This was my third visit, and unfortunately it was an awful experience. My appointment started 30…read moreminutes late. During the lash application, the technician repeatedly stopped to answer the phone and handle front desk duties. She also took a personal phone call and spoke directly into my ear while applying my lashes, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns, I was told she was the only person available to manage both services and the front desk. If that's the case, management needs to staff appropriately so clients receive the experience they're paying for. This was not relaxing or acceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. I previously left this same review on another platform and it was removed, which is also concerning.

I wanted a more darker, dramatic look. She took her time, was very gentle, and I felt her go over each eye numerous times to see if she had missed a spot. Her place is very clean, she tells me hold on a second so she can wash her hands, she sanitizes prior to touching your face and she wears her mask as well. It's one person at a time - even when you arrive. I love that she spaces out appointments so you are the only one there. The other thing I love about Esther is that her lashes & glue do not damage my natural lash! I definitely reccomend her

I had been going to Danielle for about two years or so. I was looking to have my brows thicker and…read moreless arched, more straight and lifted. On numerous appointments especially early on I even showed her images of the brow shape I wanted. Fast forward months later and the price increasing numerous times (I think it went from $15 to $30?) (which I didn't mind because I was committed to having my brows be that shape and knew I needed a professional to do so), I complained for the first time in those two years that my brows weren't at the shape I had wanted them to be, in fact, they were progressively getting more arched and thinner, which I didn't want. I even showed her pictures of me from before when I started and how my brows were much more arched now. Even though I was very patient and this was the first time I had any criticism in those two years, she was very rude about it. In fact, she even said, "oh you were looking for that type of brow, I thought you meant something else". Again, I understand how she could forget despite me even showing her images of the brow shape I wanted, but it would've been nice if she could ask me to clarify at the beginning of my appointments if she was unsure. And knowing this, that she was doing a completely different shape on me than what I asked for this whole time, she still responded very rudely. I guess she was having a bad day that day idk, because she was dropping things a few times that day and was running late as well. However, it was still very rude to treat a customer like that over something that is very obviously an error on her part. I think she said something like, "maybe I'm not the one who can do this shape for you", which she could've told me months ago when I first came in. And I was showing her pictures to show her my eyebrows looked better before compared to now, and she was in denial. Like if you know you were doing something completely different than what the customer asked you, and the customer is saying "I'm not seeing the shape I asked for", for her to be so dismissive and rude about it makes no sense. Anyways, it just sucks I was wasting my money this entire time and driving 40 minutes to and from every appointment, as she was trying to make my eyebrows more arched instead of less arched lol.

If you must go here go for color not cut. The owner did a terrible job on the cut, she came in late and took all of 3 mins chopping her hair then left.
