This place has a Chuckie Cheese feel. There is an entrance fee for adults and kids. But you will also have to pay for credits that you put on cards. You have to pay for your session before you come or they may not have staff there to open the door. There are bounce houses and a jungle gym that kids can play on for free but depending on your kid they may or may not be interested. I went on Father's Day. This place was deserted. There were 4 kids and 4 adults total. So I loved that. You can definitely tell this place has been around for a while. Some are are games/rides are pretty old but my 2 year old and 11 year old actually enjoyed themselves. read more

Thanks to a post on a Facebook mom's group the other day, I signed up to take my daughter this past weekendmorning. Super easy to do online. They are limited to 50 slots and we were the only ones at the 9am-10:30 slot today. $12.95 for kids and $9.95 for adults. We also spent $25 to buy a card with points when we got there. We had to been to Funtime Junction two years ago for a party. It was nice, but we had a blast this morning! I'm normally a nervous nelly, but I let her climb the play structure and jump on the bouncy things. Mainly because I didn't have to worry about her getting pushed around or losing sight of her because of crowds. My daughter said it was amazing. I'm glad we had an hour and a half of quality time together. $50 is a tad expensive, but we really enjoyed ourselves. They are a family owned business and were only able to reopen November 5th. I have already promised her I would take her back. Masks are required to be worn inside. Kids need to wear socks as they take their shoes off to go inside. read more

I have to say I was not impressed by this place at all. This is the first place that I have ever been to that actually charges for a baby. My baby who was 2 months ( and slept in the stroller the whole time) actually had to pay to come in. That alone made me frustrated. Then when you pay for admission, it only includes the jumpy areas and slides, etc. You have to pay extra to play any type of ride on equipment. When we entered they didn't tell us it was a timed admission. They actually told us that our time was up after a certain amount of time- I think it was 90 minutes. The place was empty. Was there really a need to kick us out? This place has potential but for the cost and what is included, I will not be coming back again. read more

My wife and I brought our son and daughter, one of which is still an infant. We were told that we'd have to pay $20 for her despite her being in a stroller and her only having a bottle before taking a nap. My wife decided that she'd stay in the waiting area but I was still charged $8. When asked why we were told because we are in the building and using their heat! What a nervy response. My son was excited because he wanted to play the crane games and we didn't have it in our hearts to just up and leave. So, almost $100 later, we played for about an hour and left. We just discovered FunTime junction in Fairfield. What a fun indoor activity center! Staff was friendly and the attractions kept my kid busy the whole time. He loved the bounce houses and climbing/slides. We had fun playing the games (basketball, air hockey, bowling, and more). Best of all, my kids flipped for the laser tag! The laser tag are was completely redone and we didn't have to wear bulky, uncomfortable vests that were worn by others. And we all thought it was terrific that no matter how long it takes, every claw machine gives a prize. The biggest drawback was the ugly pink paint job in the bathroom. read more

Wow, this place is truly something else. It is ran by young people and some high schoolers. Parents sit on the sidelines while their children run ommuck. I saw a couple parents whip out their laptops and go on their phones, couldn't care less if their kid was bad, running out the door since it's so hectic here. My aunt found a kid leaving outside while his mother was on the phone... My son was pushed by a much older kid that was in a toddler slide, of course I intervened and told that kid to back off and not to do that because that is not nice to do.. yes I did it because his parent(s) was not around to do it themselves and no toddler should be pushed like that. I do know the difference between playing and being a mean rotten child. I came here for my neice's birthday. It looks like a great place...during the weekday.. weekend.. hell no! Avoid avoid avoid! We took our kids here since they received free admission tickets from school. I'm so glad that I didn't actually pay for admission. It's not worth the $10 at all. The place is small and is located on the second floor of a building. It has a few game machines and a laser tag area which requires tokens to play. Yes, that's right. After you pay the entrance fee, you have to buy tokens to play the machines and laser tag. Then they also have a small slide area for toddlers and next to it is a bounce play and climb area. They do sell food pizzas etc. and there's some seatings for customers. There's one 32 inches screen tv showing football game. Overall, we are quite disappointed of how small the place is and the fact that they even charged for admissions. Funplex and chucky cheese is much better. My 8 and 6 year old weren't entertained much. I'm giving them 2 stars for cleanliness which other places like chucky cheese lacks. read more

Pricing is not clear and workers are rude. We paid tickets online for 3 kids ages 3, 4 & 11. But when we get there they charge extra for parents who keep an eye their kids. Zero business ethics and zero costumer related experience including manager. We were visiting are from Boston and we wanted to kids get busy little bit literally 30-40mins. One of the parents arrived about 11:50am and they charged per parents 10$ and we arrived about 12:10pm they wanted to charge for us too but even l told them "your online ticket buying system is not clear about pricing and these are little kids parents needs to keep an eye on them and you shouldn't charge for at least one parent" but they literally argued with me about 10-15mins and l told them 2parents already paid so dads can leave but moms can stay then they said ohh we can't switch the names Total bs. And One of the worker literally yell at my wife when the time is over exactly a few mins and place was empty and we bought $70 game cards. We ended up paying $133 for 30mins. read more

This is not my favorite place to go with the kids, but it's nice to have as an option on our long list of indoor playgrounds. I imagine the best way to describe this place would be if Chuck-E-Cheese and your average mom and pop indoor playground had a baby, FunTime Junction would be it. Pros: * There are a bunch of different things for your kids to do here. Arcade games, bounce house, traditional indoor playground equipment, lazer tag, and a marry go round type ride * Depending on the package you pick, it can be very cheap * You have the option to throw a party here if you like * You can order food and eat there * Helpful staff (my 3yo got lost and couldn't find us, and a staff member noticed my distressed kid and immediately found the obviously equally distressed searching parents) * Adults don't have to take off their shoes which is great, since I never wear socks and don't want to worry about if I brought socks or not and whether or not I will be forced to buy some in order to be let in with my kids. Cons: * I think the low ceiling (compared to other indoor playgrounds) combined with the arcade games and all the yelling kids makes it extremely noisy and loud. * While the staff they do have is usually helpful and accommodating, they seem to be a bit understaffed in general (It should not take 45 minutes to an hour to receive an order of French fries and chicken nuggets) * The cleaning and bathroom maintenance could be kept up better. * Unless you are ordering pizza or french fries (which they are very generous in their portioning) the food is just sad for the price. I get paying for convenience, but I've gotten much better food in other indoor playgrounds for similar prices of my sad meat patty slapped in a dry bun with not even lettuce to speak of, or some fried food that's been overcooked in the air fryer. * As mentioned above, food takes WAY to long to get to you. I don't care how many orders are in front of me, French fries and two other items should not take a minimum of 45 minutes. Fried food and burgers should never take that long. * Not only is the food itself sad, but the menu is sad. They claim the food is healthy because they use an air fryer, which is good, but their options suck! EVERYTHING they serve is what most people would consider to be junk food. Pizza, hamburgers, fries, chicken nuggets, fried mozzarella sticks, onion rings extra. Would it kill you to have a veggie option that isn't fried in batter? I would be more than happy to pay the convenience price for a fresh fruit cup or some carrot and celery sticks with some ranch for dipping. So, yea, not my favorite place as a parent, but my kids like it, so I'm not against coming back. read more

Had an awesome time with my 3 year old at Funtime Junction. Excellent variety of games, kiddie rides and bounce house / climbing activities. Place was clean and well maintained. Nice bonus to have been there when the owner was there who gave us a warm welcome. My son asks for "Junction" often, he can't wait to to back. Not even worth one star, although you get what you pay for. I am still waiting on french fries that i ordered 1 hour ago. The issue's here are as follows. The staff is a bunch of young kids that are very unattentive. The machines are all dated and crappy. The cafeteria is terrible. Food is very bad and service terrible. All around bad service, and experience. we came here to see maybe in the future we would have our daughters bday party here but thats a no go. Place is dark and some of the machines have been out of order the couple of times I've been here. Has a play yard for toddler and older kids to run and play. Also has a couple of machines kids can play with to get tickets. Has about 10 rocking chairs for parents to sit at whole hey watch kids which is a nice touch. Employees are helpful and friendly, however I think hey are a bit understaffed and you have to look for someone to start the airplane ride, laser tag or build a bear. Food is expensive so bring your own or go to the McDonalds up the block. Overall my kids had fun but not one of my favorite places to take them. read more

We celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday here this past Saturday and it was a GREAT experience. The workers were very attentive and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the person assigned to handle our party, her name is Sophie, did an excellent job. The place was clean and the pizza and cake were very good. They pretty much handled everything. I just wish they had a little more seating since it was on a Saturday and the place was packed. If i could get negative stars I would... I went to this establishment with my job as a camp counselor. Upon arrival the owner began raising his voice at other counselors, myself, and the campers which set a bad precedent for the entire trip. Once we settled in and got our game cards we immediately noticed that the floor and jungle gym were dirty and unsanitary. Besides the fact that the employees were also quite rude to us counselors they continuously shooed away the campers when they asked for assistance. When we were ready to leave and the campers were ready to exchange their tickets the owner repeatedly yelled (not an exaggeration at all) at the children to hurry up even to the point that some of them began crying. Overall the whole experience felt rushed and for all of the money that was spent on that trip the owner and staff did not seem welcoming or even kind for that matter. Took my 16-month son there just to try it out. It was a good experience and we will return in the future. The place offers entertainment for kids in different age groups. For babies/tots, they will enjoy the tiny slides, tree house, bouncer, etc. Bigger kids will have more options. The place looked clean for the most part. But I did found food waste on the carpet near the chair area. Apparently you are not supposed to bring food or beverage to the play area but some people do it anyways. We came in Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. But I can see it gets crowded during the weekends. So plan your trip at a not so busy time if you can. read more

We decided to go here so our toddler can enjoy an indoor playground. We arrived around 12:15pm they explained to us that we can stay for the 50 mins remaining since they already started a slot. We purchased tickets 2 adults, one toddler, and infant (5months) totaling $46. I thought it was a little expensive and it seems unnecessary charging for infants since they won't be actually going on any rides. Once you're inside you need to purchase a game card for the arcade games. The place it's a little outdated, didn't see any sanitizing while we were there. Overall this place was pretty cool. My three kids - 9, 6, and 2.5 - all had a great time. The place was clean. One staff member, when we needed help with the Skee-Ball, was quite brusque. (Greeted us at counted with "What do you want?" -- wow, really?) Slightly annoyed at the machines that took more than one token -- you know, we already paid $8 a kid to get in, and then you'll nickel-and-dime us on the machines? That's OK, just told kids they could only play one-token machines. Saved us on buying some tokens. I mean... I can take the kids to Chuck E. where we don't have to pay at all to get in and all the games, even the really fancy ones, are only one token. It also wasn't clear how much extra some of the extras were; I didn't see any signage regarding the price of the laser tag or helicopter ride. I think they could make some extra money for themselves if they had an admission package that was all inclusive. Check their website before you go - there is a coupon for some free tokens. read more
