After being a guest at many weddings over the years, different religions and cultures. The one that was officiated by Vlad had to be one of the best. Every detail planned out perfectly. The homily was well written, and spoke to the true meaning of marriage. Marta, the photographer, was taking pictures very discreetly. Never in the way or eclipsing the couple or the guests. If you're considering getting married, you couldn't have a better team on your side. read more

Hi Perfect Wedding NYC, Maria and her team were amazing to work with; they made everything at the ceremony run smoothly on our big day. The all-inclusive package was a great choice; we substituted the photographer with another musician. The makeup and hair artist Eugeniia did a great job with a natural makeup look and an updo bun for my hair. The videographer Vlad made us laugh and made the videoing process more fun, despite the cold weather. He was also kind enough to extend his services for an additional hour. The violinist and celloist were amazing; playing the requested processional and recessional songs, along with some filler music during the group photos. We cannot recommend you guys enough! And thank you for everything! v/r, Shelly & Eric read more

This experience with Perfect Wedding NYC was heartfelt, and truly memorable. Marta and her team were Amazing. They were there from the beginning to our final day. Things got a little delayed and crazy on our wedding day due to catering issues with a separate venue however Marta and Maria were calm and kept me, the bride at ease. My family and friends can't stop talking about our special day, thanks to Marta's team of expertise. I will definitely recommend this company to all that are planning there big day on a budget. This is super overdue--Marta and her team are absolutely amazing! I got married on May 24, 2024, at the 3 West location. Initially, my husband and I planned to do a small private elopement wedding, but plans changed, and the 20 Mac wedding turned into a 75-person wedding. Marta and her team were so adaptable to this change. The wedding was planned over a 7-8 month period of time, and throughout the course, I could not have had a better experience planning this NY wedding from California; some of the biggest takeaways: 1. The quality and amount of photos I received: we were blown away! Honestly, we will have these forever and cherish them so much 2. The personal touch of Marta's service: she is so wonderful, honestly- each phone call and day of the wedding. I'm a pretty anxious person naturally, but Marta has such a soothing, gentle persona-her main focus was for the bride and groom to have a good time and get what they want. My bridesmaids chose by putting tape by my boobs, and Marta was honest about how I should take it off. I'm so happy she told me because the photos and my comfort for the day were so much better. She is Amazing. 3. The focus on the bride and groom: the family always wants to input their opinions, but this team has a unique way of figuring out what the couple wants and making it happen. 4. The makeup artist and hair stylist: This was actually one of my biggest fears and ended up becoming my favorite part. The team was so talented. I have very thick, long hair and many stylists have trouble with it, so naturally, I was nervous, but her team knew exactly what they were doing, and all of the hairstyles, from mine to the bridesmaids, looked exactly like the photo. The makeup was fantastic as well. 5. The violinist and cello were such an elegant and beautiful touch to walking down the aisle. They even let us pick a song to walk down to, which was very meaningful. Words can't express how special this team made our wedding day. I would highly recommend them. We are still waiting on the videography, but I know it will be executed with the same level of excellence as everything else. Thank You so much for making our Wedding day so special- Jaclyn & Jared read more

Using Perfect Wedding NYC was the best choice we made when planning our small intimate wedding. We live in NYC and so does our family so we knew that we wanted to do something close by but small and Perfect Wedding NYC checked all the boxes when it came to fulfilling our vision. Planning a wedding in NYC can be expensive and hard when you only have 35 guests so doing an elopement and following it up with an intimate dinner/reception was perfect for us. Working with Marta was amazing, she listened to everything I asked for and made the entire process seamless. She anticipated every question and helped with the process from beginning to end. Her team was amazing and extremely helpful in every way possible! read more

Perfect Wedding really does make the wedding perfect! Marta, Maria, Vlad and the whole team made our day absolutely wonderful and memorable. Every detail was perfect and it was so easy to coordinate all the details with the team. The flowers, photography, coordination, and every detail were all perfect. I fully recommend Perfect Wedding! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but this one had to be done. My Wife and I decided to get married with only 3 months notice, and not only that but in New York - we are in the UK. So we quickly made the preparations and compared a number of companies in New York for performing the ceremony and taking the photographs. We quickly decided on Perfect Wedding NYC due to their fast and comprehensive communications. Always answering even the smallest of questions quickly and accurately. The vast array of options to choose from is stunning. It can be off putting initially, but once you get stuck in it's simple. And if you are stuck just ask PWNYC. With all of our questions answered and the order placed we waited for the big day. Once in New York we had a quick call with PWNYC to run through things and to make sure all was ready. On the day everything was prepared as we had requested and a short time later we were married - it went really well, no hic ups at all. Once the photos were done we headed off to our vintage New York Taxi for a trip around the city and photos outside some of the iconic locations, such as Grand Central, NY Public Library, Times Square etc. We even got congratulations shouted out to us by a passing NYPD vehicle. Once we returned to the UK, it was only a matter of days before we had the finished photos available to download. They are perfect and just what we wanted as a record of our special day. Overall we found Perfect Wedding NYC to be the perfect choice and we were so happy with the results. Everyone we spoke to and met were so helpful, especially Marta. It just made the process so easy. So we had our Perfect Wedding in NYC. Thank you so much for everything, Mark & Sam x read more

Just got married on 04.24.2021 thanks to Marta & her team! I reached out to her only 10 days before our actual wedding. I answered a few questions and they took care of the rest. Our wedding was a wedding of a lifetime! The location, decorations, officiant, music and my bouquet! OMG I can NOT say enough about it or do it justice with the photo. It is the most gorgeous bouquet EVER. Period. Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable. Thank you for making our dream come to life. If you're looking to get married contact them. 10/10 recommend hands down. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts. read more

Five stars! The Perfect Wedding NYC team is top notch! It's so refreshing to work with someone that has your best interest in mind as a customer, rather than making you feel like just another client. Marta was super responsive since day 1 and was always there to ease my mind when preparing for the big day. After so much planning, turnouts out a Hurricane was going to hit and so we had to pivot our original plans. Not once did Marta, Vlad and the team seem overwhelmed but rather had a positive "let's get it done!" Attitude. Our ceremony was absolute perfection. It's not too good to be true- DO IT! read more

Marta & Vlad are fantastic! After postponing our original wedding plans (9/26/20 In Texas) to 2021 due to Covid and securing a project Cupid appointment, my husband and I needed to find an officiant within a reasonable price range in NYC for our small ceremony. I found Perfect Wedding NYC through a bridal Facebook group, and I am SO glad! Marta was very responsive to emails, especially the week of the wedding. She was our photographer and Vlad was our officiant. They arrived early to our ceremony site (Shakespeare garden in Central Park) to decorate and set up. The ceremony went well and the script was perfect. Marta got great shots of everyone before, during, and after the ceremony. Marta and Vlad made our smaller "big day" perfect! This was definitely a highlight in an otherwise chaotic year. read more

If I could give Marta, Vlad and the rest of the team at Perfect Weddings NYC more than five stars, I absolutely would because they are all that amazing. I don't think there are enough kind words to describe how beautiful my wedding day was thanks to Marta and her team. Marta and Vlad have really created something special at Perfect Weddings NYC. Even prior to meeting Marta and my actual elopement day, I knew I had made the right choice because Marta never let me worry about anything when it came to preparing for the big day. Every question I had was answered so quickly and thoroughly that I never really had any follow up questions. Watching her team work on the day of my elopement was truly where the magic happened. My day started with hair and makeup by Tatiana and not only was she the sweetest person, but her hair and makeup skills were top notch. It rained toward the end of my photo session and I have hair that does not do well with moisture, but that was not the case with Tatiana's work. My hair held its curl and looked amazing even after it got wet. I felt more beautiful that I ever have and she perfectly executed the bridal hair and makeup look I wanted. Also, she was on time and even helped me get ready. I can't thank her enough for helping me kick off the big day. Marta, is an absolutely expert in her craft and absolutely knows how to put brides at ease. I had forgotten my veil at the hotel before the ceremony and she never once made me feel stressed out even though we were running late. She was so amazing at instructing us how to pose and where to position us for photos and the results are incredible. I am absolutely obsessed with my wedding photos. Marta is truly an artist. She was also incredible about planning our photo shoot route and ensuring that we were able to get to all our requested locations. We even had time for some additional photo locations that weren't on our original route! The videographer was so kind and helpful, and Marta's assistant was incredible, she was so sweet and continued to check if I needed my coat or was warm enough (we got married in Central Park in the middle of December). We also booked the vintage cab service and I feel like everyone needs to do this. It was such a cool experience and our driver, Peter was so kind and attentive. He was pretty much like a personal tour guide and provided us with all this cool information about different locations in New York. The cab also makes for some really incredible photos. My elopement with Perfect Weddings NYC was a day I'll never forget. I would do it all over again just to work with Marta and her team. Trust me when I say, you will not regret having your wedding with Perfect Weddings NYC. My elopement was beautiful, and my husband and I felt like celebrities the whole day. Marta, Vlad and all their employees who played a part in my elopement hold a special place in my heart and I truly cannot thank them enough. read more

We have decided to celebrate our 10th anniversary in a special way and booked a vows renewal with Perfect Wedding NYC. It was a great pleasure to work with Martha and Vlad, they are very nice, easygoing and knowledgeable at the same time. They helped us to pick the perfect spot for our ceremony in Central Park and helped with organization. The event went flawlessly and was fun and very special both for us and for our guests. We have got everything we wanted: - warm memories and excellent photos to cherish forever; - thorough and heat touching ceremony tied to us and our story; - short video clip; - many little cute details that made our day even better. Marta and Vlad officiated our marriage ceremony in Central Park earlier this month. We looked at various options and found them to be the most flexible, responsive and professional. They did a fantastic job organizing the event. It was great being able to go to a "one stop shop" for both the ceremony and photography. Our pictures turned out fantastic and Marta was great at helping us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. Our experience with Perfect Wedding NYC was wonderful from the very beginning - they answered to all our emails and texts promptly and made us feel really being cared for. On the Elopement day Marta and Vlad arrived to the location earlier and reserved the spot for us (as we didn't have time in advance to get a permit). The Ceremony was very heartfelt and beautifully personalized for our couple. The photos were provided only 3 days after the date and look gorgeous. We're also very grateful for the iPhone video they captured for us - it covered every single important moment of the Ceremony - and we were able to share it with our family and friends who could not be with us in person. We highly recommend Perfect Wedding NYC if you're looking for both professional service and caring attitude! read more
