I have been going to dolce aesthetics for about 5 months now. They have been very welcoming since my first session. I have been getting laser on my Brazilian area with Laura and she is the best! Staff is very friendly and nice. Although, the waiting time is beyond ridiculous be prepared to wait 39-60mins with an appointmen. Overall you will be actually evaluated within 10mins unbelievable. Not sure if you can even get professional care even if you're a new patient. read more

There is literally no one as good as Dr. Jen. The first time I went to her, she was so fast that I was almost worried it was a rush job- complete opposite. She's a genius and it literally takes her a minute to look at you, hear you, and start working her magic. She's great at explaining things and makes you feel taken care of. I came in with what I now lovingly call "Groupon filler face" (girls in your 20s- just don't do it) She had a 2 part plan for my lips over two sessions and the past few years that I've gone to her, I've looked my absolute best. No more duck lips, she fixed my face. I've gotten a ton of comments on the glow up. My Botox lasts longer and I have no idea about the science of it but she's just a magician. Bought a Groupon for laser hair removal back in June, it was 6 sessions and I chose my underarms to do. I LOVE the results so I also bought 6 more sessions during their fall special of Brazilian, full legs and underarms. Aside from the awesome laser results the staff is absolutely wonderful as well. I usually never write reviews but after meeting a girl that had a similar experience to mine, and getting treatments at another med spa, I feel compelled to write a review regarding my experience at dolce. About 2-3 years ago, I had gone to the dolce location in Glendale 4 times, each time I waited at least an hour(one time even 2 hours) after my scheduled appointment. I really had never even minded the waiting, but each time I went I felt like I was rushed, I always paid more than I had expected, and I never left happy with my results. You might wonder why I went back so many times, but it was because I blamed myself, I always figured it must have been something to do with my own face. Jen always explained that you might need a couple treatments or vials to see results so I just figured I needed more. I never thought Jen was to blame for my constant unhappiness with my results, because she has so many followers and so many happy customers. I was sure it had to be me. Jen is also very nice and amicable so I never wanted to be one to say "she only treats you right if you're an influencer or celebrity." I never felt like she treated me poorly, but looking back I can see now that I was not treated great. The first time I went for masseter botox, so I wasn't expecting to see any results. The second- fourth times I went I had gotten cheek filler, 2 rounds of lip filler, jaw filler, and more botox. After the second time, I actually put a timer on how long Jen stayed in the room with me for the third and fourth times- the third time she stayed for 5 minutes and 52 seconds and the fourth time she stayed 6 minutes and 39 seconds. My face was never mapped out, she never planned out where the injections would go, and I had figured it was because she was that good. But in going to another med spa, I learned that your face is supposed to be mapped out, they should be marking where the injections go, and it should take at least 20 minutes. My current med spa had me make different faces while trying to map out where the injections should go. And every single time I leave there I am happy with the results, even if it is only one vial of something, and I never have to wait. I usually always paid more than I had expected, and since I always paid in cash I always calculated it before going in. I was going to attach photos and I will if anyone wants to see, but this whole situation was extremely disheartening for me so I don't have the photos ready to go. But if I can save at least one person from this place, I'll be happy. In short, you should be happy with your results and you should go to a spa that will treat you amazingly. read more

At 53 it was time for some work and I have seen Dolce in passing and always wanted to give it a try. I was finally brave enough to make the appointment and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Jennifer is a straight shooter, which I love. We spoke for a few minutes about options and what I wanted to achieve. "I want to not look tired and angry all the time" was what I said. I would love to do everything at once but that's just not realistic for me. So, Jennifer wrote up a plan for me. We started with Juvederm in my lips. Holy cow- I HAVE LIPS! I posted a before and a one week later photo. Yes, there was some bruising, but it healed in about 4 days. Today I came back after being there since September. I came in and the receptionist is great and courteous as usual. Offers other clients and myself any refreshments. I got called into the room by Jenn. I absolutely LOVE her and would not trust anyone else with my face. She numbed me and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then came back in the room. I usually always do Juvaderm but she suggested another product that both her and her daughter use which looks amazing and I figured to give it a try. Revising my review. HORRIBLE BRAZILIAN. After 5 sessions i am left with a patchy and partial burn marks from their lazer. Ive done brazilian lazer in the past and it never was this painful, yet ineffective. The front desk needs an attitude adjustment. Starting with the blonde receptionist/tech. Poor customer service skills. I think they forgot that they are working in the customer service industry.. you know, the basics. Please, Thank you, come again, welcome. Not warm or friendly, unpleasant experience, awkward, and like I've mentioned in the past review EVERYONE IS ON THEIR PHONE. I recently moved to New York and decided I wanted to finally try lip fillers. I never had fillers before therefore I was very nervous about the treatments and results. However Jennifer was so welcoming, informative and assuring my worries were all gone! Every pinch she she soothed and told me how great I looked. For some reason that just helped because my lips didn't feel great at first (from pain). If I feel that I need my lips to be molded she sets up an appointment for me right away. Then when I asked what she recommends, her answer was "well, what do you want from me?" Confused about that response. Bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and was really nervous cause I didn't know what to expect. A couple of friends recommend this place so I went with Dolce despite the many choices on Groupon, plus they also had great reviews and a hight rating. First, I want to say I'm was happy to hear they are open late at least one day of the week because I work til 7 in the city and don't get home until 8ish sometimes so it was a good surprise to hear that on Thursdays they a re e open til 9 I think. Second, the staff was very nice from reception to the technician. They made me feel comfortable and the technician works really fast and efficient. Third, the place is clean, well maintained and they're very organized. In terms of the procedure...I'm getting my underarms done. I got a 6 treatment package. The only thing is, you probably won't get parking unless it's a block away or so from the place...after 7 it is free street parking but because the area is like 90% residential...by the time I get there it gets pretty full. But I usually just need to drive around twice and find one. All in all, would totally recommend this place! Not sure how much full price for treatment is but Groupon is definitely worth it....might update my results after I complete my 6 treatments but so far I've already seen a difference! read more

When it comes to treatments such as laser i like to evaluate and update regularly. I originally purchased 6 sessions with Laura and recently purchased another 6 to complete the laser treatment. After my first 6 sessions, my skin (where the laser was done) is much smoother, and hair grows in wayyy less than before. There's also absolutely no irritation which i used to get from shaving, which i love. Service is and has been super consistent - Laura and the entire team at Dolce are great and knowledgable about their work. Laura always makes sure it's safe to do the laser treatment by asking if there's been any changes in medication, previous sun-exposure, etc. i've been to other laser spots before but feel like i'm in better hands at Dolce to be completely honest! What a blessing to have found Jen @DolceAesthetics she is by far the most amazing injector and person! I drove from East Hampton Long Island to Glendale which is a 2 hour drive! It was worth every minute of the drive there and back!! Her staff was super nice and the place is cute and professional. I've been to this place 3 times. During this time period I was canceled on last minute twice (the day before) for my appointment with Jennifer (the owner). Meanwhile, you have to book the appointment far in advance so I was never be able to get a new appointment right away. Also - all 3 times I've been there, Jennifer ran a minimum of 45 minutes - 1 hour behind. When she finally was able to see me no apology or nothing, as if that was normal behavior. I will not be going back to this place again. This place is also overpriced and they try to scam you. Jennifer tells you what you "want to hear" and claims she would "never lie to her clients". She clearly does this so her clients can overspend. As the owner toy would think she would be a little more professional. This place is highly unprofessional. So, I saw this place on google and since I was having very bad experience with my lip injector(bumps, unevenness). I cane to Jens office and had my consult where she immediately noticed how poorly my lips were done and we agreed I would let her fix and from there on continue to be her client. Jen is professional but also super friendly. I have been there a couple of times and will not be going back! I first went for Botox and waited close to 2 hours as she was running late, did not think anything of it as it can happen to anyone. She rushed in did the injection and off she went without much interaction. I just figured that she is behind and she was rushing so I brushed it off. The second time I went was for my under eyes. She told me I needed 2 syringes, which I told her I wanted to go slow and less is more, she insisted that I will not see much of a difference and will be disappointed with the results. I trusted her mind you she is very convincing and wants to make the $$$ and that is all she cares about ( especially if you are not one of her secondary celebrity clients). I agreed and received the 2 syringes. After the normal healing time, I woke up with puffy eyes each day where I had to use ice every day to bring down the puffiness. It was awful! When I went back saying I wanted the reversal she showed me my before picture and proceeded to tell me that it looks better than before in her loud and obnoxious tone. If you are looking for someone that is condescending, rude, and rushes without any consideration of what you think and just cares about getting your $$$ then this is a perfect place. If you are a regular person and not a celebrity she does not give a dam about you!!! read more
