It is located in a very nice suite with two lash beds. They have a very nice snack display stocked with waters and chips. My lash tech was very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She explained the different style options I had and helped me pick the best one for my eyes. I was so comfortable that I took a nice nap. I felt no burning at all and loved the result! We did a combination of gorgeous and cat eye style with length of 14. If you are in the area and need some lash extensions, give soho lashes a chance.

The lash technicians here are decent, although the pricing and overall experience is somewhat…read morevariable. I've been here a few times for lash extensions before deciding to try other places instead. One thing to look out for is they would always insist on doing a new set rather than give me a touch up, after 3 weeks. They said this was because my lashes were very delicate and they didn't want to use the tweezers to remove and risk damaging my fine lashes. I do appreciate the consideration for my lash health, but despite my fine lashes I never had an issue with this at my former lash salons where I'd just go every 3 weeks for a touch up without any damage. This was also annoying because I'd have to spend more time and pay a higher rate (new set price vs. 3 week touch up), even though only 3 weeks had passed and all I wanted was a touch up. I miss my old lash salon in California where they were such professionals and experts in the field. I went there for years and always received beautiful multidimensional lashes quickly and efficiently, while my natural lashes stayed healthy and intact. So, I know it is possible. At Seika Lash, they tend to only do one length rather than mix lengths to achieve a more multidimensional and natural look. My search for a great lash place continues....

They also have a promotion of $50 off! First, this place was very clean. The beds are covered with with disposable paper (like the doctors office) and they work with gloves and masks. Very sanitary. Now to the lashes, I let Jasmine (the owner and who did my lashes and is super sweet) know this was my first time and had a quick consultation to decide the style and length that would best fit my face. When Jasmine started, I was so relaxed laying down and when I closed my eyes as I was listening to music, I didn't even know when she started because I dozed off (sorry if I snored!). I usually freak out with objects getting close to my eyes but I didn't feel a thing. The whole process took about an hour and when it was all done, I fell in love with my lashes! I will definitely be a recurring customer.

This is the first time I am disappointed from an eyelash extension I selected from Groupon…read more I saw that this location fairly close my boyfriend's job, approximately 20 minutes. The location is very clean and large. My lash technician was very nice and did my lashes in like an hour. I had the mink lash package and paid an extra $20 for more lashes. I left happy with the result and tipped her well. 3 days laters, my eyelash extension started falling off on my right eye, literally patches. Then I started noticing patches on my left eye. I do my lashes pretty often so I know how to care for them and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I message Grace and told her what was happening and she told me to come in to get them fixed. Since I do not live near my boyfriend's job which means I'm not near the lash spot, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there during rush hour. Grace fixed my lashes; although not giving an explanation why they were falling out after a few days. I thought the issue was fixed until today; it has been less than a week and I have patches on both eyes. At this point I'm extremely upset and will not be returning. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because Grace was very nice but her technique does not last.

I found them on Groupon as a newer location closer to me then popping across the border into Queens where I have gone to in the past. I knew I had a big corporate event that was going to be virtual and wanted to be prepared to be seen by all regardless where they sat behind a screen worldwide. My eyes were definitely dressed to impress along with the sparkly dress on my screen side for sure!! I was very impressed and happy that I tried this location out as I feel the look matched the prestige awards event. Know that after your first discounted session [Groupon or new customer] you are given a customer card to come back for your future touchups at different prorated % off your selected service. Just note that 'cash is king' or queen in this case as if you need to pay with credit the fee gets passed onto you. The first time I paid cash, second with my card and was charged the $5 fee. No problem this time, but definitely noted as with the cash I had on me I wanted to assure gratuity was definitely pass to the technician that way. All in all a great experience for something that really lasted longer than any other application that I have tried in the past. I went for the touch up about 3wks later and probably could have easily gone a month. I highly recommend this location if you want compliments in person or virtually beyond a screen, left and right and want to look LASHtastic!
