I have been to two classes at Wine and Design. My first class was a busy Friday night. We had a great time. The room was full of laughter and chatting. On my second visit, it was a quiet Tuesday night with only 7 ladies. It was a very relaxing, fun evening. I recommend checking out Wine and Design. Whether you go alone or with a few friends, you will absolutely have a fun time! You can bring your own snacks and beverages. You do not need any painting experience and you really don't need to be all that crafty either. They make it very easy for you to create something beautiful. My favorite part: We are all painting the same thing - yet everyone's is so different! You can absolutely see each persons individual twist on their painting and I think that is so cool! read more

For a mom of 2, I really needed a ladies night out, and this place was our number one choice. First time here and I had a great time. Sipped on some wine while focusing on painting. Our teacher's name is Chris, he's very friendly, patient, and helpful. I would totally recommend this place to my friends. They provide ice and cups! :) The only bad thing is parking can be hard to find, but good thing there's a parking deck right across. 2 hrs is $1.25 (if I'm not mistaken) and pass 2 hrs is $3.00. I had my daughter's 9th birthday at this place ....and I am so glad I chose this place. Beautiful coordination, perfect ambience and great team. They are so well organized. We were given so many choices to pick which kind of artwork my daughter and her friends would like to paint. The team member was so enthusiastic and friendly. She was appreciating and helping in detail while the girls were painting. Me and my friends are thinking about having our next girls night out here. My husband & I were invited to the grand re-opening back in March and met the owner Jennie and the staff. They were warm and welcoming and had plenty of artwork to choose from. So we decided to book my birthday party for May & I invited 17 of my girlfriends and we had a "BLAST"! We had delicious food, great music & good wine. I LOVE wine and design in Rahway!! I have been several times. It is a great night out with friends or on your own if you just need to relax and get lost in something creative! I am by no way a Picasso but I love the way their artists help you through the process! The studio is always very clean and they are always prepared for the night before you arrive. I attended the studio with a friend for our first time in October. We had an awesome time and my painting is now hanging on my dining room wall. My friend and I had such a great time that we booked another date. Unfortunately, a day before I had to cancel due to a family emergency. I planned a charity event at the studio and it was fantastic. It was easy to organize and everyone had a blast. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I took a Chuncky Blanket Workshop at their Rahway location and our instructor Shana Bannana was Great! She was kind & patient and gave great direction. She also had an Amazing 80's Playlist going which had us all singing & Dancing while making our blankets. I truly had a Great Time with a nice group of like minded ladies. I have been to 3 Wine and Design events (2 in class, 1 on wheels event) and have had a blast. Hali is an excellent teacher and helps those like myself who are not so artistic. No artistic experience needed, everything is prepared upon arrival the paintings are already stenciled onto the canvas and the instructors are amazing, extremely detailed and patient. Our local animal rescue group had a wonderful fundraiser recently where people could paint their pets portraits. Everyone had an amazing time and W&D donated a generous amount of the proceeds to our organization. The staff is super friendly and very helpful!! read more
