After a while now kids and parents showed up. This playground is located on the 2nd floor of the building. No strollers or outside food/ drinks are allowed inside. It's a big space with lots of play areas. They also have 2 birthday party rooms. That's also a cafe where you can buy food, drinks, snacks and ice cream for you and your kids. There are 2 bathrooms on site; one of them has the baby changing pad in it. The bathrooms were clean. We stayed there for almost 2 hours and enjoyed our time.

First, the location is not very accessible. It's on the second floor with no elevator or escalator. Another major issue was the music. The songs being played were mostly hip hop or pop, and some contained sexual or adult content that is not appropriate for children. I was honestly surprised this hadn't been addressed before. I asked a staff member to change the playlist, and while they did switch to more child appropriate music. It felt like there weren't enough kid friendly music options or that it wasn't a priority. After that, the staff's attitude felt awkward and somewhat rude. When I asked questions and tried to pay for a snack for my child, the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the space itself is nice, but accessibility, music choices, and customer service really need improvement for a place meant for children.

Many different sections from little kids to bigger kids. Multiple slides and activities to keep the kids busy. The kids had a lot of fun and my daughter enjoyed all the different activities around. The one thing I wished they had is lockers or storage that can be locked up. They have lots of coat hooks and cubbies for storing shoes, but for parents carrying diaper bags that isn't enough room. Also my friends and I didn't feel comfortable leaving them just in the cubbies open to any person to touch them. So I ended up wearing the diaper bag when I was playing with my child if I didn't have a friend holding on to it or watching my bag and coat for me. They did have a lot of staff going to the bathrooms to frequently keep it clean and I also saw staff walking around the play areas too. Overall we had lots of fun.

There are tons of activities for kids to do, and the play space is nice and big. They also have some decently sized birthday party rooms. The attendants at the entrance were super friendly and worked efficiently. They made announcements now and then about parties or reminding families to keep kids under 4 out of certain areas. That said, I didn't really see any staff actively supervising inside the play area. The equipment itself feels very safe; soft, padded, and kid-friendly. However, there were a lot of unattended kids. My group ended up stepping in multiple times to help kids take turns or play safely. Most parents were sitting around the perimeter or upstairs, since there's plenty of seating. It's always awkward having to correct or guide someone else's child. I didn't order food, so I can't comment on that. The bathrooms, though, could use more attention as they were out of paper and the floors were a bit dirty. Overall, it's a great place and our kids loved it. We'll definitely be back. Hopefully they figure out a way to better monitor the restrooms and play areas moving forward.

Fairytale Island - Someone took off their fake nails at a place like this. Not just dirty but nasty and disgusting. I am so upset!

She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

I was told no and no. I show up, a 3rd birthday party is in full swing, and it was JAMMED with kids ages ranging from barely walking to pre-teens. I was PISSED. Now I've hit the point of no return because I'm parked and here at the counter with my son yanking on the gate to get inside. There is really ZERO supervision here; I still have no idea who works here and who doesn't since no one has a name tag or a shirt on to tell the difference. Kids are running around, eating donuts in the ball pit, and screaming. You must watch your kids at your own risk. Yes, I understand it was a rainy day, but can you enforce some rules? My son likes it here because the music isn't "too loud" and he's right about that, but most of the toys are broken, old, or missing pieces. Can't even imagine when they cleaned down all the toys last; this place is showing its age.

They told me there would be no fee, so I go ahead and place a deposit for my son's birthday party. Three days before the party they added the outside food fee to my invoice, and I told them I was told that it wouldn't apply to cake and drinks. They apologized and tried to give me a discount on the fee. I didn't ask for a discount nor do I want one because I was specifically told that the outside food fee doesn't apply to cake and drinks. They then said I misunderstood. Please help me understand where the misunderstanding was when they clearly said there would be no fee, as per the email. After some back and forth, they said if they were to waive the outside food fee, we would have to supply our own tableware. At this point, my husband and I are livid with this encounter and decided to cancel the party and lose our deposit. As a business, how can they take no accountability? I was clearly told it wouldn't apply. Had they said otherwise, I would've booked Sweetspot Playhouse instead. Make sure everything is written down and save all texts and emails before putting down a deposit. P.S, full payment is due before services are rendered and make sure everything is written out in black and white.

However, under the "Play" tab it states that Open Play on Saturdays and Sundays is from 10-7. Under "Membership" it states "Unlimited Open Play access 7 days a week for up to 2 hour per day." It does not mention anything about closures for private events, until one scrolls all the way to the bottom where it says in small print "Please note: Access may be limited during private parties or special events". When one pays for membership, the receipt states all the way at the end "Your membership gives you unlimited access 7 days a week, except when we're closed for private parties. To stay updated on any weekend closures, just check our Instagram stories!" However, it is not reasonable to expect people to be reading the fine print on their receipts. Additionally, locating the information on their Instagram account is not easy. The information should instead be clearly communicated on their website, or at least the website should instruct people to call before arriving to ensure the playground is open. Given that people are arriving with young children, it's really important for a playground to communicate their hours clearly so people can plan in advance. This communication would prevent customers from arriving with their children, only to be told they need to wait a few hours before they are let in.
