Honestly, if you have desserts and GREAT balloons, you need nothing else in my opinion. I contacted multiple companies in Orange County for my daughters shopkins party. Normally I use a company in LA, but they would not travel..so I started searching for a good OC company, and out of the 12 companies I contacted, I loved how genuinely interested this company was in making sure everything I wanted was right, and giving me excellent customer service. You could tell they weren't just looking for money (their prices are very reasonable), but lifetime customers. Most companies were very cut and dry and only wanted money with really no concern for my wants. They were ready and on time and I really appreciated that since i was using a short time window for setting up the party. My Balloonia did an amazing job on my daughter's 2nd Birthday Party. I can't thank them enough. They made an outstanding Minnie Mouse Balloon Arch with the perfect Minnie Mouse bow. They also brought foil letters for her name and made two Minnie Mouse figures for our entrance. Everyone was blown away by how great they were. They were very thorough with me in the planning process and sent very descriptive emails and photos for approval with balloon colors and helpful tips on how to make my arch backdrop look perfect. 3 months ago I contacted balloonia before my delivery to see if they would be able to make balloons for the hospital for me when I deliver my baby, and from the start sarika was so helpful and nice! She showed me samples and answered all my questions and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I sent samples and they created the exact same thing! I had asked if I can let them know the day I deliver so they can deliver the balloons to me and they delivered them as soon as I contacted them! And they turned out to be sooooo cute! Everyone loved them and I still smile every time I look at the pictures.
