gym! **BEWARE There is a thief that works on the staff at this mygym location.** My husband took my three year old son here 12/12/19 for the 3:30pm class and was there for literally two minutes before they were told that my son was too big for the class. In that time my husband took off my son's $170 ralph lauren down coat and placed it in a cubby on the floor by the gate. Two mygym staff watched my husband do this, Marquis and Jessica, and there weren't any other parents around. Jessica was sweet and helpful and was great with our son. Anyway, my husband forgot to put the coat back on our son and didn't notice bc he walked right into the Starbucks next door. When we called later to ask if the coat was in the cubby or in the lost-and-found, of course it was nowhere to be found. I realize it's the parents' responsibility to take care of their kids' belongings, but at the same time you wouldn't expect someone who works at a place like mygym in Larchmont, to steal your stuff. We love this gym! I've been to birthday parties & joined my son! The staff is great...very attentive, fun, involved & friendly! They're CLEAN. This gym is the best gym in westchester ..This gym explained their policy clearly and answered all my questions. Only issue I have is contacting the gym is never an easy task. However I do receive emails & updates on closures & schedule changes. this is the best gym! This place is nothing short of amazing. Wonderful play space, great classes, clean and great instruction. Also plenty of open play time. But the staff is what makes this place stand out above anywhere else. Ms Jennifer, Mr Marquis, Mr Von, Mr Errol and Ms. Bionca are gems! They fully engage with the kids, know their names, instruct them and always with a smile and lots of energy. From birthday parties to classes to open play, they are always there with a positive attitude and have such creativity. My son adores them. My son is also enrolled in the pre school prep program and again the educators are awesome. This place has been a life saver for me as I have an active 2 year old. Especially during the colder months but there are activities all year round. Definitely recommend. read more

Super cute place for a kids bday party. We went as a guest and it was very organized and my daughter had a great time. They had 2 sizes of trampoline, a rock wall, monkey bars, zip line and a slew of other "gymnastic apparatus'". I wish the free play was a little longer but I guess that's the package that was chosen. When I moved to Larchmont, My Gym Larchmont was the first thing I signed my daughter up for. It suits her outgoing and adventurous nature. The instructors are amazing. Ms. Jennifer and Mr. Brent are enthusiastic and welcoming. They are calm with children who may need a bit more direction, and patient to let children be themselves. The classes are age appropriate and engaging. My daughter asks to go to the gym every day! They even have Parent's Night Out that you can sign up for at a reasonable cost to have a few hours of adult time. For a family who has no family around to watch our little one, this is a Godsend! If I could give it zero star I would! I signed up for a free baby bundle class for my daughter. Got an email and a conformation call. Go to the place, they're not on a regular schedule due to schools being closed. And the director kept toughing my daughters face when I kept pulling her the opposite direction. I dont know you from a hole in the wall, please dont touch my child. Was told id get an apology call and got an apology email from the idiot that confirmed with me the night before. Will not be coming back here. Dont care how much discount they offer so unprofessional! read more

Went for free play. Not impressed with facility. I half expected to see duct tape holding some of the slides and padding together. Every thing felt tired and worn out and it would have been nice if the guy working there told some of the rude parents to sit on the floor and not on the activities when another child is trying to play there. Common sense people, you'd expect the same for your child. Will not return. read more

I had my son's 3rd birthday party at the Larchmont location. The staff was amazing - special shout out to Miss Jenn, Miss Jess, and Mr. Brandon! They took care of everything and customized the party to my son's interests and his dragon theme! They made my guests feel welcomed and included and even memorized the other kids' names. We were not impressed on Saint Patrick's day 2016. I came to class with another mother for the first time. There was very loud horrible Spanish music (if you could call it music at all) playing through the entire session. When we asked one of the young ladies if they could play a mixture of different genres of music she replied "no this is Spanish Day" Really? On SaInt Patrick's Day? My friend and I enjoy many different genres of music and would of appreciated a VARIETY of music during the class. We will not be signing up at this gym. read more

Yesterday, my family experienced a nightmare when we showed up 15 minutes before my granddaughters party as instructed, to find an unlocked, unmanned facility. We yelled Hello hello hello with no reply. Nothing was set up for the party. My daughter went next door to Starbucks to ask if they had seen anybody when a young woman wearing a MyGym T-shirt spoke up. She was annoyed that she couldn't get her lunch and was unapologetic and apathetic about the current situation. My daughter asked where Marquis was, person who runs the party, and she said at lunch. She could care less that kids were coming in a few minutes. He showed up, the party went on, but we aged 10 years in 15 minutes; not great when they charged an exorbitant fee and could care less that nothing was done when we arrived. The balloons weren't even blown up yet; the first thing you do the morning of the party to save time. Be aware if you book a party, they are very unprofessional and could care less what you think. read more
