The service and quality is always consistent. There is the change of technicians that may happen from time to time but that is the nature of operating a small business. Since then, I had the same type of massage done by professional massage therapists and felt great after leaving. Nana refused to give a pro-rated refund for the unused services, or even a credit that could be applied to other services at her "spa". Nana claims to be a nurse.
