Customer service- the staffs are really nice, and they have many years of experience. I've been to other places where they put too much glue and damaged my own natural lashes. I usually get the real mink set for $140 and it typically last me around 3-4 weeks. With my crazy work schedule, I always get the last appointment from 6-7 pm. Getting an appointment is usually not hard, I will call a few days ahead. Environment- this place is extremely clean and pleasing to the eye. They play this very soothing music, and I will fall asleep when I get my lashes done. Parking is pretty convenient, I usually park around the block if you don't want to park on the main road.

The location is very clean and large. My lash technician was very nice and did my lashes in like an hour. I had the mink lash package and paid an extra $20 for more lashes. I left happy with the result and tipped her well. 3 days laters, my eyelash extension started falling off on my right eye, literally patches. Then I started noticing patches on my left eye. I do my lashes pretty often so I know how to care for them and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I message Grace and told her what was happening and she told me to come in to get them fixed. Since I do not live near my boyfriend's job which means I'm not near the lash spot, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there during rush hour. Grace fixed my lashes; although not giving an explanation why they were falling out after a few days. I thought the issue was fixed until today; it has been less than a week and I have patches on both eyes. At this point I'm extremely upset and will not be returning. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because Grace was very nice but her technique does not last.
