If I could give 0 stars I would . I have permanent tattoo so it's easy to follow the outline but instead they literally took all the hair off from the sides of my eyebrows . The also cut the hairs all uneven. I will never go back again. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

This is my absolute go to for eyebrows, waxing and hair. It's incredibly budget friendly and everyone is so nice! Sumbol is an artist with eyebrows. I've been trying to get mine thicker and arched and we are achieving it slowly. She also does henna to help fill in my brows between threads. She also does the waving and has wax tailored for all the different needs (hard, soft etc). Anna does my hair and is so gentle. I was lucky enough to find this place because 2 other brow stylists cancelled on me for a microblading procedure I had scheduled with other salons. I'm so glad they did. I found my forever brow home. I called and got a same day appointment with Sumbal and she was amazing! I have normally very thin, scarce eyebrows with no tail. I've wanted to try microblading, but opted for the brow shaping and tinting before I committed to a permanent procedure. I'm so glad I did. I can see the look I want to go for before a more permanent look. She was professional, patient and even worked with a scaredy cat like myself who HATES threading. She gave me numbing cream and waited until it numbed me before she started threading. When she was finished I was thrilled. My eyebrows look BEAUTIFUL and natural. I will definitely be back. First time here and never coming back. The lady thinned out my eyebrows when I repeatedly told her I just wanted them to be cleaned up. She asked me if I wanted her to create an arch for me and I said NO just the cleaning up. She still proceeded to not listen to what I wanted and made my eyebrows so thin. I'm new to the area and wanted to find a new place but at this point I'm willing to drive an hour to my old place. Idk how you don't want to listen to what the customer told you what they want and proceed to do what you want. I don't care if it's what you think is best, it's not what I wanted and now I have very thin eyebrows. Come to tint time and she wanted to keep the tint on for longer than I wanted. Initially, I gave this place five stars for their good service. However, today I went in for my eyebrows to be threaded and the artist that I normally see which is Medina was not there. There was another young lady, so I assumed by the services that were given the few times I've been there; I would receive the same regardless. Before she began threading my brows, I gave her specific instructions. I like to keep my brows thick! HOWEVER, she decided to do whatever the heck she thought was best. Not once did she ask me to look into the mirror to see if I like it during the process which Medina normally does, to see if it's too thick and need to be taken down. She threaded my eyebrows all the way down !!!! I was better off walking around with full brows and no shape. I am traumatized by what she has done. She began to tell me how she THOUGHT I wanted a clean up, yes it was a clean up with specific instructions to keep them thick !! She attempted to tint them to make them appear fuller which did absolutely nothing. She also offered to give me a free service for the next time; this changes nothing because I still have to walk around like this until my eyebrows grow back. I have pencil size brows right now and to make matters worse the shape or my eyebrows are not close to each other in the slightest sense. NEW FLASH! it's not the early 2000s no one wants thin eyes brows with super high arches. You are to follow the shape of a persons face and map the brows accordingly. Just when I thought I found a place that would be constant... I've been failed. I honestly don't think I'll be going back here unless Medina is there. Inconsistent and inattentive services don't keep customers. read more
