She demanded to know why my daughter was still wearing a mask, in fact her exact words were, "You're still wearing a mask. Why?" When my daughter explained her reasons for still wearing a mask, (not that she needed to explain herself), Sabine started to say it's probably because my daughter was a foreigner, "I know foreigners like to wear masks," were Sabine's words. For the record, we are not foreigners. We may not be white, but my family and I are American citizens, my children were born and raised in the US. My daughter told Sabine clearly that she was not a foreigner, and that she was born and raised in this country, to which Sabine replied, "Well, I guess you don't have an accent." My daughter walked out of the store shocked at the ridiculously racist comments she had just be subjected to from a store she had just supported with her business. We are still in shock! In the wake of all the attacks on members of the Asian American community, I do not feel safe letting my friends and family of color go near this shop which is owned by a woman who is blatantly racist and intolerant. I gave this dealership the opportunity to address this privately before posting publicly, but after speaking with the owner and sending over dash cam footage last week, I never received any follow-up response. I brought my Jeep in for a traction control issue that was causing intermittent loss of acceleration. The dealership kept my vehicle for two days and claimed it had been driven extensively in an attempt to recreate the issue. However, my dash cam footage showed significantly less drive time and mileage than what was communicated to me. What was most disturbing was the behavior captured on the footage. The employee driving my vehicle made repeated highly inappropriate comments about young high school-aged girls and women, insulting comments about my car by calling it a "piece of shit," and statements implying my vehicle was extremely unsafe to be driving. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to after trusting them with my vehicle. They also expected me to return the following week to take one of these men for a ride to try to get the vehicle to act up. After reviewing the footage, there was absolutely no way I felt comfortable returning to this dealership. I understand not every issue can immediately be diagnosed, but professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers should still be expected. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience here. Bill spent hours with us trying to find the exact match to our requirements. I felt it was an impossible task. I underestimated Bill's tenacity to get us exactly what my wife wanted. Today, the owner of Welsh went to another dealership to pick up my wife's new car. WOW, talk about a well oiled machine for customer service. We moved to Pennsylvania about 9 years ago and have no problem spending 1.5 hours (each way) to purchase and service our vehicles. Some people ask us why would we buy and service a vehicle some 80 miles away when we have Jeep Dealers in our backyard. The answer is always the same. The people at Welsh are simply the best. We know every person in every department. Bill, Brian, Kevin, Nathan, Mike and Mr.Welsh. My wife and I have always been satisfied with any Service issues with our vehicles. I apologize for this review being so long winded. All of the people at Welsh are professional, easy to work with and results oriented. Stop by and give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Yet Edward, the owner, who has run this shop, with his family for nearly 40 years, readily offered to take care of the problem. (Apparently, he explaining, if a watch is sent for service from a dealer, rather than from the owner, it tends to get quicker attention). Yes, the turnaround took some time (that's Breguet for you0, but Edward bird-dogged the servicing continually, and responded to every one of my pesky, nervous check-ins. One reason I wanted to write this review is that now, with shops like Diamond Dreams having to join the crowded chaos of the online sales world, it can difficult to distinguish the hucksters from the true blues. Rest assured, Edward and his family are clearly the true blues. Give their wares a serious look. You won't regret it.

We were so impressed by their intelligence and integrity and we retained them within 10 minutes. The sale - We accumulated 25 years of valuable furniture and belongings. Amazingly, John and Angela handled everything the weekend of our estate sale. They helped us dispose of every item we wanted to sell. They buffered us from every problem. Their staff watched our belongings and protected our house. We didn't worry for a minute despite hundreds of people entering our home. Whatever didn't sell (very little) was taken on consignment by John and Angela. Selling everything you own through a third party is a leap of faith. There was never a moment of doubt with Angela and John. Use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
