By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks. Great prices, but the temperature inside felt like Primark: The Oven Edition. Please turn the AC on before someone melts into the floor.

I went to this location to see if they had the same boot in a different size but had second thoughts after trying them on and feeling how stiff they were. The salesperson Jon who helped me, helped me realize that the heritage line is really about looks and not about comfort. He suggested the Supersole 2.0 at half a size smaller than I was used to but in E Width. I first went with that and realized they were too big around the heel and came in to the store to try and get a better fitment. I decided on getting a regular width in my regular size boot instead of a half size smaller. Everything seemed good until about two hours into wearing them, I started to have pain that was so excruciating and in so many different places I couldn't wear them any longer. In the trunk of my car was the wider boot size that I still hadn't returned and so I put those on to relieve the pain for the remainder of the day, and in fact wore them several more times before coming to the realization that I was not able to break them in without great pain and that this was probably not the right boot for my foot. Long story short I wore two different sizes for several hours and days and wound up returning both under the 30 day warranty and bought a different model altogether. I didn't expect to be given a refund or credit on both boots but hoped we could work something out and to get the right boot for my feet. Jon I thank you and so do the bottoms of my feet. My feet couldn't be happier. He was the utmost professional and gave me several more choices that worked for what my professional activities entailed and I bought the best fitting ones from that category. I compared the boot he sold to me to other brands that were $400 or $500 boots I had bought that weren't appropriate for the job I am doing, as well as comparing them to a pair of Timberland PRO boots and these boots are the only ones that could get me through a full day of working on concrete without much fatigue. Jon was so understanding and helpful in trying to get my feet into the right fitting shoe. He saved me from further pain or possibly wearing a boot that would cause damage to my knees and/or back. I highly recommend anyone who needs a proper fitting and appropriate boot for their profession to come to this store and ask for Jon. Red Wing boots, along with Jon at this location, are the only place you should shop for your next work boot period.

Crew.  They are currently running their end of season sales with an added 40% during the second week of January.  I walked in for the first time and felt I have found my new store. They carry everything from jeans, sweaters, hats, gloves, jewelry, handbags, pants, sunglasses, and some chic knick knacks for the home.  The only sad thing about this place is, as per the salesclerk, they only carry petite sizes online and it's only for jeans as they were originally famous for their denim clothing. Hence, the minus a star. The good news is they do carry a few sweaters in sized XXS. Not many but there are some. What I love most is not only are the extremely helpful sales people but their clothes which speaks for themselves. They are well made with clean structured lines. I found many of their styles of clothes to be classics and to be treasure for years to come.  Do I recommend this store? Oh Yes! I would advise you to go now and not miss out on the sales because let's be honest, who doesn't love a sale?

There are racks on racks of boots for women, men and children. Pleasantly surprised to find an abundance of clothing items and accessories in stock. Choices galore! Everything is high quality stuff, mostly made in America. I'd definitely come here again.
