Recreation feels like an arcade, with table games and a basketball court, which adds to the atmosphere. I thought it was really cool to chat and play games while having brunch and a few drinks. The brunch menu prices are pretty reasonable. I came for brunch and would definitely return to try the dinner menu. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps adding a dessert to the menu for someone who likes to celebrate occasions with something sweet.

Beginning Friday, June 5: Beach Pavilion Restrooms are open to beach users and will remain open daily during regular beach hours (9am-5pm). All other Harbor Island Park restrooms remain closed. Two (2) portable restrooms remain available for the public to use: one located in the East Basin and one located in the West Basin. These portable restrooms are cleaned and sanitized twice daily: once in the morning and once in the late afternoon. Please note the following guidelines: No more than two (2) individuals or one (1) family are allowed in the beach restroom area at any given time. Beach restrooms will be open to beach users/staff only. Face masks are required while in the beach restroom areas. Indoor shower facilities will remain closed. The lawns are always manicured so it's nice to sit outside and watch the flutter of activity going on in Boston Harbor. And how can I not mention the oar ring game that only gets better when your're playing against family and friends. If you're looking for a community boat club then Greenwich Boat and Yacht Club would be a great option for you.

GREAT BEACH, AWFUL GOVT…read more You can park a couple blocks away, then take a fun, 20-minute ferry ride from Greenwich Harbor. The island includes a slightly-rocky beach with shaded benches; a park area with a playground, BBQs, and picnic tables; and restrooms and a snack bar. Cost, not incl. parking, can be up to $19 per person aged 5-64 y.o.. But Greenwich govt. is a joke: odd policies, inconvenient requirements, key info either missing or buried on website. Make sure you get a Park Pass before doing anything else. To board the ferry, you need not only a ticket, but also a Park Pass - which isn't sold at the ferry ticket counter. They're sold only at various civic centers, located 3-5 miles away, and *not open on weekends*. Also, the Parks & Rec webpage on Park Passes doesn't mention cost; you have to look at their Ferry PDF. Then consider parking at Horseneck Parking lot. On weekends, it's free. A parking attendant advised this, and it was corroborated by a sign at Horseneck indicating that the lot was reserved for Greenwich residents with the "G" permit on M-F 9a-5p. As of this writing, the Parks & Rec webpage cites only the parking lot across from the ferry, which the aforementioned parking attendant advised can cost up to $35 per car. The most recent Parking dept. press release with news about these lots doesn't mention this cost. A ferry ticket is up to $12 per person aged 5-64 y.o.. I usually go just to hike and enjoy the views. What I like is that the trail is always clean with clear signs on where to walk up which creates a safe hike. There are different levels of difficulty of trails so you can either select a moderate trail or challenging one. There is a large grass area where you can sit and enjoy a picnic or take a walk around the lake.

We walked in, and…read morewe were able to book an hour beginner lesson/rental ($35pp, cash only) that was starting in less than 30m. They have a small seating area where you can wait and watch other shoot in the meantime. There's a jacket rack in the hallway and a bathroom available. The staff there was very sweet and welcoming, and our instructor, whose name I didn't catch (tall, long hair), was a great teacher in going through safety and the basics & giving pointers and answering questions! Our lesson just had around 4 people total to begin with, and then 2 joined later, which seemed decent (since you have to wait until the last person clears shooting before we all grab our arrows again). After you're finished, you have the option to take your target sheet with you if you'd like a small momento! It was such a fun experience for me personally and a great date night place. Would definitely do it again and recommend it, especially for anyone who wants to try out archery!
