Dimple's Salon is the only place I go to whenever I need to clean them up, and I've only went here about 6 times so far. They always do an amazing job. I was very surprised and happy! Usually mall salons to me aren't the best and I get my hair washed and blow dryer / round brush a lot, most places barley scrub your head or even get it all wet and washed and they scrubbed and washed 3 times I was very happy! And I have curly baby hairs on my hair line around my face and she flat ironed those as well most people don't they just leave it! She did an amazing job and I am very happy!! Overall: 5 Service : 5 Price: 5 I came home from a long business trip and wanted to pamper myself since I have two big events coming up This is my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, tinted and have eyelash extensions. Rita was the one who helped me. I opted to thread my entire face and it was semi painful but as time passed my face numbed and I didn't feel the pull as much. Rita and dimple were very attentive and nice. They assisted and checked in. Rita helped with the tint , eyelash extension and threading. The tint I wasn't a fan of because of how dark it was and how I'm not used to see it shaded like that; however, Rita lightened it up and was patient to work with me. After she lightened it up, it looks fantastic! I will be recommending this place to my colleagues and family. This is my go to place from now onwards for threading. read more

They have a $20 minimum on credit card use. Eyebrow threading was fast and efficient but I'm left with a few rashes and itchy spots. Waxing was not worth it. The lady did a very shabby job and left wax sticking all over my feet and in between the toes. I have had better. read more

Dimple not only does excellent threading but she also waxes and will do both if you need it. She is fast, knows what she's doing and never leaves a stray hair or too thin an eyebrow. Plus she does an excellent blow out. I have seen her give great haircuts to men, women and children. Plus her prices are very reasonable, actually inexpensive, especially since she's in a major mall. I walked away with brows that were as good as it's going to get on this face :) Dimple was thorough, friendly and patient. Sensitive skin, no problem- she knows what she's doing. Her experience, chair- side manner and accommodating me on same day requests is the perfect trifecta. **I saw a review here about a child's haircut and since my 5 year old got their first hair cut here I wanted to bring another perspective. Not sure how old the reviewer's child was but mine doesn't sit still. Obviously I was terrified with having sharp scissors around her. My wife & my daughter went for hair cut today @2/19/2017. According to them, hair length are uneven & looks like some have cut hair at home. My wife asked to cut my daughter hair cut differently while she opted differently & say will do that next time. Why customer will come again when you people give such sweet experience.? Bottom line :- They will not cut what you want & imp. thing they will cut what they think. Looks like this place is not value for money. We are totally disappointed when back at home. read more

I wish I could give them no star to write this review. I went to get my hair highlighted in red or bronze which can go well with my dark hair but i end up getting faded orange hair. I went back to fix my orange then she covered my head with brown color. Looks like this place is only good for small jobs and these ladies are not even trained and no USA certificate. My mom and I went to Dimple for threading & waxing when she was at a salon in Union, and she did such a great job (especially on eyebrows) that we now drive down to Woodbridge to get our fix. She also does beatiful blowouts, and the prices are very reasonable. Dimple is friendly and really knows what she's doing, and my brows never look overdone or too thin. read more

Dimple is simply the best. As a Delawarean, I drive all the way to Woodbridge Mall, when visiting family, just to have Dimple thread my eyebrows. She is so fast and does such a beautiful job. Horrible customer service. Today, I went in to get my eyebrows done and the lady at the counter asked me to sit in the salon chair. I sat in the chair for 10 minutes while the lady at the counter proceeded to speak to someone else about a personal issue. You are at a place of business, I would think the customer would come first. I was finally noticed when I got up to leave at which point I had enough. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning. read more
