I called on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. Fast-forward to my appointment to fix/re-fill my lashes: I was told that I "booked a '2 week refill', but there is not enough time to redo all of the lashes that fell out"because of the time constraint of the appointment. When I got up & looked in the mirror after my appointment I was upset. I understand that sometimes things happen when it comes to beauty services and can empathize with running a business, so I was willing to work with them...
