Jackie is so nice and very cool and confident in a take-charge and this-lady-knows-her-shit kind of way. She was recommended to me by a friend whose hair always looks great and I wasn't disappointed either. There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.
