I can't believe it's even taken me this long to write a review!!! The cut is always precise, and the stylist, Diana is perfect. It's evident that she takes her time and pays attention to detail to achieve my desired look each and every time. I also took my 5 year old daughter for a cut and style today which Ambar did on her and needless to say, my daughter was delighted as I was with her results. If you're the type of person who also loves a top notch experience, then this is THE place to go. It's super trendy with a vibrant atmosphere. It is always clean, well-lit, and nicely decorated, which adds to the overall experience. I feel relaxed and pampered during my entire time there. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me and my daughter feel comfortable right away and were attentive to our needs throughout our visit. Also, worth noting, I live one plus hour away in Westchester county and I make the drive to NRS because they're THAT GOOD!

I asked for honey color highlights and i said that because my hair is damaged the color (foils) takes very fast. The foils were left for close to 40 minutes. She then had to use a toner because my highlight were too light. Now with the toner you can hardly even notice i have highlights. The color for my gray roots was left on for only 10 min. When i questioned why its ont on longer she said they are European colors and only need 10 min to cover the gray roots. She said she also added a treatment for the color to last longer. Now one week later I see gray all over my head. The cost was $350 and with tip over $400. That is a lot of $ to not be happy

I live an hour away so they were very accommodating and when I finally arrived they were empty so I was seated immediately and she began working on my hair. The problems with my hair were: roots were flat, I had previous bleach from a botched job years ago, my curls were falling FLAT. So I needed a revamp for my hair and omg did they deliver. Below are pics of my hair directly before arriving, I only wet and combed my hair since she does a dry cut and that was recommended to come with my hair brushed. Then after the dry cut, I asked for layers and she warned me about shrinkage which for some people I understand why having shorter hair would be a big thing for them but for me I just wanted my hair to be healthy and finally get rid of the bleached ends. I told her I've never had a haircut before and boy did my hair show it lol. The process: It was a dry cut, I was washed and then they styled the curls with water by sectioning and curling them individually, then was mousse and they scrunched it up. I was dried in the normal way I would dry my curls at home and the end result was amazing! My curls are back to being bouncy and the hair is healthy so I'm very happy! 3 people worked on me simultaneously and they were all nice. Also I came in around 4:45pm and I was finished at 5:52pm. Total was $250 but u get what u pay for and I'm very much happy.
