One eye has lashes continually falling out . The lash glue was irritating my eye for days and the lash volume was just noticeably uneven due to fallout in one eye. Finally, ( as I was on vacation then in Myrtle beach a few days later) I went to have them removed . The tech told me whoever did this work placed the extension way to close to my eyelid which is why it's irritated she was able to remove only a few lashes from both eyes as the glue that was used wasn't breaking up from the solution she was using and because the last was put on too close to the eye lid the solution poured right into my eyes Disaster . Be careful ladies bc you don't want these extensions glued so close to the eyelid , it's supposed to be at least 1 mm away from the lid

I have never seen this girl before. I checked my lashes before I left and they looked fine. Later on I was getting my nails done and saw that she had attached an extensions to my bottom lash. Yes, this was an accident. I had to pay the nail salon to take it off because Secret was closed by now. I went back a week and a half later to get them removed and I showed them pictures of what had happened and they gave me $40.00 in gift cards because they felt bad for what had happened. She is by far the most meticulous and experienced lash tech I have ever been to. She was so thorough (so if you're in a rush or the type that wants in and out - you're out of luck!) - she was gentle and took her time - carefully adjusting and rechecking until the very end. I have very thin dark eyebrows and was nervous about the treatment but she really knows what she is doing. She draws your eyebrows to flatter your face and she was very thorough with everything. I decided on trying out Fay Lashes since it was only a 2-block walk from my apartment. I was thrilled after my first appointment for a new set, they really went above and beyond in making sure the style was exactly what I wanted and took care in giving me soft and voluminous lashes. Unfortunately, every other appointment over the next 6 months was a disappointment. At first, I expressed to them that the long inner corners were uncomfortable and poking my eyes, and requested they be shortened but they told me I had to buy a brand new set if I wanted that done - which, as you all know, is much more expensive than a routine fill appointment. Second, once you're done they make you hold the fan to dry the glue yourself and basically try to rush you out the door even if your eyes are still tearing from the fumes. Third, I started noticing that they began to use fewer but larger clusters of lashes at every fill, which creates the illusion of volume but leaves obvious gapping when one falls out a few days later from being too heavy for my natural lashes. It got so out of hand that I would be "done" in only 15 minutes when I know full well that a normal 3-week follow-up appointment takes at least 45 mins to an hour when applied correctly. I did not appreciate the shortcuts they were taking, so I took my business elsewhere.

The issue I had was that my lashes started falling out much earlier than expected, literally within the first few days going into the second week, even though I do not wear makeup, do not use any oil-based products, and did not rub my eyes.
