They also told my mother they thought it was odd I called yesterday to move my appointment up an hour because my work schedule was changed it couldn't be moved because the tech would still be with another client which I was told so she was not traveling there just for me. Not once was i told about the policy but it also is no where on their website which the owner stated it was and it wasn't until after I was told of the charges it showed up. They are heartless nasty and unprofessional .
