I could not be more grateful to her for taking on my dress with such little time. The day I went to her she began to stitch the dress while I was wearing it and began trimming tulle. She finished my dress in a week. I came in for a fitting and it fit perfectly. She's an incredible tailor but more than that she's an incredible person. It was amazing to see her clients coming in to just say hello because they have so much love for her. So if you're reading this and you're free, she's moving her store down the street from its present location on July 7th and her clients are throwing her a grand opening at 10am, please attend and support her. I was…read morepleasantly surprised by their selection, as I have not seen that selection of lingerie in any other bridal store. I already have my dress from another store & Lisa didn't say one negative thing about it. In fact, she just made suggestions that I hadn't thought of - such as to be careful of buying shoes with any decorations that might catch on the chiffon dress. She fitted me for a bustier in a matter of minutes. I browsed her shoe selection, which I have to say was pretty extensive. She was never pushy. She also have a few nice headpieces and I may go back and purchase one of them for my wedding. If you are in need of lingerie, I would highly recommend Lisa. I thought she was completely professional and pleasant.

In an era where internet shopping and a dry cleaner can alter any wedding dress or gown, I was expecting top notch experience. That was absolutely NOT the case. During my experience I was accused of false representing myself for loosing a tremendous amount of weight, body shaming me by being told that my body is deceiving, and treated like I was the one that was being unreasonable. Through the years we have used The Wedding Store for my wedding, all proms for my daughters, and now my daughters wedding. This has been a horrific experience. Despite this, the establishment ordered her an even larger size! When her dress arrived she was then told they did not have enough time to complete the many alterations needed before her wedding. This was especially disappointing because her wedding date was known when the dress was originally ordered. As a result, she has had to find another seamstress to make the necessary alterations. We found the entire experience very concerning and frustrating. Ordering a dress considerably larger than the already-too-large sample, followed by being told there wasn't enough time for alterations, left us questioning the level of care and attention given to her order.
