Freindly, professional and time efficient. I was very hesitant because it was our 1st time and I didn't have any reviews on these young ladies. When we walked in, everything was so clean and beautiful and the ladies were so lovely both inside and out. Mya did my niece's makeup for her Jr. Prom and she looked beautiful. We already booked them for anpther event we have pending in 2 weeks! Thanks again ladies and keep up the great work. read more

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. Only for the fact that i made an appointment, and no one ever showed up. I tried calling multiple times to make an appointment, and was unable to get in contact with anyone. Finally, i went to the website and was able to book an appointment for lash extensions. This was done two weeks prior to my requested appointment. I got an email confirming the appointment, and the email further stated that if i did not show up, my card would be charged for the full amount. Well, i showed up for my appointment, and Iris was NOT EVEN OPEN! I waited for 30 minutes, and finally gave up. I called and left a message, as i did not want my card charged. I think it is so disrespectful to clients to allow online booking but to never confirm said bookings and then to FLAT OUT NOT SHOW UP. I am so disappointed, given the fact that i made this appointment specifically so that i could have lashes for my bachelorette party this week. I can't even comment on the quality of service because this place is so poorly run that i couldn't even get in the front door. So glad i drove in the rain and then waited like an idiot. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with this place! read more

Awesome place. They had me with the posh setting then I was wowed with the friendly service! Got my eyebrows done here and I love them. Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. When I later contacted the owner by text she tried to tell me that the pink acrylic powder is considered a nude. Is pink acrylic not apart of an ACRYLIC full set? She also claimed that I was shown a key ring full of colors, which I wasn't. I was only shown the pink acrylic powder jar. I also told the nail tech that I booked " Acrylic Full set with unlimited designs " so she was aware of what I booked. . I wouldn't have chosen the first color that she showed me if that was to be considered "nude" and I would've then been charged an additional $20. . . I am very disappointed in the customer service I was given. I will NEVER AGAIN book with this business or send referrals.

Went for a facial for the first time ever. I was nervous that I would break out being that everyone says that happens. Upon arrival I noticed metered parking and I didn't have change. I walked in and asked for change, the owner who greeted me said don't worry I'll pay the meter for you!! (truly kind of her). The Spa is clean, modern & everything is brand new, they even have a pitcher of ice water with lemon to refresh your taste buds. My facial started with steam to open my pours, the whole process was so through and explained as we proceeded. The process was easy and I did NOT break out. The specialist who performed my facial was a doll and gentle. It truly was a great experience and I will be returning for sure. I was even given a few samples of products they sell. Iris Jhade NY Beauty Bar is not your typical Beauty Bar but more of an experience. Wow! doesn't begin to describe the level of pampering @irisjhadeny ... I chose the Casamara Ocean Mist Facial and Mask and a Micro Dermabration which was out of this World. My wife and I have been to many spas located across America but this one is at the top of our list of Best places by far and located right here In our backyard. The owner and staff were pleasant, professional and took the time to educate me about my skin. The lavish custom decor was classy and cozy. @irisjhadeny paid close attention to all the details with both their service and ambiance. Iris opened up next to the salon I go to and I finally went inside and I'm glad I did. The place is soooo beautiful and they have so much to offer. I met the owner and she did my eyebrows (which I might add have been through trauma and are in the process of being revived). She was able to give me advice and I will definitely return to get them done! I can't wait to try their facials and the products they have available.
