I have anxiety and sometimes fidget my toes a little during but nothing that makes my whole body move or interfere with her work. She's rudely telling me to stop and huffing her breath almost the whole entire time. Lashes came out Okay but not quite how I wanted. Looks like every lash is the same length instead of starting with shorter lashes and gradually using the longer ones towards the outer corners of the eye like I asked for. I still tipped and thanked her for the service. But will definitely not be coming back! Reply to the message below! : My appointment was at 12:30 I arrived at 12:20 and came inside because I had to use the restroom which I did after greeting you guys! Is it a crime to come 10 mins early to your appointment and sit quietly/ patiently waiting for your turn? Never was greeted back and once you did come to service me there was no how are you or any greetings! You asked to see the code! Regarding the actual service process, I checked my phone ONCE in the beginning before even putting anything on to have my boyfriend comeback inside because you were clearly acting rude so I wanted someone in there while my eyes were shut. Yes I was anxious and yes you asked if I still could do the service but all while having a attitude and huffing your breathe. No I wasn't shaking my whole body to where you couldn't do the service. That is nonsense. I've gotten my lashes done numerous of times and never had a problem! Maybe you were having a bad day which is why I didn't say anything and still tipped! Well lesson learned. Will be taking my money elsewhere!

I went to Dazzling Eye back in September 2025 and had a very nice experience while I was there. The…read moresalon is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the stylist was professional and informative. I told her I wanted a very natural look, and my lashes came out exactly like that. She recommended the pricier lash options, saying they would be better for my eyes because they are lighter, but it felt like the focus was more on the expensive options. I also noticed that other reviews mentioned the same thing. The issue I had was that my lashes started falling out much earlier than expected, literally within the first few days going into the second week, even though I do not wear makeup, do not use any oil-based products, and did not rub my eyes. Lashes are not supposed to fall out this quickly, which was disappointing given how beautiful they looked initially.

This is the first time I am disappointed from an eyelash extension I selected from Groupon…read more I saw that this location fairly close my boyfriend's job, approximately 20 minutes. The location is very clean and large. My lash technician was very nice and did my lashes in like an hour. I had the mink lash package and paid an extra $20 for more lashes. I left happy with the result and tipped her well. 3 days laters, my eyelash extension started falling off on my right eye, literally patches. Then I started noticing patches on my left eye. I do my lashes pretty often so I know how to care for them and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I message Grace and told her what was happening and she told me to come in to get them fixed. Since I do not live near my boyfriend's job which means I'm not near the lash spot, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there during rush hour. Grace fixed my lashes; although not giving an explanation why they were falling out after a few days. I thought the issue was fixed until today; it has been less than a week and I have patches on both eyes. At this point I'm extremely upset and will not be returning. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because Grace was very nice but her technique does not last.

Know that after your first discounted session [Groupon or new customer] you are given a customer card to come back for your future touchups at different prorated % off your selected service. Just note that 'cash is king' or queen in this case as if you need to pay with credit the fee gets passed onto you. The first time I paid cash, second with my card and was charged the $5 fee. No problem this time, but definitely noted as with the cash I had on me I wanted to assure gratuity was definitely pass to the technician that way. All in all a great experience for something that really lasted longer than any other application that I have tried in the past. I went for the touch up about 3wks later and probably could have easily gone a month. I highly recommend this location if you want compliments in person or virtually beyond a screen, left and right and want to look LASHtastic!
