GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I was SO hesitant prior to my visit…read morebecause of all the horrific reviews but I had a great experience here. I visited Whitestone eyelash with almost a good amount of 4D-6D lashes left on my eyes (done at another salon). Their lash removal process was very quick, painless, and efficient. The male technician did a great job on not damaging my natural lashes. They charged me $20 for the removal which was very fair because I had quite a few lashes left. If you had less lashes, I believe the charge would be different. The male technician put silk lashes on me. J-curl, size 11, natural look per my request. He did a great job. It was quick, and he was gentle. Some lash places will rest their hand on your forehead while they apply lashes, but this technician was very gentle and I was comfortable the whole time. I've had mink lashes done for a long time, so initially I was hesitant to see my silk lashes. I felt like they were too light, and not dark enough but after sitting with it at home, I realized that my lashes feel very light on my eyes and I do like the job he did. There are a lot of harsh reviews on this business, but I think its due to the fact that there may be a language barrier. The technicians speak English, but there was one technician that translated what each customer wanted to the other technicians. I encourage you to try this place! I was worried at first but I'm really impressed by how gentle my technician was. I will definitely be making another appointment. Recommendations - If you like darker lash colors that make you look like you're wearing mascara, stick with mink lashes! Silk lashes are lighter in color. If you opt for silk lashes, you can get a longer size and maybe a cat eye for the wisp effect. My lashes are currently the natural look, j-curl size 11. Next time I will get the cat eye look, j curl size 12.

Looks like every lash is the same length instead of starting with shorter lashes and gradually using the longer ones towards the outer corners of the eye like I asked for. I still tipped and thanked her for the service. But will definitely not be coming back! Reply to the message below! : My appointment was at 12:30 I arrived at 12:20 and came inside because I had to use the restroom which I did after greeting you guys! Is it a crime to come 10 mins early to your appointment and sit quietly/ patiently waiting for your turn? Never was greeted back and once you did come to service me there was no how are you or any greetings! You asked to see the code! Regarding the actual service process, I checked my phone ONCE in the beginning before even putting anything on to have my boyfriend comeback inside because you were clearly acting rude so I wanted someone in there while my eyes were shut. Yes I was anxious and yes you asked if I still could do the service but all while having a attitude and huffing your breathe. No I wasn't shaking my whole body to where you couldn't do the service. That is nonsense. I've gotten my lashes done numerous of times and never had a problem! Maybe you were having a bad day which is why I didn't say anything and still tipped! Well lesson learned. Will be taking my money elsewhere!

They also have a promotion of $50 off! First, this place was very clean. The beds are covered with with disposable paper (like the doctors office) and they work with gloves and masks. Very sanitary. Now to the lashes, I let Jasmine (the owner and who did my lashes and is super sweet) know this was my first time and had a quick consultation to decide the style and length that would best fit my face. When Jasmine started, I was so relaxed laying down and when I closed my eyes as I was listening to music, I didn't even know when she started because I dozed off (sorry if I snored!). I usually freak out with objects getting close to my eyes but I didn't feel a thing. The whole process took about an hour and when it was all done, I fell in love with my lashes!
