Her portfolio is none better than what you can easily pull together yourself with a couple of Google searches and phone calls. What's worse is her upcharge for doing just that. As a businessperson, she is unorganized and can be very difficult to get in contact with. Yet, if she needs something from you she wants immediate attention and is rude/ snobby in nearly every interaction. The business has 0 reputation and most of the photos on her website are stolen. That should've been my warning. I think a high schooler could run a better business. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Logistics there could be a bit tricky, so we really wanted someone who new the location. Are we glad we did! From beginning to end, the process could not have been smoother. We worked primarily with Shelley, and she really made the entire process, from planning, to more planning, to more planning, to even more planning still, to deliveries, to pick-ups, to clean up, to our final dried and framed bouquets, a breeze. She was really patient with all of our questions and changes. In the end, the flowers were PERFECT! They did an arch for the ceremony, lanterns for the aisle, flowers for the tables, wedding party, and even strung bistro lights outside for the reception. They had plenty of good ideas, although it really was my wife's vision, and they made it come to fruition with precise execution. The end results were stunning. We will definitely use them again if we need flowers for anything! Thank you for making our wedding an amazing day.

Since I live out of state, I spoke with Dean on the phone about what I had in mind, and emailed him a few ideas. My bouquet was so outrageously beautiful, and perfectly matched the floral archway we were married under and the stunning centerpieces at our reception. Working with Forever in Bloom was a seamless, easy process, and the final product exceeded my expectations!

However, as the groom, I absolutely did not have to endure a 'bridezilla.' Jacqueline and Darryl were the primary factors for this. Jacqueline was at every dress fitting, and the bridal shower. She helped form the strategic plan, but was on point with the smallest of details. The contacts they had for every imaginable service made planning a breeze. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! In retrospect I would have paid triple what they charged for the quality of life and piece of mind leading up to the events, and for the smile on the face of my beautiful bride on the day of. The list of what she managed is endless! What truly stood out was Jacque's professionalism and calm confidence throughout the entire process. Even when things were uncertain, she never wavered. Jacque made me feel completely supported, as if I had a trusted partner who always had my back. Her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and keep everything running smoothly ensured that I could relax and enjoy every moment knowing I was in good hands. If you're looking for someone who combines creativity, organization, and grace under pressure, Jacque at Lifetime Events by Jacqueline is the one. Two people came the day before to set up the tent, and the only reason I deducted a star is that they leave the tables and chairs in the driveway and we had to bring to the yard. The drinks were plentiful and H'orderves were in abundance and original. A Touch of Class also hosted an event for our local banking association for an annual party, and it was the best we have had, with a gambling theme that brought out the fun in the entire crowd. Will look for photos of me with the host, will post more when I find them. A Touch of Class is a preferred vendor with various Long Island venues. I recommend Sherry for her pleasant demeanor, calm under pressure, and experience overall. A Touch of Class can also be called for simple summer parties and things such as kids inflatable slides, carnival type food stands and birthday entertainment also.
