the staff was not very friendly and the parking was horrible when you are having kid parties the staff should be extremely friendly

This has to be one of the cutest kids party places I've seen. I must say that the staff who worked on 4/25/21 was exceptional. Constantly making sure everyone's needs were met. Love love love this place! Had both my daughters conjoined birthday party here and it was so much fun. Beautifully decorated. So much for the kids to do and for all ages too. The little little ones and the teens can all equally have fun here. Loved the dance studio/ gaming area downstairs. Loved the beautiful salon decor upstairs. The owner was very nice and helpful and everything is literally done for you, including the clean up. Great prices. Will def have more parties here in the future for my kids. Such a great hidden gem. I was very happy to find this place for my daughter's birthday, and even thou 11 yrs old, the glow in the dark dance party room was a big hit for all. Options of playing games with the multiple hostesses, also WII U, Xbox, etc...gives them a lot to focus on. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Ron was a pleasure to deal with from beginning (visiting spot to see what it was all about) to signing contract to day of party, attentive, approachable. Also cute lounge in front for parents to sit, talk, eat snacks, coffee, watch TV , and also cameras on screen to watch kids downstairs in dance room, upstairs is a full spa for the girls and eating, gift area. Good idea for type of place and implemented well. Would use again. read more

One of the best Kids places ever. Had both my daughters and sons birthday here. Very clean, excellent service . 2 floors, upstairs its a spa area for the girls, downstairs ( everything glows) its a dance floor with video games and a live dj. Will definitely go back again. read more

I was looking for a place to have my daughter's 5th birthday party. I don't throw parties ever because I get super anxious about the details and food and all the fun little details that go into it. My friend recommended Kidz Lounge and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! From beginning to end the owner and staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The booking process was super easy, I could call and text the owner with any questions and he would respond right away. There was a few packages available for parties and he was willing to customize any package. I had both boys and girls and all the kids had fun. There is an upstairs where the girls got their nails and makeup done and a downstairs where the boys and girls played video games, and had a dance party. They cater food for adults as well! Everyone had a lot of fun, kids and adults included. Prices were very reasonable too! I highly recommend this place for your little ones next party! read more

My supervisor gifted me vouchers for my 3 children. It was a nice experience for the time we spent their. I feel like my girls had a better experience with the Salon Bus than they did at this stationery location. The mani/pedi part was less than I expected, I thought they would get to wash their hands and feet like any mani/pedi consists of but that was not the case. My son enjoyed downstairs though so I have no other complaints. It is a great birthday party alternative, especially during these COVID times. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had.. my party was supposed to start at 6:00pm and end at 9pm. When I got there at 6:00pm nothing was ready. The party didn't start till 6:30 - 6:40 and the owner ended it at 8:30 Everything was unorganized. We had to cancel a party we booked here due to an unexpected family issue well in advance, gave them almost 2 months notice to rebook and it was also a weekday party which is not as popular as a weekend date, however when I asked if it would be possible to refund our deposit since we gave them plenty of time to rebook they chose to not respond and keep my money. This just shows the character of the owners and let me know where to never book a party in the future and I wouldn't recommended it to anyone I know either. I would be more understanding if we cancelled last minute or tied up a weekend date but that wasn't the case and my money compensated them for no loss. read more

I absolutely love this place. My 4 year old daughter was invited to a party here and she thought she was in heaven. From the moment you walk in, little girls get treated like they are at a very posh spa, and boys can play video games that are blown up on the wall so they almost feel like they are in the game. After my daughter was given a pair of adorable flip flops and a fluffy white robe, she had a pedicure, manicure, and her hair done. The staff were very sweet and friendly to the kids. They had other activities for the kids as well, but to be honest the parents didn't even have to be involved. They have a parent area with comfortable couches, coffee, and video monitors so you can keep an eye on your kids while the staff is taking caring of their needs and entertainment. After everyone had their fun with make-up and jewelry making, they went downstairs and had a karaoke dance party! I can't say enough, my daughter is already begging to have her party there. And to get an idea of what age ranges will enjoy this place, my friends' children are 9 years old and also rave about this place. So glad we found it! read more

I couldn't say enough about what an amazing party we had at Kidz Lounge for my daughter's 5th birthday! Ron was incredibly kind to work with and the booking was easy and straight forward. The party itself was the best time most of the girls have ever had - from the pampering nails, makeup and hair - all very well done for young girls staffing it - to the awesome glow in the dark dance party downstairs. I was honestly a bit concerned by some reviews about the staff but all my concerns were washed away; they were wonderful and my daughter keeps making a point to say how sweet all the girls were. I am crazy and wanted to do all my own decorations and the team was super flexible with helping to set up prior. The space is adorable, modern and immaculately clean - parents could stop gushing over it either. It really was a girly girl's dream come true. Truly unique and special!! So glad we found this place and I have a feeling we will be hosting more of our own and attending our friends who attended parties here for years to come! read more

I would never go back to this place. I would not recommend this place. I had a bad experience there. My party was not good. The air condition was broke. They had a manager in training on and she clearly needed help. There were not enough workers to do the girls nails, feet and hair. I was willing to pay for more girls but was told it wasn't necessary. They had 3 and it wasn't enough. I had about 20 girls age 6. Half of them didn't get stuff done because there wasn't enough time. I even paid for an extra hour. I had one mom putting nail polish on her own girls feet because she was waiting so long. The workers, owner and manger were very rude, not friendly with me or the kids. I was promised two activities for the girls while they waited but only got one. It was in my contract. I paid $5 extra each parent, which was was between $75-$100 for only wAter, coffee and snacks. A snack was suppose to be just chips but they got nothing. I could have bought stuff cheaper but did it for convenience but then never received anything. The coffee, water and milk were empty. I had to tell them to fill it. They weren't on top of anything. Thank god I had good food catered. And thank god I hired great characters from NJ, Elsa and Anna. They are very professional and look exactly like them. If it wasn't for me getting them the party would have been a bomb. Elsa and Anna made it. Even the owner was Impressed by them. He was too busy talking to them and not helping out. They left business cards to be put out and the place never put them out. They just didn't follow through on anything. The service was horrible. The workers talked about us and gave us dirty looks. Not professional at all. Then when I confronted one of the owners at the end and told him we were disappointed and things were missing etc. he was rude. He said my food was a distraction! What! That doesn't even make any sense. It was a few trays of catered food and why would that be a distraction? To who, them? did they never have food there before. And what does that have to do with a broken air condition, not friendly workers, bad service and me not getting what I paid for! This place could be good if they change. Not good business at all. They should have owned up to their mishaps. They won't make it if they keep doing this. I would never go back. I was treated poorly. You shouldn't treat customers like that. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. They were very rude. Talked about us in front of us and gave us dirty looks.
