Overall I don't think they are the best at placing lashes and the quality is pretty low for how much they charge. Often times I would have several lashes falling out the day of getting my lashes done. I am not new to eyelash extensions and have been getting them for years. They add a $5 tax to every service and don't say anything until you're leaving. I originally came here with a Groupon and they still made me pay an additional fee.

Found this little spot in Gramercy through Puls'd, and initially it was for full body massage,…read morefacial, manicure, as well as pedicure. However, when I called the place, I was told that the masseuse was no longer working there so they don't offer massages anymore. I was quite disappointed because that was what I was most looking forward to. They mentioned I would be able to receive a body scrub instead, which I decided to get. The space is simply decorated with a calm ambiance, and an inviting atmosphere. The lady who did all these services was very friendly and kind. We started off with the body scrub in a lowly lit room, which was soo relaxing and slightly resembled a massage done in a shorter time frame. The scrub felt super exfoliating and my skin was velvety soft afterwards. Next was the facial, which included all of the components, such as extraction, moisturizing, mask, and more. After that, it was time for the pedicure, and the lady prepared green tea and a plate of cookies, gummy candy, and crackers. They were pretty tasty, especially the satisfyingly chewy and sweet gummies, which were from Europe. I selected a deep red color for my toes. It felt nice to put my feet in the warm water and my toes looked great! For the manicure, I picked a shimmery hot pink from the OPI collection. The lady put a lot of care and time into painting my nails, and it really showed. I loved how my nails looked so shiny and smooth when done. I stayed and put my nails under a drying device, but this took awhile. I still needed to be careful upon leaving and I noticed that the nail polish chipped a lot after only a few days. Overall, I enjoyed my day of beauty and felt pampered. I just wish they still had massage, because I'm long overdue!

Went here because of groupon. I bought the hair treatment, cut and style package…read more Making an appointment was easy. When i arrived, there was only one hair stylist, her name is Marla or something.. She told me that they charge $5 for the covid cleaning procedure, like sanitizer, spray etc. I'm like, What.. they dont even have plastic that separates one chair to another like other salons. All of business in nyc are doing covid precautions, but so far only this place charge the costumer. Omg. But whatever, i didn't feel like cancelling my appointment over 5 bucks. Her cut was good as well as the blow dry (after i emphasized her that i want to be styled, not only simple dried cause that is mentioned in the package). Will be a 5 star if the stylist is nicer. She gotta watch her attitude.

This salon used to be so much better when Marianna was the owner. Once Marianna left everything…read morechanged for the worst. I have been coming to this salon for years and never had any issues until recently. I felt so disrespected that I won't ever be coming back to this salon. I had an appointment and received a call the same day saying that the nail techs machine stopped working so she couldn't see me because she had to go home to get a new machine, which was all a lie. So then, I rescheduled my appointment for the following day. I received a call the same day (again) by the owner saying that the girls in the salon refuse to do my nails and won't see me for my appointment. That's when I realized that the prior day they called lying about the nail techs machine not working. When I asked why they won't see me there was no real reason given to me besides that they don't feel comfortable and they can't be forced to do it. I feel like they can't take constructive criticism and get upset and irritated when u tell then how u want ur nails. I feel like if I'm paying so much money at this salon I shouldn't have to just settle for an ok job on my nails, for that I can just go to the Asian salons. I'm very particular with how I like my nails which I'm sure a lot of other females are as well so I don't see why I have to just sit there and not say anything when one nail is shorter than the other. Or if they missed a spot with the nail polish. I feel like I shouldn't have been turned away just because I make a comment here or there if something is off. Anyway, very disappointed with this salon and how they run their business. Instead of calling me to tell me the nail tech refused to see me they should work on bettering their techs and the work they do. Response to business managers comment: I'm never "rude" to any of the techs and don't bad mouth anyone. Like I said before it's not my fault that I can't just sit there and stay shut when it's clear as day that the some of the nails are off in shape and size from the others. I find it veryyy funny how ur saying I complained just to get discounts, are u out of ur mind? The only time I asked to get my price adjusted for my nails was when ur "experienced top tech" Katya couldn't do a simple design that I wanted so she offered to do chrome so I just settled for that. Not only could she not do the design but she didn't even file my nails into a good coffin shape. I had to sit there and file my nails myself which you even saw me doing. I'm not broke I don't need ur discounts. But for you to even take the time to write back trying to be even more disrespectful just goes to show how unprofessional you guys are. Im not going to sit here and go back and forth with you because your techs need more work on their "artistic skills". You should keep that same energy trying to better your techs and not faulting the customer for knowing what good work is supposed to look like. As u are well aware a few of ur best techs have left you and are now doing their own thing, so it's not my fault that now your "new top techs" can't live up to those standards. I'm not trying to just settle for some b.s when I'm paying $50 for a gel manicure.
