This is the first time I am disappointed from an eyelash extension I selected from Groupon. I saw that this location fairly close my boyfriend's job, approximately 20 minutes. The location is very clean and large. My lash technician was very nice and did my lashes in like an hour. I had the mink lash package and paid an extra $20 for more lashes. I left happy with the result and tipped her well. 3 days laters, my eyelash extension started falling off on my right eye, literally patches. Then I started noticing patches on my left eye. I do my lashes pretty often so I know how to care for them and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I message Grace and told her what was happening and she told me to come in to get them fixed. Since I do not live near my boyfriend's job which means I'm not near the lash spot, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there during rush hour. Grace fixed my lashes; although not giving an explanation why they were falling out after a few days. I thought the issue was fixed until today; it has been less than a week and I have patches on both eyes. At this point I'm extremely upset and will not be returning. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because Grace was very nice but her technique does not last. read more

I was very impressed and happy that I tried this location out as I feel the look matched the prestige awards event. Know that after your first discounted session [Groupon or new customer] you are given a customer card to come back for your future touchups at different prorated % off your selected service. Just note that 'cash is king' or queen in this case as if you need to pay with credit the fee gets passed onto you. The first time I paid cash, second with my card and was charged the $5 fee. No problem this time, but definitely noted as with the cash I had on me I wanted to assure gratuity was definitely pass to the technician that way. All in all a great experience for something that really lasted longer than any other application that I have tried in the past. I went for the touch up about 3wks later and probably could have easily gone a month. I highly recommend this location if you want compliments in person or virtually beyond a screen, left and right and want to look LASHtastic! read more

I had to drop my old eyelash place after nearly 15 years - so I was skeptical about trying something new. But they didn't disappoint!! Kim was my technician, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with both the service and the experience. She explained all the different packages and looks thoroughly before starting. I was so happy with everything. She put on 90 lashes per eye in 45 minutes. It's been over a week now, and I've only seen one lash fall out. They are in tact. I've been coming here to get my lashes done for almost a year now and I absolutely will not go anywhere else. Customer service- the staffs are really nice, and they have many years of experience. I've been to other places where they put too much glue and damaged my own natural lashes. I usually get the real mink set for $140 and it typically last me around 3-4 weeks. With my crazy work schedule, I always get the last appointment from 6-7 pm. Getting an appointment is usually not hard, I will call a few days ahead. Environment- this place is extremely clean and pleasing to the eye. They play this very soothing music, and I will fall asleep when I get my lashes done. Parking is pretty convenient, I usually park around the block if you don't want to park on the main road. read more

This place is amazing! I went here for a brand new set after moving from a different area, and they were able to get it done in just one hour which was way quicker than I had ever had this done before. I also forgot quarters for parking and the ladies were nice enough to give me a dollar while I was panicking. The spa is very clean and organized, and the lash techs were amazing.
