5 years of getting my lashes done and I have never left an appointment this annoyed. I told the technician exactly what I wanted and instead of listening, she decided for me and told me to go shorter because "next time" I could get them longer. There will absolutely not be a next time. Some of the lashes were crooked, uneven, and honestly looked rushed. I'm debating going back on my lunch break just to have them removed. I only gave this place a chance because it's close to my job, but convenience clearly does not equal quality. I would rather drive all the way to Bayside and pay the exact same Groupon price for lashes that are actually done correctly than waste my money here again. read more

I was very disappointed with my eyelash extension experience. The lashes began falling out within a day or two. The application felt rushed, and the final result looked nothing like what I requested.  Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service based on my experience The quality did not match the price, and I won't be returning. read more

I give this lash location a 5/5. Although I experienced some burning during my lash application and some fallen lashes a few hours later as a result, my lash tech, Mandy, was more than willing to accommodate me by allowing me to come in the next day for a refill (free of charge). Besides that, the environment is truly "cozy"! I felt completely relaxed both times that I was being serviced and even fell asleep (which is not something I usually do). Do not go here. Your "new set" of lashes will have missing pieces, it will look very thin and it will look like you need a 2 week fill in. Waste of time and money. I'm very upset. If i could give zero stars I would. The worker also said they looked great when I asked her to fix it and she convinced one of her customers to try to convince me it looked great. It looks terrible. The full set ( natural look) looked pretty good and the price was right as well. My biggest complaint is you can't get a follow-up appointment for a fill. Unfortunately, all my eyelashes fell out, and when I called they said I would need a full set again. The hours are terrible ( 10-6 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and closed Sunday, and Monday. read more

These ladies are lovely! I've been visiting Cozy Lash for almost a year and look forward to each appointment. It's is an hour of relaxation under the care of Sophia or Lesley and the care they take in their work is very apparent because my lashes are gorgeous! They last a good five to six weeks and I have had more people commenting on how beautiful they are (hint, hint, they think they're my real lashes - which shows how good the application is)! The storefront is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable inside! They sterilize their equipment, fully explain the process and check to make sure you are comfortable with every aspect. They have a loyal customer in me and I don't mind waxing poetic about how happy I am with this service! Worth it! read more

Came here with a groupon to try out lashes. Everything was pretty comfortable and lashes came out fine. Once the lashes where applied I tipped the girl and she said something to the guy in the front in her language who the demanded me to tip the lady more and that my tip should be the percentage on what their normal priced lashes cost which doesn't make sense for me to tip on the regular price lashes if I didn't pay regular price for the lashes to begin with. So I paid what they asked for but I found the whole situation very rude I shouldn't be told how much to tip someone if I already paid for the services. So I will not be going back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The owner was so rude. I tried using a Groupon and there was so much going back and forth - she brought upon lots of inconveniences. She was giving me an unnecessary difficult time even though it was my first time and I should have been able to use the Groupon. She did not make me feel comfortable in her salon because she made such rude and mean comments. I asked what precautions they were taking due to covid and she basically told me to cancel and not come here. Management needs training and should learn how to speak to customers. The service is only a good deal when you get to use a Groupon or discount but it's NOT worth going here because she will ruin your experience. read more
