Took my toddler here and had the best time! My toddler is a bit cautious trying new things so I loved that I could go everywhere she wanted to go for play while she got more comfortable. She absolutely loved the slides! We went on a really busy day so when things got overwhelming for her, we were thankful for the toddler section where she could play calm. The staff was so friendly and the facility was very clean for how many children were there. I loved that they had other activities for kids who might not like the playground area or to just decompress for a few minutes in a calmer environment. We didn't get food but everyone's smoothies looked so delicious I will definitely be getting one next time. My son absolutely loves playing at Huckleberry Play. It's especially great on weekday mornings when it's not too crowded. There's a wide variety of activities that keep kids engaged and entertained, which we really appreciate. That said, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback. During our recent visit, a staff member was vacuuming the ball pit while my son was actively trying to play in it. There was also a strong chemical smell (similar to bleach), and a cleaning bucket was left out while children were running around. For safety and overall experience, major cleaning should really take place before or after open play hours -- not during them. I've also consistently noticed clumps of hair in the ball pit area during multiple visits, which suggests that a more thorough routine cleaning may be needed. We truly enjoy coming here and want it to be the best (and safest) environment possible for kids. read more

Simply amazing. Photos and videos don't do justice. There is so much to do. They open up early so that's great if you want to leave the house early before the kids drive you crazy. Lol. Very clean, I didn't feel the need to chase my children around the whole time, it has a very safe and comfortable feel. Lets not forget they have a full blown menu. The times vary for certain dishes. We went today. The place is filthy dirty random water bottles in the play pit adults.Running around on the slids. Roof leaking all over the place fire company they are setting alarms off. We got our money back and left. There's much better places around. read more

Visited HuckleBerry again, and while it's still a great time it was way more chaotic than it was just a few weeks into their opening. Totally makes sense, because word has gotten around and it's an incredible spot for your kid to imagine and play. Especially when the weather is cold. With that said, I wish that they announced birthday parties on their IG. When a party is going on they are 10x more crowded, and you really can't grasp how crowded it is until after you pay and enter the facility. I also wish that they had more than one stall with a changing station. Strange considering it's a venue for children. In any case this is still such a wonderful facility and it's bigger and better than anything else around. They are well-staffed and a a good job of keeping the space clean and organized, even when it's super crowded. We love it here - a dream come true for my kids! read more

Plenty of parking. I've come here twice. Once during winter break after Christmas and it was fully packed. It was overwhelmingly packed so I was nervous about coming back today. Today, it was wonderful. My daughter has two weeks of spring break. Maybe because not a lot of kids have this week off but it was nice to have it less crowded. This place use to be really nice. However we went with my 2 kids yesterday. The place was so crowded and loud. They should stop accepting guests when the capacity is to full. Kids were out of control and parents did not stop them from being rude and nasty. Staff was non existent to help kids in play areas. My granddaughter was playing on one of the toy cars and a child came up to her and told her to get off it was her car!! I saw other kids with their parents watching and allowing them to push other kids off of the cars. Very disappointed and do not waste your money or put your kids at risk!!! read more

This place opened very recently and all I can say is WOW!!!!! They're constantly cleaning everything and there's so much to do between the gigantic ball pit, slides, climbing tower, and pretend play areas!!!! My son had such a wonderful time here. Things to note, parking and the entrance is located in the BACK!!! There's an eatery that's attached to the place downstairs called Eli's eatery that serves both kid friendly (chicken tenders, PB & J, etc) and KOREAN food. You can order it right at the front desk. I am so happy that this place opened up! My daughter has been to village play cafe in chatham a few times, and imagine that a few times- so we needed something NEW for her! This place doesn't charge you for the ADULTS which makes it #1 in My Book!! I think that's so nice of them to just charge for kids- that's the way it should be! Everything is NEW and CLEAN and the STAFF is SO nice!! Kids really have a great time here, there is something for everyone. Highly recommend this place - we can't wait to go back! This place is so much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Their website does not do the play area justice. There is a huge ball pit, a climbing area, multiple slides, a little obstacle course, and tons of space to run and play. Then there's a Lego room, a dress up area, a grocery store area, some 3D art thing (we didn't make it over there so I don't know details), and a little climbing wall. My toddlers had a blast. Everything was clean and the cost of entry was surprisingly cheap. Some tips: Parking and entry is in the back On weekends and busy days they do two-hour time slots (10-12, 12-2, 2-4, etc). We left a few minutes before our time slot ended so I have no idea whether they attempt to enforce it in any way. Open play is first come, first serve, so get there early before your preferred time slot. Socks are required. No outside food/drink (there's a place to order Korean food and maybe kids' food? We didn't stay to eat so I don't know details on this). We went during the first time slot of the day which is apparently their busiest. It was definitely busy, but it somehow didn't feel crowded. I think because the place is so big and the play area has so many different components, my kids could always do what they wanted to with no more than maybe ten seconds of waiting their turn to go down a slide. Otherwise it felt like we had no problem playing without getting in other people's way and vice versa. not only is it impossible to get in touch with someone by phone, but when you do, you receive misleading information. the owner berated me for having a small gathering, in which I was very casually celebrating my daughters birthday. I understand she wanted me to have a formal party, but her staff told me that wasnt necessary as I was only having 4 children come. she wouldnt relent and completely embarrassed me in front of my guests, meanwhile I was a paying customer. I didn't bring a cake, I didn't bring food in, it was very casual. I also planned to order food for the kids from the participating eatery. I was told to place the order and after I did, we were notified that they aren't open on Mondays. the owner then refused for us to have any other food. so we were all starving. which would've been the case whether I had guests or not. the play area is awesome but the staff is sub par and rude, particularly the owner. read more

The staff does nothing if you get confronted and verbally assaulted by a large man. My wife was here by herself today with our two children, one of which is autistic. A large man yelled at our son for throwing balls in the ball pit near his daughter. My wife went to tell him that if he had a problem not to yell at our son but address it with her. The man stood over and berated my wife and told her she needs to learn how to parent. When she explained our son has autism, he went on to make fun of his disability while cursing at my wife. My wife stood there crying while the man was yelling at her. Numerous staff members looked on and did nothing. Apparently none of them spoke English. Of course not a single other person offered help but casually watched my wife cry as the man yelled at her, making a big scene. After some time the owner came over and said the man left on his own despite my wife asking for them to call the police for help. So if you want to bring your kids to a place where the staff and owner have no problem with letting large men yell at and intimidate women and children with disabilities, this place is for you. read more
