They had written out a welcome sign for my friend's son and mine, as we were both attending class for the first time, which was very sweet. They have a section in front where you can store shoes and bags. Strollers can be left outside. Babies and caregivers have to remove their shoes and wear socks during the class. The main play area had a wooden slide and two swings, as well as several vinyl fixtures for climbing. The floor had a padded topper that was perfect for babies on the move. The class was great. There were only four babies in session. We started with a welcome song, greeting each little one by name, and then sang a few other songs. Next, we did a bunch of sensory and play activities involving cupcake tins, pom poms, magnetic blocks and figures, and spiky balls. We wrapped up with a bubble machine session and a closing song. The class facilitator was wonderful. She engaged each child and encouraged their curiosity and skill building. The babies could participate at their own pace and comfort level. My son had a bit of stranger danger and cried quite a bit throughout the class, and the facilitator was very accommodating. After the class, we were able to stay in the studio and play for a few more minutes before the next class started. Awesome experience overall, and I'd love to come back!

They do a great job with lots of different physical options - including with sensitivities to a variety of strengths and capabilities. The zip line looks super fun and good for the adventurous. I loved the cocoon-like swings, which my kids spent a ton of time in. The trampoline is also a nice feature. There are also some more play/imagination options and toys. I found the small room in the back a little sad, perhaps because there were no windows, and some of the toys seemed a little more worn. But it was clean and well organized. We selected hockey and soccer as our sports. They broke the kids up into two groups and provided attention to all of them. It was extremely well organized. They kept all the kids' attention and knew each child by name within minutes. I heard only praise from all the parents I spoke to afterwards - it was one of the best parties they had ever been to. It is refreshing to see a place they take pride in their gym and genuinely want the kids to have a good time - few places are like this these days!!! This is truly a gem. We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

I didn't do pizza because it seemed unnecessary based on the afternoon party time. There were 4 staff members that handled EVERYTHING. Worth every penny. These ladies were amazing with the girls. Fun, energetic, patient. They played games, did a dance party, and even threw in an extra craft - lotion making - because everything went smoothly and there was extra time. They coordinated name tags, drop off, pick up - everything. Made the birthday girl feel special and were so sweet with everyone. The parents can run errands or play arcade games with siblings while they wait for pick up. Seriously so worth it. We had a fantastic experience!

I stayed the first day and witnessed the team bust their ass doing their best in making sure the kids were safe, areas were clean and tidy, and them preparing the for the next activity all in the while the kids were having fun. My son had a BLAST these three days because of the amazing team. It has ALWAYS been a struggle getting my son into these type of things and often times I would get calls to pick him up early due to challenging behaviors or him not wanting to participate and I quite frankly had given up any hope until we tried Pizazzles. The staff were all super friendly, kind, and understood my craziness in making sure my son was behaving appropriately while I wasn't there and respecting the fact that my son may or may not want to participate in all of the activities. Camp Hillard is a warm, nurturing, safe and fun environment. Their staff is amazing with all children. There are so many activities for all ages, activities are all age appropriate and safe while the children are having fun. Their swim program is one of the best around. Their children learn so much in a short amount of time. My 2 girls look forward to going back to camp each summer. I highly recommend Camp Hillard to anyone looking for a Day Camp.
