Guys, do not second guess yourself and just go. Kandy is the sweetest. I got my eyelashes done 1 month ago and just rescheduled another appointment (yikes i know its been a month but SERIOUSLY MY LASHES STILL LOOK GREAT LIKE WHAT THE HECK HOW??). Okay so here's my story. I was going out of town in two days and I saw they had a special in October. I called and they were able to squeeze with Kandy the owner! Now when I came to the appointment I mentioned the deal I saw on their instagram and she let me know that that was actually for october only. I think she saw the sadness on my face (LOL) and she was so nice and gave it to me anyways. Not only that she surprised me at the end by upgrading me to silk lashes for free. I was blown away. As a college student this was really a treat myself kind of thing and Kandy made my MONTH. The lashes themselves are really beautiful. I am korean and i have a small double eyelid and I expressed to her that I didnt want the lashes to be too heavy on the outer corner but rather in the middle so that it would look more circular than cat eye and she did just that. She didnt just put lashes on willy nilly she was intentional about where she placed them so that My lashes wouldnt just be long and luscious but so that it would acutally frame my eyes. I literally did not sleep the night before AT ALL because I had so much work to do and I could not believe how put together and gorgeous the lashes made me look. She gave me her personal contact for whenever I needed to reschedule and I even fell asleep during the service because it was so relaxing. I honestly cant even believe some of the other reviews on this because of how accommodating and kind Kandy was to me. sorry this review is so late Kandy! I am so appreciative of the care and pride you put into your work and I can't wait to see you in a week! Edit: so theres a one star review on here about this one girl ranting about the poor customer service. If you click on not recommended reviews you can see a ton of 1 star reviews. Each review is actually about something that happened to ONE PERSON. Everyone else are her friends who i guess she got to all poorly reviews this place. First of all, that is against the yelper policies, please report them. YOU have to be the one who gets the service to review it. Secondly, DONT let these people discourage. Look at all the positive 5 star reviews. It seems so strange to have this one case of one person that was unhappy stop you. And seriously, this is someone who is just trying to conduct their OWN personal business. It isnt some chain or big company it is a woman who just owns her own small store. How awful for a big group of people to come after her and her livelihood. I am pro small business ALL THE WAY. Go on in and get your lashes done here, I promise you that if you let this nasty group of girls discourage you from going to Kandy you will regret it. Today was my second time visiting Eye Kandy, and I am absolutely thrilled with my lashes. I recently met two woman with the most amazing lashes, whom both had their lashes done by Kandy. I called the next day to book an appointment for a full set, which was then scheduled for later that week per my request. I arrived at the salon and was welcomed immediately by the owner. The salon is beautifully decorated and incredibly immaculate. Kandy was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable, I actually drifted away into a deep sleep while the lashes were being placed. I was ecstatic with my results and I received so many compliments on them. Today, I went back for my 2 week fill and they are just perfect yet again! If you are looking for a professional modern salon, Eye Kandy is the way to go! You will not be disappointed! read more

Got my lashes done here and I LOVE them!! They came out amazing and would definitely recommend all my friends here. While I was here though I had overheard a phone conversation about their 24hour policy. Before writing this review I read the 1star review someone had given them about the policy. In my opinion from what I had over heard and agreed upon that she had canceled multiple times before with no charge and this time they only charged her the 50% instead of the full amount because of a death in the family. They tried calling to offer another appointment but no answer. They ask for your credit card number for a reason along with telling you if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you're charged for the full service. Tiffany travels just for my appointment so charging the 50% to pay her is fair enough if you ask me. read more
