And then I wanted to return it. They said they do not refund money or credit you back. I can only exchange it. And exchange is not a return! I specifically asked in detail was told yes and then denied when I returned. My daughter is a frequent shopper and her friends and I have even gone in there at times and I liked the merchandise I will not be returning to the store with my business

Their hours are limited. I have come through this area multiple times in the past 6 years on trips and never was able to stop in because they were closed. In summer 2023 I got lucky and visited while on Spring st. picking up dinner. I was very surprised to see how popular the store was when I stopped in- there were more customers here than in any other store in the area. There is not a lot of street parking, but I was able to get a spot nearby. If you are not so lucky, there is a municipal lot well within walking distance.

It's packed with unique clothes, designer bags and tons of gifts. You can also pick up anything from socks, candles, mugs and coasters to baby clothes, beanies, dish wear and serving spoons. My mom loves coming here for my Christmas gifts and I am never anything less than overjoyed. Not that I am ungrateful, but I am pretty picky with clothes and I'd say I am tough to shop for. Man does that feel good to get off my chest. Some of my favorite finds/gifts throughout the years have been a Rebecca Minkoff bag and sweater and a few really unique pieces of jewelry. I've been coming here since I was in high school so the actual is a lot longer than that. Most of their stuff is on the pricier side but they do have occasional sales so maybe keep an eye out for one of their holiday markdowns or sample sales. This was the first store I shopped in so I was very unsure. I am petite so just regular shopping is a challenge. The sales staff was wonderful! Not only the person who was helping me but the many other of the sales people jumped right in to help and give honest comments on the dresses I tried on. I must have tried on 10 dresses in all shapes and styles. Finally I tried on a short dress that fit my shape perfectly. People shopping in the store even commented on how amazing the dress looked on me! A few days later I had second thoughts, since it was my first store I went to. I called and asked if I could hold off on ordering the dress because I was unsure. The owner of the store gave me no problems with the request. I ordered the same dress! The attention to each customer is amazing. The store is run like an old family business and they truly love what they do. Thank you!

In an era where internet shopping and a dry cleaner can alter any wedding dress or gown, I was expecting top notch experience. That was absolutely NOT the case. During my experience I was accused of false representing myself for loosing a tremendous amount of weight, body shaming me by being told that my body is deceiving, and treated like I was the one that was being unreasonable. Through the years we have used The Wedding Store for my wedding, all proms for my daughters, and now my daughters wedding. This has been a horrific experience. Move on, intermet shopping, or go to NYC. This stop is not worth it.
