I was very nervous about getting my lashes done. I've heard horror stories of close friends who said all of their eyelashes fell out - and they were left with little spikes. I was nervous of the lashes falling out in an awkward way, as I obviously did not want uneven lashes. I called the Luxurious Studio last minute after I'd read some great reviews. They were booked but agreed to Come in early just to see me. Wow. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with them just for that. Honestly , this might seem crazy, but I began to like them more and more as they started thinning out! They look so natural even today and it's been over a month! The one thing I would change is that I wish in the beginning they looked a bit more natural but honestly this studio still definitely deserves 5 stars because I know most people don't care if they look natural considering the price tag. 100% worth it. I've been twice for lash tints and had a five star experience the first time and a one star experience the second. The first time, the woman gave me perfect dark lashes that lasted the usual amount of time. She was efficient, the salon is lovely, and I was eager to return. If I'd written this review then, it would've been glowing. The second time was a different woman. She was very kind, but the experience and results were awful. She took over an hour to simply tint my lashes. This is usually a 15-20 minute process. I was the only customer at the time, so it's not because she was busy tending to others. She initially applied the protective patches on my skin under my eyes but then removed them for most of the process. I had dark dye stains on the skin under my eyes through the next day. She didn't apply the dye the full length of my lashes, so I still had blond at the base. The color lasted less than a week (it usually stays for a month). It was a complete waste of time and money. read more

Their customer service was A1 but I can't say the same about my service. I don't usually leave any review but my experience with lash extension from this establishment was simply horrible. All my real lashes are coming out and my lash extensions are attached to lashes that have been ripped out already. Lash extensions shouldn't be glued to 3 or 2 pieces of hair. If you love your real lashes please don't come here I lost half of my real lashes and now I have to regrow them smh. read more

I was a simple walk-in with no appointment, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and they were able to accommodate me right then and there. Alex did my brow lamination and tint as well as lash lift. Loved the results...I was worried because my skin is very sensitive but they were careful and I had no irritation. Absolutely love this place! It's an appointment for the Dermaplaning procedure. It cost around $120 As soon you walk in, staff was welcoming, they have coffee and tea bar (which is super cute) The whole atmosphere is pleasant. They offer many other procedures and they recommend additional services but they aren't pushy about it. (I don't like salons or businesses that try to guilt you into adding on a service.) The Dermaplaning service was interesting. I've never had one done. The beautician walked me through the whole process and advised me with skin care routine. She recommended a few products from their company (but I like she was pushy into purchasing products) I will definitely be returning! read more

I've gotten the fullest natural set. People had no idea they were extensions, they said it looks so natural! I love them and I can't wait to get them touched up Update 9/22 4 months later and I still get my lashes done here!! Fullest classic set. Whenever a lash extension falls off they fall off naturally with my real lash and it's always one lash glued with the one natural lash that falls out, Its not glued to my eyelid! So, Ladies, don't be fooled by the negative reviews. Also wanted to note that a 3D lash extension is one lash that splits into 3 on the end (which they have), not gluing 3 individual lashes to one natural lash..that's absurd! I've only gotten eyelash extensions one round before going here and let me tell you about the difference! The first salon I went to (whose name I will not say) initially seemed nice. But my eyelash extensions would fall out daily and by the time I had to get fill ins done the full set would be pretty sparse. It's been over a week since my first appointment here with May, and I can assure you only about 3 lashes have fallen. My full set is still lush & beautiful! I just find it funny because the other place charges just as much for a crappy full set. I paid just Your money is definitely well spent going here. In addition to the excellent installation, the technician May is such a wonderful person! She's professional, yet personable. She is young, beautiful, vibrant, and has a heart of gold. I always enjoy dealing with people I can relate to, and her personality definitely made the experience so much more worth it. In the past I would explain how I want my lashes to look but they would never really come out 100% the way I wanted. May understands the look that you're going for and she delivers! She also gave me great advice during the session so amazing lashes wasn't the only thing I walked out with. Her work space is pretty small but she is very accommodating. She also met with me before the appointment so I didn't get lost, since is was my first time. The bed you lay on is super big and comfortable though.
