This place is huge. We arrived close to the closing time to get some food. We noticed that there were a lot of stores that had already closed down for the night as we walked by even though it not 9pm yet. The tables at the food court area where we ate at were all dirty and trash was thrown all over the floor. The trash cans were also overflowing. *At 9pm sharp, a man came on the mall intercom and rudely announced that the mall was now closed. Lol, never had heard that before... read more

This is a very nice very old school mall! It really shows it's age on the outside! But don't let the looks deceive you, it's a very nice mall within! But I will add that several stores are closed unfortunately... I have started coming here frequently due to the fact that they have many great selections in the mall. They also have an amazing kids place called playland inside. If you have young kids, this is the perfect place for them! The have a JCPenny and a Boscovs and a few other big name stores! Oh and a Cinnabon! They have a carousel, a jumping thing, the kids animal rides, and a train as well. I hope this mall comes back! read more

As a parent, I wanna give this place 1 star because we ended up spending so much on the rides they have for the kiddos. Our daughter had a blast and we may have also had some fun riding around on motorcycles and oversized stuffed animals. There is a whole kid zone with all things kiddies and when we found that little corner of the mall, my kid's eyes lit up! We were at this mall, attending a kids party at SeaQuest aquarium. After the party and exploring the aquarium, we wandered around the mall. It's a drive from our home so we made a day of it. They have all the shops you'd expect. It was a weekend so it was hella busy, lots of families roaming about. The kid zone was really packed. We rode a carousel, a train and a bunch of the little motorized vehicles they offer. It was get pricey if your not careful. They have a ton of things to get into. read more

The local municipalities held a Halloween Trunk or Treat for the kids and it was awesome. As a parent I appreciate the convenience of hosting this event and being large enough that the kids got a decent amount of candy. They also had hot beverages for adults and light refreshments. The EMT and fire dept members were so kind and polite. There were so many smiles. read more

There's a lot of stores in this shopping center but mostly all clothing stores so if your looking for clothes this is the right place. There's barely any food places to eat here. There's CHICFILA, auntie Anne's, Charley's cheesesteak, and a couple other little stands that people sell food at. I went to the gyro stand and got a chicken platter and the chicken was first of all microwaved chicken and it was spongy and in square pieces so honestly I have no idea what I was even eating because it didn't look like chicken at all. Woodbridge mall was awesome pre covid days . This used to my go to shop. But now ! Wow things have changed . All dresses and products are so expensive ! No sale nothing . Poor customer service . Very very very slow billing . Out of the 10 billing places only 1 is being used . Even with crowd they don't open other billing stations. Average experience overall. The Woodbridge Center is a decent mall with many stores to offer with two floors. There are some store names I haven't seen before which caught my eyes, and probably my guess is their local chain stores. Most of the typical chain stores have gone out of business such as Sears and Lord & Taylor, but to some surprise, JCPenney is still running on its legs. I've noticed quite a number of empty spaces, which isn't a surprise in today's world. Many stores that are open pertaining to entertainment and games will help drive success. I see this mall doing decent in the years to come. read more

We came on a rainy saturday to stroll around. There really wasnt a single store that we had an interest in, other than the candy store (yes.. we bought some treats for ourselves!). It was relatively crowded but no one seemed to have any bags, so I assume people, like us, were just looking for a place out of the rain they could stretch their legs. read more

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. We had few things to buy at Macy's and for that, visited this mall. The mall is humongous in size and has so many stores and restaurants and the parking is reflective of the same size that can hold a million cars. The mall was reflecting the holiday mood and was decorated in Christmas carols and trees at all corners. The mall is pleasantly designed with a touch of green at different spots, which was great. Most of the people followed social distancing but everyone was wearing a mask even when there was no mandate sign that directed people to wear one. We couldn't cover all of the mall in the 2 hours of time that we spent there and will be back to check out on the other stores. read more

First of all, That "Easter bunny" was a real jerk! He was more like a drunk they had hired off the street, rather than an Mall Easter bunny. Fire him, get some nicer stores, and a people-friendly Easter bunny! That "Easter bunny" is a real Easter Grinch. I am so happy that the mall is finally open. My eyebrow lady is in here and I went soley to make sure she is back working. When I arrived I parked at Sears like I usually do, but Sears closed down since the pandemic. I walked around to the entrance by Applebee's and they had outdoor seatung for those who are interested. I walked over to my eyebrown lady and she was there and working. She told me about her hours and I will be back next week for her services. read more

Wow. Go to this mall if you want to be depressed. Growing up in Edison, I spent quite a bit of time between Menlo Park Mall and Woodbridge Mall. Woodbridge was always bigger and had a more "gritty" type of feel, which I liked. For people who do not travel to the city often, malls offer a very limited city-like experience for people who live in the suburbs. Every single time I would go to the mall, I would always see something interesting or meet someone interesting. Then, the COVID pandemic hit. There are two floors and four wings to this mall. Half of the mall is basically empty. It's VERY DEPRESSING to walk through this mall even though society is getting back "normal." None of the stores are really interesting. I was walking past some store where you can shoot paintballs. It was empty. I don't want a $10 bubble tea or bland mall pizza. There are abandoned kiosks all over the place. Long ago, there was a mall in Woodbridge which was visited and had many store options, this is not that mall. Feels like the people have moved on and the mall is still grasping at straws. Lots of cheap stores and little else. Lord and Taylor closed, Sears closed and the Macy's they had here felt like an outlet version with only one floor and another that was consistent of a clearance section at the flea market. I gave it an extra star for ample parking but other than that, needs a big renovation or to be re-opened as a Target. read more

I have been going to woodbridge mall for years , it's a big mall with lots of good stores and restaurants. The mall features Macy's, J.C Penny's, Boscov's, Dicks sporting goods. It also has a couple goods restaurants like Johnny Rockets, Applebee's, Red Robin ( yummm) and couple good kiosks on the lower level, (I've never ate at any of them so I'm unfamiliar with them ). I've been to most of the malls in New Jersey and this is probably my least favorite. It holds a very special place in my heart because it is very conveniently located and I used to work there for years, however, it is very dated and instead of getting better with time, it seems they are grasping for straws. This is still probably the best destination in the area for affordable stores. Three of its anchor stores are very affordable, JCPenney, Boscovs, and Sears. I also like to come here for Torrid, Carter's, New York & co, Journeys, and they house my favorite salad place, Salad Bistro! That said, there are also a lot of junky cheap stores (with club clothing, I guess?) which I think bring this mall down. In recent years, it seems these stores have multiplied! There are at least 2-3 in each corridor. There is also an unexplainable amount of shoe stores... seriously though, this mall is oversaturated with shoe stores and skimpy cheap female clothing stores, I don't get it. Recently, they seem to have tried to cash in on the millennial and Z generation's desire for experiences. Unfortunately, they do not do it well. The first endeavor in this new venture was an escape room, I guess that was ok, although the interest in those has died down dramatically and I think they opened this at the tail end of that hype. Next, Dave and Busters, eh, this is probably the most successful of the three attempts, smart seeing as there is no other D&B close by. I think where they miss on this is there is no outside entrance to D&B. Their newest attempt is the SeaQuest aquarium. I am not trying to get political here, but it is documented that SeaQuest has a history of misconduct, putting their animals and employees in danger. Why bring such a controversial business into your mall? Oh, I know, because no other aquarium in their right mind would think it's ok to house sea animals in such a small space!! I can't believe I haven't reviewed this mall yet after all these years of coming here. I usually come here when I don't feel like fighting for parking spaces at Menlo Mall, which is about a five minutes drive southbound. Yes, there are some department stores like lords & Taylor's, Macy's, etc but there's not many stores I'd like to shop from here. Besides Francesca's, Dicks Sporting Goods, The Gap and Charming Charlie's, I wish there's more options. There is also no food court here. Yes, there are fast food and diners but it's in its own restaurant and not clustered in a food court area like most other malls. This can be a bit of a pain when you're traveling with others who wants different food menu from you. In any case, I'm excited for Dave & Busters grand opening this year. I'm sure their opening would attract more people to come, not that I'm excited to drive in circles searching for parking but I'm excited that this mall would get some facelift here because it's practically dead on certain days here. read more

What a big improvement! This mall has transformed to a much better enjoyable shopping experience. With Dave & Busters opening soon, this should bring people. I was surprised how empty the mall was and it was after work. Now I'm seeing the affects of online shopping, it doesn't have to be during the holidays anymore. People want concierge service after a long day of work. It's Mother's Day weekend all stores have sales. So everyone's doing last minute shopping Friday or Saturday. My only issue with this mall, and any other mall with the "customer up front" policy, is that this policy is so unfair and unjust to the mall employees. These employees work tirelessly on their feet, are also expected to walk farther to their place of employment than those who made a leisurely decision to shop. I agree that customers SHOULD enjoy "up front parking" in front of actual retailers, however the actual mall entrances (which there are only 2 of) should allow employees park on a first come basis as a sign of respect and recognition for the employees whom make customer service possible in the first place. Without mall employees, customers will shop elsewhere or online and malls would cease to exist. GGP (the owners of these properties) should consider this. read more

Woodbridge Center is outdated in appearance. It seems that this is the mall time left behind, with an outdated decor featuring fountains. Despite this, it's still a great place to shop in an excellent location. They have some stores here that are not at my "regular" mall, such as LOFT outlet, Boscov's and Torrid. Definitely check out what they have to offer in terms of shops, because you may be surprised at what you find. There is no real "food court" area, as places to eat are more scattered throughout the mall. There are a lot of options, such as Charley's and Chic-fil-a. read more

I love Woodbridge Mall! I go any time I need something. They have really good stores like Lord & Taylor's, Pandora, Boscov's, Forever 21, etc. They have plenty of food and snack spots too. Godiva is one of my favorites! The employees at most of the stores are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. It gets really packed on the weekends. Security is pretty decent. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. They even have a mall walkers club early mornings and on weekends. Love this place, highly recommend it. One of the better malls. read more

Rating: 3.5/5. Victoria's Secret, Macy's, Sears, Lord & Taylor, Boscov's, Dick's sporting goods, Finish line, GNC, etc. have been anchoring this bright and clean mall. Charging locations for electronics were scattered throughout the mall. The free wifi signal wasn't strong. Within the mall, there were a Starbucks, Chick-Fil A, etc. Within a short drive, Bonefish grill, Bahama Breeze, and Kona Grill were also available. You could also find a mini-train, carousel and the free playground "Tiny town" on the ground floor. The bathrooms were clean. The mall felt safe thanks to the safety agents throughout the Woodbridge center. You will find ample free parking. read more

There is a wide store selection and they have everything a normal mall should have. 2 floors of goodness. There is plenty of parking available. The only time I would avoid here is black friday. I used to come here a lot when I was younger, because they used to have a train that the kids could ride in, while parents shopped. The stores aren't anything special. I couldn't find any stores that I liked. The only store I liked was Spencer's and that place is wicked expensive. Mall is not that clean, so It makes it a little bit of a sad experience. Woodbridge Mall really isn't the greatest. It's about 2 minutes from my house and extremely convenient for me, so I do find myself there sometimes just for that reason, but there's really a lot to be improved on. The stores aren't the best, a lot of them are outright messy, and to be honest it doesn't feel very safe there anymore. I once had a very scary experience in the parking lot where a man in a mask peered into my car, trying to frighten me. Overall I'd rather go a couple minutes up the road over to Menlo Park Mall. read more

It's revamp time! Unfortunately a star is being tossed away for this one, even though I wish I could give 2.5 stars. I've been coming here ever since I was a little kid in the 90s. Back then, I remember that this mall had some really interesting stores for myself to explore. This included (but NOT limited to) a science store (don't remember the exact name), Lindt Chocolate, KB Toys and the Warner Bros. Studio Store. But unfortunately, all of that is now gone. I bet you Yelpers who were around in the 90s remember all of this. Fast-forward to today, this mall is currently anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods, Sears, Boscov's, JC Penney, Lord & Taylor, and Macy's. The majority of the stores mostly carried various clothing articles (including those for sport fanatics), shoes, perfume, and jewelry. Some stores here provided various services for eyeglasses, professional photography, mobile communications, hair, nail and dental care, and spa treatments. Other stores included an FYE (CDs & DVDs galore), GNC (vitamins), Game Room (board games and more), Hallmark & Carlton (cards and gifts), Spencer's Gifts (I don't need to explain this - lol), Bath & Body Works (soaps & lotions galore), Yankee Candle, and Gertrude Hawk Chocolates. Of course we can't forget about Yogibi, a bean-bag furniture store. Does any of this appeal to you? For myself, only a tiny percentage of this does. This is one of those malls that doesn't have a food court (unlike Garden State Plaza & Menlo Park). Instead, the places to dine for lunch and dinner are spread-out throughout the facility. Those places had their own seating areas too. Such places included Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Salad Bistro, King Chef (Chinese), those that served pizza and burgers, and Applebee's. Olive Garden and Bahama Breeze are also available as separate stand-alone units in the parking lot. What are you craving for? Whenever we're here, we enter through Sears to go to the mall. We end up stopping at FYE, Boscov's, GameStop, and Dick's. Sometimes, we go to other places, but that depends on who else we go with. Sometimes when we're hungry, we end up dining at either Starbucks or Applebee's. At least this mall is big enough to enjoy walking around for a good period of time. I also noticed that this mall installed some places for you to sit and recharge your portable electronics. You could even charge your electronics at the massage chairs. That's pretty cool. All of the clothing stores here, believe it or not, doesn't appeal to me. This makes up the majority of the mall (which is too much!), which is why I don't visit most of the stores here. Also, this mall isn't as decorative as the Garden State Plaza and Menlo Park Mall. In fact, some parts of the decor reveal signs of aging. Some parts are even falling apart! Also, they got rid of the decorative water fountain in favor of a seating area with overpriced food stands. Boring! They have Free WIFI here, but it's very sluggish. I've never had an issue with parking here at all. People could enter off of US-1 and US-9. Overall, this mall is okay due to it's size for exploring. But the variety and decorations here aren't as impressive as the ones at Garden State Plaza and Menlo Park Mall. read more
